Ava Chris Tyson / Christopher Stephen Tyson / “Christine Tyson” / “Chris The Meme God” - MrBeast’s litigious troon sidekick & divorcé. Lolicon-loving narcissistic queer

I mean, it's not impossible for a young man to be screwed over by the legal system. My thing is that even if Delaware is innocent, it's still irresponsible as fuck for Jimmy and his mother to hire him when they work with children.
Allegations are one thing, but taking a plea deal is a whole separate ball game.

Sexual assault of a minor is the kind of thing you fight tooth and nail in court, unless you're guilty.
INB4: "he didn't have the money to fight it"
He could have found a lawyer to help him and then counter sue the girl and the family for ruining his life w/ false accusations, if he was innocent. The money is a non-issue when you're being accused of something like this. I think it's telling that he didn't even try to fight it.

Even if Delaware is 100% innocent, it still makes Jimmy and his mom a dumbass for hiring him while he is still a registered sex offender. Why take that risk? Why chance the PR nightmare that is currently playing out right now?
Because his team are unprofessional and incompetent, are likely overworked, and he was probably cheap.

Larger companies (like Disney) make this mistake all the time.

Again, there are definitely people around Mr. Beast that are sketchy for a whole host of reasons.

Let say for the sake of discourse Delaware is actually innocent.
Why would he have any interest and LACK of self-saving to go work in the number one chanel aimed to kids.
Does he lack any sense of self-preservation? Why take the risk in the first place ...
You already got (presumably got me too by a teenager) why take another chance?

Money ??? Common any normal guy that was ((falsely)) accused of rape of an 11 YEAR OLD would avoid anything remotely close to minors to save their ass.

They went so far to shitty conceal his face and give him the most pedo worthy nickname.

Who first claimed Delaware was banned from the state of Delaware? Makes no sense. States cannot ban one from entering them.
Especially in cases like this, even if you 100% did not do it there's an almost 0% chance of winning it, a plea deal is far better than the alternative.
I don't think prosecutors could have won with the girl's testimony being the sole piece of evidence. Surely they had more than that on him.

This just isn't how the court works, there are some cases you simply cannot win no matter how innocent you are, for example the federal government has a 90% conviction rate so trying to fight them over anything isn't worth it. It's why someone like Julian Assange took the plea deal.

If they had much more they wouldn't have given him such a good plea deal.
The court system is designed to convict, even if through plea deals, regardless of innocence. A plea deal is almost always the path of least resistance for the accused.

This is the alleged former manager for MrBeast who was a convicted sex offender who raped a 1-11 year old kid. He was in videos and wore a mask probably to hide his identity. Nicknamed "Delaware" because he was legally not allowed back into the state. The Mrbeast team allegedly tried to expunge his record off the registry. Holy shit It keeps getting worse
He was in this video, he's the one with the mask
There are countless grown men unironically afraid of even looking at an adult woman the wrong way thinking that they're one wrong move away from having their lives destroyed over a false SA allegation. Yet time after time, we see kid diddlers getting away with it scott-free and then going on to become wildly successful.

I don't know what this says about society, but there ain't no pill you can take that'll explain this one.

This all comes off as shitty fucking damage control

>Knew my brother in law was a RSO
>Never made this public because he was totally innocent (and no other reason)
>16 year old girl totally lying about being raped at age 11 all the way back in 2010
>He took a plea deal but he's totally 100% innocent guys
>Charges are totally getting dropped later this year!! (mentioning this NOW because....???)
>Super convenient explanation to wave away any wrongdoing
>"We let him babysit our child relatives :)"

Fuck these lying enablers. self interested pieces of garbage. It's fucking pathetic how he was screaming from the rooftops how Chris is a pedophile creep, but his Brother in law is a REGISTERED CHILD MOLESTER WHO PLED GUILTY and suddenly it's "these are allegations. yes he was convicted but... um... uh.... he's a good person!!!"

That's why the plea deal was given in the first place, prosecutors were not confident in the case, but that doesn't mean they couldn't have won. Prosecutors typically give plea deals if they believe the defendant could win or if they need info on other parties involved in a case. Whether or not the defendant takes it is in the air, but more often than not they will almost always take it as the risk of fighting is far greater than the reward, 98% of cases end with a plea deal.

ah, the plea deal. a classic tactic to prove ones innocence
Even the worst prosecutors have around a 70% conviction rate, the good ones win over 90% of the time.

If you are accused of a crime and they offer you a deal fucking take it. 99% of the time it is better than going to trial.

Tell you know nothing about the law without telling me you know nothing about the law dude.
