The point still stands either way, the case didn't go through so he has a near guarantee of getting off of it.The charges were made in 2010, so that doesn't apply here.
taking a plea deal means nothing in terms of guilt. 90% of the time its better to take the deal than try to fight it unless you are wealthy enough to get great lawyers.>he did nothing wrong
>he took a plea deal
Allegations are one thing, but taking a plea deal is a whole separate ball game.I mean, it's not impossible for a young man to be screwed over by the legal system. My thing is that even if Delaware is innocent, it's still irresponsible as fuck for Jimmy and his mother to hire him when they work with children.
Jake the viking just posted about his brother in law :

Especially in cases like this, even if you 100% did not do it there's an almost 0% chance of winning it, a plea deal is far better than the alternative.taking a plea deal means nothing in terms of guilt. 90% of the time its better to take the deal than try to fight it unless you are wealthy enough to get great lawyers.
Because his team are unprofessional and incompetent, are likely overworked, and he was probably cheap.Even if Delaware is 100% innocent, it still makes Jimmy and his mom a dumbass for hiring him while he is still a registered sex offender. Why take that risk? Why chance the PR nightmare that is currently playing out right now?
Let say for the sake of discourse Delaware is actually innocent.I mean, it's not impossible for a young man to be screwed over by the legal system. My thing is that even if Delaware is innocent, it's still irresponsible as fuck for Jimmy and his mother to hire him when they work with children.
I don't think prosecutors could have won with the girl's testimony being the sole piece of evidence. Surely they had more than that on him.Especially in cases like this, even if you 100% did not do it there's an almost 0% chance of winning it, a plea deal is far better than the alternative.
This just isn't how the court works, there are some cases you simply cannot win no matter how innocent you are, for example the federal government has a 90% conviction rate so trying to fight them over anything isn't worth it. It's why someone like Julian Assange took the plea deal.Allegations are one thing, but taking a plea deal is a whole separate ball game.
Sexual assault of a minor is the kind of thing you fight tooth and nail in court, unless you're guilty.
If they had much more they wouldn't have given him such a good plea deal.I don't think prosecutors could have won with the girl's testimony being the sole piece of evidence. Surely they had more than that on him.
There are countless grown men unironically afraid of even looking at an adult woman the wrong way thinking that they're one wrong move away from having their lives destroyed over a false SA allegation. Yet time after time, we see kid diddlers getting away with it scott-free and then going on to become wildly successful.View attachment 6284827
This is the alleged former manager for MrBeast who was a convicted sex offender who raped a 1-11 year old kid. He was in videos and wore a mask probably to hide his identity. Nicknamed "Delaware" because he was legally not allowed back into the state. The Mrbeast team allegedly tried to expunge his record off the registry. Holy shit It keeps getting worse
He was in this video, he's the one with the mask
That's why the plea deal was given in the first place, prosecutors were not confident in the case, but that doesn't mean they couldn't have won. Prosecutors typically give plea deals if they believe the defendant could win or if they need info on other parties involved in a case. Whether or not the defendant takes it is in the air, but more often than not they will almost always take it as the risk of fighting is far greater than the reward, 98% of cases end with a plea deal.I don't think prosecutors could have won with the girl's testimony being the sole piece of evidence. Surely they had more than that on him.
Everyone is presumed innocent by default. The facts are that he took a very good plea deal. It's very possible he did and its possible he didn't, but I don't like people claiming that a plea deal is 100% proof of guilt. There’s no evidence he’s innocent
That would be 100x funnier if the guy had more Aryan features.View attachment 6284844
Dude i genuinely cant watch anymore i have VERY bad memories coming back ......
I want the beast empire to fall to ashes like Sodom and Gomorrah
Even the worst prosecutors have around a 70% conviction rate, the good ones win over 90% of the time.ah, the plea deal. a classic tactic to prove ones innocence
