You say nigger on YT, you've lost your channel in 12 hours or less. You bother kids or put them in harms way or use dodgy psychological tactics on them to make money, there's a glacially slow years long investigation, if anything.

As someone who grew up on the late 90s/early 00s net, I know it's fruitless to keep children away from these platforms 100%, I know there IS some protection mechsnisms in place...
