And insane pooner dropped some photos.

Arm looks pretty horrifying almost a year post surgery.

IMG_7757.jpeg

She’s very obviously lying about having anal sex (lol!) with her flop dog:

IMG_7764.jpeg

Admits to sensation being patchy.
IMG_7762.jpeg

Arm is still fucked, almost a year later.
IMG_7761.jpeg

Has worse sensation in her private parts than before.
IMG_7760.jpeg
OF COURSE she’s getting more surgery! And a metoidiplasty for… Reasons!
IMG_7765.jpeg

Keep chasing the coom dream, lil’ pooner!

the day I call my cunt "she" is the day I should be institutionalized, this is complete retard shit
Right? I honestly don’t think I’ve ever heard an actual woman refer to a vagina with she/her pronouns. The first time I ever heard anyone say that was a man I was sexting with like ten years ago and it was a massive turn off. That’s something a man and only a man would say.

I would hope they scrutinize someone's experimental genital surgery as much as they breathe down the neck of someone who dares to require nonformulary maintenance medication.

Oh, sure. To say otherwise would be adopting the aggressive rainbow rhetoric. It's still inherently dangerous, though to what degree I couldn't say. This thread and its ilk have raised so many questions, it's genuinely illuminating.
When it comes to insurance and whatnot, is there not now a precedent for greenlighting these kinds of surgeries? Would have expected the ideology to have moved in there by now and pushed aside at least some of the bureaucracy.
Gender identity anti discrimination wording was put in Obamacare. There have been lawsuits won against Medicaid and assorted prisons (both state and federal AFAIK) refusing to pick up the tab for "trans healthcare" based on that. Thanks to Saint Obama, any health coverage that is sponsored/administered with any amount of federal tax money pretty much has to suck the girldick or rotdog. Depending on what state they're operating in, some private insurance (and/or employers big enough to write their own policies) have some wiggle room. They can exclude some treatments/procedures. Every US state has their own Dept of Insurance that determines which insurance products are sold within their borders. (And broker licensing requirements, etc.) Which is one of the blocks to federal/universal heath care ever happening in the US. Those state DoIs love having those jobs and the power that comes with them. The private insurance companies are ok with that arrangement too, as they can get near monopolies (and approval for shady products) if they grease the right palms, or kiss the right asses.

"Trans healthcare" is another battling Executive Orders thing too. Trump squashed alot of tranny benes with EOs, but then Biden put them back in play. And of course added to them.

Excellent response, super informative. You even answered my biggest follow-up:

I recall President Trump undoing some care-related things early on as part of his repeal & replace policy. To think how long ago that was, how much things have changed, and even back then the ideology had already progressed into an industry complex with federal backing.
US healthcare sounds like a maze, the latest South Park seems now less of a satire and more of an accurate depiction.
My next question would be, how much coverage does this give for 'gender affirming care'? Obamacare means it's tax subsidised right? In a country famous for its private health care industry, that seems really strange.

The lack of testimonials speaks for itself, little lady. The men who had theirs blown off in combat zone or something equally tragic never opt for something as ridiculous as phalloplasty because even though these men are no doubt mortified at the thought of life as a dickless dude, they know it's still preferable to one of those armbar rot burritos.
Lol most real men who lose their dicks to dick cancer or trauma are probably just happy to still be alive. I don't think any of them would want to chase what was by getting a phalloplasty installed, unless maybe there was still a stump of dick left to work with.
I see potential lulz…

Perhaps some true and honest men should go on there and tell them that nope: If they somehow lost their dick in a freak accident, they would never go for a rotdog, since a cold roll of arm flesh isn’t anything like a real dick?
Some real and honest men who tragically lost their dicks should go over there and tell them "tbh I got a vaginoplasty, seemed like the best option given what was left"

Here we have a Cetrulo pooner who was apparently botched and blames the urologist Dr. Wintner who works with Cetrulo doing urethral rerouting:

So... what do we know about this creature? Quite a lot, since she isn't exactly shy about posting about her various ailments on Reddit.

Is black, claims to have DID, pre-diabetic (and morbidly obese) and takes Metformin, and very active in various disability subreddits.

...yeah, I hope she doesn't have access to live animals. Or dead animals, even.

