You sleazy intellectual sphincter, you are trying to make null like the one making a lot of implications as of late trying to shield yourself using the privacy of your kids while being inflammatory and not leaving the internet or at least ignoring people and not trying to fan the flames.
I know you look at these threads Balldo and I hope your narcissism makes it so your kids hate you growing up like with Musk you fucking nigger like gorilla porch monkey hennessy sipping welfare cash in BABOON.
How about you follow your own defense and stop dipping your cock into the ant colony like Jamaicans dip their cock into your wife and do what's best for your kids and not put yourself and your family into the spotlight online.

I'm watching Sean's stream.
Sheesh, those balldowashers were waiting for the first uncritical W for crawling out of the woodwork, huh?
They are up for a ride if they are believing Nick's narrative.
Rekieta's mod is sending superchats defending Nick, PAYING SEAN for the privilege of sweeping it up.

Why is his neck so red and purple?

Is that the Grifty guy? I saw a couple of weirdos in rapid succession.

If one or more of his mods are doing that, I would bet anything Nick is furious with Sean and told them such.

I guarantee you someone could put together a side by side of the DENNIS system with examples of Rekieta doing each step.

Isn't this how he got April away from Aaron?

The Rekieta System
R- Ready Balldo
E- Eliminate sobriety
K- Kiwi prudes
I- Ignore children
E- Entertain winos
T- Take cocaine
A- Always drink

I assume that "Resolved" means that Nick has been cooperating enough with CPS that they have given him the conditions he needs to meet for the kids, and that the kids have been returned under those conditions.

Unless Child Protection is very different in the USA to how it is in the UK, there's no way in hell this could be 'resolved'. They might have had their children returned to the family home under certain, strictly supervised conditions, but that would never be an end to it. Far too often, social services have decided it was safe to send a kid home to the parents and then a week later, that kid was dead -- so now they tend to be hugely cautious and have very strict protocols that involve a fairly long (at least six to twelve months) period of monitoring.

I'm not buying the 'resolved' story for a minute.

Until we get the footage of April and Kayla's arrest we have to assume they were denied their right to see Nick as their attorney.

Chrissie Mayr Podcast LIVE with Nick Rekieta! What Should We Talk About?

They get annoyed they don't want to get into arguments about 4th 5th or 6th amendment stuff with anybody.
One of the problems was that for the purposes of like just the immediacy of it.
Effectively the two other people who were arrested with me like were my clients.
They both requested me as their lawyer.
And uh the officers didn't want to let me see them.
And its like well i mean you you kinda they have a right. They have a right to see their lawyer
I think at the at the time they were treating us all as co-defendants
I think that's changed a little bit now.
But they were treating us all as co-defendants
So they yeah they thought that I would get them together and get their stories straight.
I don't know what how you get the story straight on this kind of charge or whatever
but um i think that was their fear and they wanted to talk to us individually.
The problem is they asked each of the other two they asked them if they wanted to talk and they both said we want our lawyer and so they stopped asking them questions kudos to them
"They both requested me as their lawyer." "They both said we want our lawyer."
Yet Detectives OAKLEAF and BRANESS said to Detective POMPLUN that the women requested 'an' attorney with no mention of their preference or the fact that he was there.
From the police report (which has been broadcast on Uncivil Law, Potentially Criminal and Good Lawgic:

Was misrepresenting their request an attempt at keeping the women from their right to an attorney? As Nick said "And uh the officers didn't want to let me see them. And its like well i mean you you kinda they have a right. They have a right to see their lawyer"

Until I see the full arrest of Kayla Rekieta and April Imholte I have to assume the officers were denying them access to their requested attorney, and went so far as to obscure their direct request.

I'm not a lawyer, heck I'm not even American. But Nick trying to imply that the right to have a lawyer would make the cops take your codefendant lawyer out of detention to represent you is at least retarded, at best disingenuous.

Heck, even in Brazil we wouldn't see a thing like that, and our legal system adores criminals.

While listening to dear feeder discuss the latest shower texts. I just heard the line, "Right fellow parents?"

Motherfucker, you are parent by dictionary definition only. You impregnated your wife 4 times, that's it. Your actions have proven that you only care about your own selfish wants. If you gave a damn about your family you would have NEVER let this happen. Taking out all the trade christan bullshit. You are still a failure. Destiny probably lives just a perverted of a lifestyle as you. But, I'm pretty sure if we drug tested his kid he would come up clean.

All his bluster about this is meaningless. He could have said some nebulous line about how traumatic that day was and he wants to limit the damage that's been done and wants to exonerate himself through the court. But no. Like all internet faggots, he has to get his dunk in.

Fuck him, I wish I realized what a snake he was years before this. How he had us fooled

While it is very different (UK has much more power and authority). It's not so much that the case is completely closed by any stretch of the imagination.
