I've seen more police in the last week than I have in the last year. Either creeping along like they're crusing for tarts, or tearing up and down in convoys, blues and twos, the full works. They never seem to be actually stopping anywhere.

This weekend there were two meat-vans full of pigs curb-crawling around the town centre. The vans had the side-doors open like they were ready to jump out and infiltrate the Vietcong. Never seen that before.

I have family in the police, absolutely everyones leave has been cancelled for the forseerable future, they have them out in force.

They're expecting something big and it isn't more riots.

Around october 2019 I read a report that said a non-friendly foreign country was preparing to release a biological weapon on the west, with casualties expected in the 10's -100's of millions. I assumed when COVID broke, that the biological weapon they had theorised was actually the leaking of COVID, which happened in august/september 2019 and hit the UK in the november.
Back in October 2019, I noticed a ramp up, subtly in police presence and army manoeuvres.

I know that's OT sperging but it gets my tinfoil spidey-sense tingling that something is going to happen. I've got a hunch but it won't be pretty if it does happen.

I've already spoke to a couple of people I work with, without fail they'll say something along the line of 'fuck pakis' or similar, this is nothing new though.