I was surprised to see this rotdog was done by Cetrulo as it looks remarkably normal compared to the horrors from him in this thread but it looks like he did the regular type from arm skin instead of his abdominal technique that produced elephantdick.

We love a user who posts in /r/fakedisordercringe, because hers are definitely real!
A pooner is asking if there are any "cis" men who lost their penis somehow and got phalloplasty and would like to opine on how the rotdog compares to what they used to have:

LOL This girl seems unusually stupid, even for the pooner demographic. She believes that surgeons will be able to give her a set of balls that aren't just neuticles inserted into her labia? "Trans balls" my ass.

Of course the top reply is yesitreallyistrue, the creative writing major who claims to have cut his dick off in a teenage schizo fit then gotten phallo...oh also he's missing a leg but forgot to bring that up in his first eight posts. This larping is so harmful because now OP is going to think this stuff is possible.

I would think a man who’s lost his dick in a horrible accident or whatever would do a bit better than a pooner. At least his bladder is designed for a longer urethra. I don’t know if it would make a difference for the nerves.
Still probably not a good idea though.
Yeah, honestly not sure how keen I’d be on becoming a lifelong medical patient because implant, and have cold ass rot dog flapping around.

I'm desensitised to the flayed arms by now, but that fourth image of the untouched ulnar edge of the arm managed to jar the "wtf" part of my brain back to life. I had assumed they took the skin off all the way around. *sigh* At what point do your cut your losses and take the entire cuff off, instead of leaving an unholy flesh ridge sitting on your outer arm? Would it risk the structural integrity of the ulna to leave it so exposed at its thinnest point?

My fellow doods, I want a rotdog but I want to leave my boobs untouched, what do y'all think?

For a "cis guy with a gf" "he" sure spends a long time in pooner circlejerks and "his" writing comes out as pretty feminine

i coomed hard with the rotdog : )

AAAAAAARGH!
Remember on Tom and Jerry when Tom was going to do something difficult, he would push his sleeves up but it was really the skin/fur of his arm?
This chick decided that was a good look for the rest of her life...
I did not find that with Tom, but OMG they predicted it. Pooners should get a tattoo of that, on the forearm preferably.

A troon 3 months post-op has started bleeding from his horror hole:

Of course there's always a troon in the comment section telling him to go see an OBGYN:

View attachment 6292549

"Preferably with trans experience". What is that, exactly? Gynecologists are trained to treat the female reproductive organs. Not only do troons not have those organs and tissues, but every single troon has a different "configuration" of parts.
Funny thing is that’s his urethra he’s bleeding from- his ‘vagina’ is below.. I don’t think gynos deal with piss, and no woman sees she’s pissing blood and thinks it’s her period. Troons show their knowledge on women once again.

This is what I was wondering about. Not that insurance is required to cover "trans healthcare," but the specifics on procedures. (A lot of trans arguments hinge on getting people to agree to a term that sounds good, but has an undecided/variable definition.)

For every "other" life-saving procedure, insurance companies want a lot of data on treatments. Is the treatment effective, is a less-expensive procedure equally effective/effective for some patients, are the risks worse than the benefits cost-wise.

So it's strange that "trans healthcare" can get away with "lmao data is transphobic." By now there should be beancounters with a spreadsheet explaining the bare minimum of titty for the maximum mental health (vice-versa for the pooners). A list of approved methods of dick-butchery for results and fewest revisions. Hell, criteria for getting a neovagina that include the customer proving they can follow directions and aftercare--they don't allow bariatric surgery for anyone who hasn't gone through a psych eval and proven they can follow a diet.

Again, I am not in favor of health insurance and its bureaucracy. I'm just noting that in this instance, they're not acting according to their well-known nature.

Oh shit you're right! :O

Makes me wonder what he's been dilating all this time. However, gynos sometimes do deal with urinary incontinence particularly if it's due to pelvic floor weakness - in actual women, not men with holes drilled into their taint.

She needs to stop letting people doodle on her stomach, that looks like it’ll be a pain to wash off.

What do you mean, “it’s a tattoo”? No-one would get that shit tattooed on them - on a stomach that grows and sags as you age, no less - right?

I did not find that with Tom, but OMG they predicted it. Pooners should get a tattoo of that, on the forearm preferably.

Well it looks like she’s got the saggy body to go with the rolled-up arm sleeve. Maybe that’s why she blacked her face out. 🤔
