We've tried. Believe it, we've tried. I can't find them offhand, but there are 4chan greentexts about greenpace volunteers and the like detailing it all. Africans (and I imagine it's not all Africans, but you have to pander to the lowest common denominator here) do not do agriculture and generally improve their lives because they don't know how, it's because they can't know how. They do not conceptualize time like that. They do not conceptualize consequences like that.

Give them 10 acres and two cows and within a week they'll have a deadbeat uncle show up and demand 3 acres of land because you gave 10 of them to a lesser member of the family and as the uncle he should have some as tribute. Oh and the uncle killed one of the cows because he was hungry now and you should have expected him to want food when he came to visit. Besides fuck dindu a year from now, that fucker can go find his own cow. Even then, with a single cow and some land, they won't actually do anything on it -- why should they? They have land, that's good enough, and besides, UNICEF or whatever will keep feeding them, so why do they need to farm? No, they have the land and that makes him king dindu of this little 7 acre kingdom. Oh, but it's 4 aces now cause his grand-uncle wants 3 too and you don't say no to your elders, even though he's just going to take it to say he has 13 acres. Oh and the grand-uncle took the other cow and fucked it to death cause he had a sexual emergency and there were no children or goats nearby, but that's ok cause you still have some meat from the other cow for the weekend. Monday? Next Month? How will they eat then? Might as well be another universe.

They can't get out of the hole they're in because they're unable to conceptualize the idea of a ladder, and if you build them one they'll tear it apart for firewood then demand you keep building more ladders cause they like the color of the sparks. In a way, China colonizing them and the upcoming genocide will probably be good for the survivors, cause it's going to purge a whole lot of the dumb ones first. Hell, there was even a documentary being cheeky about this stuff, Kingdom of Dust or something? It's where that "it's so tiresome" asian meme comes from.

The Trump campaign isn't lying when they say that she was rated as "The Most 'Left' Senator Ever."

Bitch ain't a clean slate to any electorate. Unfortunately, though, the political dynamics have drastically changed since Obama. Lots of Democrats have taken a hard left turn off a freaking cliff in recent years, so Kamala appeals to them.

She's got the "Vote Blue No Matter Who" base down. I just don't see her appealing to independents like Obama did because of the lack of clean slate ... Hence why the Democrats are trying to pull the "Hide in the Basement" method for her.

In my dumb opinion, the real issue with Sub-Saharan Africa (henceforth SSA) is how layered the kinship system is and how corrupt those countries are. Ask any Westerner who has spent time in SSA: the corruption there is different from corruption in Europe, the USA, South America, Asia, or the Middle East.

SSA is also fuckhuge with an insane number of ethnic minorities speaking different languages. This makes the corruption worse. Britain and France have a complex relationship spanning centuries. The Azande people in the northern Congo and the Lunda people in the southern Congo don't even share a language group and have no notable historical interactions to speak of, despite being in the same region of the world for centuries. Achieving any sort of unity is nigh impossible. There were no continent-spanning empires which enforced cultural traditions on a massive scale like every other continent.

On Obama, seriously, there was one thing that made Gen-X want to vote for him that might not have otherwise.

He talked all kinds of big game about pulling us out of Iraq and concentrating on getting Osama bin Laden and then getting out of Afghanistan. He also made a big deal out of closing Abu-Grabass and Gitmo.

Of course, he did none of that and just made shit worse.

EDIT: Yes, I know, supposedly we pulled out of Iraq in 2011, but it was kind of a shell game, considering we still have troops there, just not engaged in combat operations.
