Has there ever been an instance of the Supreme Court overturning precedent and being like "overturned but lol, it's a law now so everything effectively stays the same, except it's for the right interpretation now"?

I mean, for all I know there has but I doubt the current court is in the mood to stir the pot for that.

The difference between gays and immigrants is that there will always be a segment of the population that is homosexual that can be statistically noted, with arguably very little one can do to stop it from appearing in an otherwise closed system. (I.e. an isolationist nation)

While migrants, and specifically Muslims can have the spread of the ideology stopped by just removing those people and suddenly the spread of the ideology is pretty much all but eliminated in the closed system.

The argument "but not all" is flawed but not in this case, as the solution for the removal on the homosexual side is to what? Kill them?

There is no homosexual based theocracy (Canada and the UK don't count) which to remove them to, whereas the Islamist side has a number of nations they can be sent to to enjoy blowing themselves up in.

I'm not one to blame the individuals for the actions of the group, though both the LGBT ideology and Islamic ideology themselves are cancer to society, and they don't have the same way of being dealt with.

This reminds me of the time they brought up Rand Paul's college "Aquabuddha" stuff. Without any actual context, it looks like dumb college party stuff. It's certainly not on the level of chugging horse semen and getting caught doing almost 100 in a silver Miata.

Out here in SW Ohio, there was even a men's yearly softball game where the volunteer players would dress up in ridiculous 1800s dresses and such and I'm pretty sure it was all for charity. I know it's alien to modern marxist progressives, but some people do things because it's fun or funny. Normal people don't find it offensive because most of us aren't mental broken sex pests.

Either as transphobia because he's a republican now, or hypocrisy due to the drag queen story hour shit.

They'll spread rumors that he's a closeted trans woman, make fun of him for not being shaved or passing, and completely ignore that doing drag is a Halloween goof that's existed since the dinosaurs themselves. This is historical fact to not ask me for a source.

And in retaliation, Walz's own life will be scrubbed to find something dumber / more horrific, it will get ignored.

They'll do him like they did George Santos (who was honestly asking for it by opening the floodgates with interaction with the drag community) using the tactic of "it's (D)ifferent when we do it."
