I don't think prosecutors could have won with the girl's testimony being the sole piece of evidence. Surely they had more than that on him.

There definitely wouldn't of been a rape kit performed due to the length of time between the crime and when the victim came forward. So many people here invested in defending a guy convicted of molesting a teen. There’s no evidence he’s innocent besides the word of his brother in law.

We can argue till we're blue in the mouth if they're innocent or not, I don't think we'll ever get to the bottom of it. Even if all of that is true, Jimmy is still grossly negligent for hiring this guy and letting him appear in his videos. He knew he had a conviction for this stuff, it doesn’t matter if he did or didn’t do it, he was on the registry and that’s what matters.

Also why would you take a plea deal for rape if you didn’t do it? It’s extremely hard to get a job, communicate with other people, or do anything because of the legal standards in place to protect other people from YOU. An innocent person would not willingly put themselves in that position or brand themselves with the label of “CHILD RAPIST” because they didn’t want to fight a court case.

In all fairness, unless Chris Tyson was arrested and convicted by police and court, you cannot throw around that he is convicted. Online warriors posting Discord logs does not equal to sentencing a person to a crime he convicted.

If you watch the video, he makes a separate allegation that Mr. Beast employed a guy nicknamed "Delaware" who he says is a convicted, sentenced, served time in jail type of pedophile. He's super shakey about details, and just vaguely calls him a "manager". When showing this he shows a cheeky screenshot that says something like 1-11 years old. If there's a thing you can probably be confident saying legally, it's probably someone who was literally convicted of molesting a child.

If you're that offended by that guy putting the main focus on his personal experiences and what affected him the most, perhaps you want to upload a video yourself which solely revolves around Chris.

His video was teased at being about Mr. Beast, the biggest youtuber in history that is watched by hundreds of millions of people who are mostly children and teens. His video was mainly about how he sucked at his job and getting asked to do his job was horrific abuse and he was mad that Jimmy wasn't his friend. It was a bad video.
