And he wants his story told on KF in Nulls voice. He knows banning the bad people doesn't work but he likes to point to authority figures on his side.

Instead of blocking, Null should post every Rekieta call and message as poll. "Does Rekieta want me to ban people?" "Does Rekieta want me to know stuff as a friend?" It will make him furious as he is a "Just asking questions" kind of dweeb. He wants to know what side you've chosen and does not want Socratic methods applied to facts surrounding him.
I can get behind that - anything that makes the cunt seethe is good.
Still be annoying as fuck for Null though.

Crosspost from Monty lawsuit thread:

A user who is suspected to be Monty left a comment on @elb's clip of Nick calling Schneider a "gay little lawyer."

Monty (suspected) reports that Nick has NOT paid him the $300 owed.

A 4k subscriber account claiming to be Monty confirms in the below comment on @elb's channel that he has NOT been paid the $300 he owes from Nick Rekieta.

The comment was made in the below clip from Nick's stream on Thursday night where Nick spent most of the time staring in the corner where April Anderson usually sits.

That’s what my post says.
I know, I am agreeing with you, but elaborating as to why. There is some nuance. You are correct that blocking has downsides, but letting him spew garbage but not replying has nothing but upsides.

"Null's life is not normal."

List of things aren't normal in civilized society:
  1. Complaining about your wife of 20 years' "destroyed" body on a livestream to thousands of strangers
  2. Swinging
  3. 40 year old parents of 5 deciding to start doing drugs, buying sex dungeon furniture, swinging, and going to sex freak resorts because that's what all the "cool kids" totally did all the time in college and you were too busy trying to get an education and not flunk out
  4. 40 year old parents suddenly checking out so badly all 5 kids get taken by the state
  5. Needing your senior discount eligible parents to move in and clean your house so you can get your kids back
  6. Starting a polycule and trying to raise your kids communally
  7. Moving in your cokey side piece to be your kids' "nanny" that you bring to court
  8. Proudly associating with people who defend pedophiles, outright claim they are one, or brag about grooming their stepkids
Some of this is only considered normal if you're some trailer trash junkie that exists in a cycle of generational criminality and abuse, but it's NOT if you're middle to wealthy upper class church people with degrees and a stable extended family unit. The only people starting polycules are ugly r/childfree millennial soyfreaks that get made fun of.

None of this is "normal." It is certainly not "funny" and "weird" is an understatement.
  • Getting catfished by a man
  • Livestreaming in your underwear after your birthday at Gay 90s
  • Putting your brand new car in a ditch on the way home from the dealership because you’re a dumb drunk fag
  • Drunk driving your kids around
Reading through Nick's list of totally normal behaviors:

I'll tell you one reason why people hate CPS and its associated bodies; they have an 80% likelihood to make the wrong fucking decision every time. If there's a truly healthy family, or God forbid one that does stuff the state hates (like being straight or going to church), they'll move Heaven and Earth to keep the kids away from their families. When there's true disfunction like drugs and molestation, the court will bend over backwards and make every fucking excuse to keep the kids with their parents.
States have to have balanced budgets. Ergo, a priority is placed on rehousing kids with family no matter what as it's the cheapest option.

No more, no less. The whole "the state hates religion and straight people" angle isn't reality.

You should just respond with "?" everytime.

I like this. More ideas:

1) Vary the time between responses. Respond within 5 minutes, then maybe a few hours/next day.
2) Occasionally type garbage, wait 30s plus, then delete and replace with "?" and send. That way Nick gets the "participant is typing" feedback, building his expectations, only to receive "?".

Watching Sean decimate Nick here was very cathartic. I’m glad Nick lacks the humility to listen to him. He doesn’t deserve such helpful direction.
The fact that Sean has experience with this stuff is great too, Nick can't cope and sneed as a non-practicing lawyer saying he doesn't know what he's talking about.

This is the kinda shit Nick probably tells April when Geno & his sugar baby text her.
Blocking Rekieta is stupid; his added commentary to existing facts is a source of both comedy & his own self-incrimination.
Thinking very elaborately as to how to respond to Rekieta is even more stupid. It doesn't take any amount of effort to make him look dumb and dishonest, he does it by himself. Just leave the door open and the moron is bound to drunkenly stumble and fall right through it.
I genuinely wonder how he keeps his kids from looking at this humiliating shit online, including clips of his own show prior to any arrests. And how he intends to keep them from seeing it in the near future, especially the older ones. Or if they're already lurking.

It amazes me how stereotypically similar to other alcoholics I know rekeita is. Even down to the lying, they’ll lie out their ass and expect people to believe them while somehow not realizing how many people just like them are out there. It’s like wearing a cowboy hat and expecting people to compliment you on your baseball cap

Pull the USER ID of that account and I'll look in my past archive is that's the real Monty. Also possible it's one of his bazillion accounts to avoid being ID'd in real life.

I had a friend pass from alcoholism and he acted just like Nick. Not just the lying but he even said inappropriate sexual jokes constantly too thinking it was funny. It wasn’t, it was always uncomfortable and not funny.

Why do I have a feeling that MNPublicRecord has the footage and is waiting for the perfect time to drop it?
If he has it before possibly the best FOIA lawyer in the country then he is either directly involved in the case somehow or broke into the PD and stole all the footage. I guess the third possibility is he sucked whatever IT intern they assigned to edit the footage's dick and got it that way, but he's probably not out here sucking dick for cock
