Indeed, you can see what they did with so little ressources , it's amazing. They could get men on the moon while fucking boeing is struggling 50 years later
Well they outsourced all their tech support to jeets and Boeing forgot to send pictures of Target gift cards for validation.

For a while I've been thinking "Who are these undecided voters anyways?" and literally just today I realized I'm one of them.
Without going into more specifics about my state, I don't really think it fucking matters what my vote is, it's a foregone conclusion. All of my family and many of my friends are highly political one way or the other, and I feel like it'll just start fights I don't want to fight if I make a choice either way.

Obviously I don't have to tell them my choice, but if I go vote they'll know I made a choice, and if I don't assure them I chose their side, they'll assume I voted for Hitler because that's how these things work I guess. T
Remember the words of RUSH in Freewill - "If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice".

Don't let anyone bully you. Just tell them you're not discussing it and keep changing the topic to something happier. Force them to redirect.

There are people who seem to actually believe that nobody knew how to read or count to a hundred before the federal government started directing resources in the 1980s.

they just monologue and never actually ask questions or engage with whoever they're talking to and seem to completely lose the conversation if you ask them a question that doesn't relate to whatever the monologue is about even if it's something benign related to the job or someone's schedule.
Yeah, I'm familiar with that too. They have this monologue way of speaking where they don't really expect any form of engagement. If you find what they are speaking about intriguing and ask them to elaborate on something, they will get angry at you for "questioning" them.

Every time they frame a tax cut as 'costing the government' like they're entitled to the money and its being taken from them as opposed to just not being stolen for them, reinforces their mindset. People with this mindset will never, under any circumstance, be able to justify such a thing because to them is a gib that is rightfully theirs, and always will be.
The Dept. of Education deliberately sabotages our education system with ridiculous mandates. They mandate standardized testing and subject matter, and penalize teachers who try to teach things other than what is on the tests. When students inevitably fail to meet the standard, they lower their standards so that advanced/honors students are hurt instead of failing students. The remaining students get a shallower and shallower understanding of the subjects as they only learn strictly what is needed to pass a test, they don't learn anything they aren't tested on. This is dangerous especially when learning history, because students aren't taught critical thinking, they are taught to regurgitate facts and a few select narratives. And in Math, they taught how to use a formula, not how to recognize when they should apply the formula. And in English, they are mostly taught how to write a five paragraph essay they will never write outside of school.
Finally, every three years they decide the way teachers are teaching Math or History or English is wrong and develop a new stupid and convoluted way to learn the subject that they discovered via Astrology and mandate the learning experiment take place in every schoolroom in America.
I took many AP classes in high school, and they always had us come in and test on the standardized tests developed for the regular classes, on many specific subjects we did not cover, just so we could increase the schools score overall since the tests were easy enough for all of us to pass. It's all a waste and a game to them for more money, the dept of education has only existed since '79 and I'm not sure anyone would say education has been getting consistently better since then. My only issue with getting rid of it is that, if we're going to dump some administrative departments, perhaps we should start with the ATF or DHS and hit ED third or fourth.

Today my family tried to get out of me who I'm voting for, and I realized I actually don't know if I want to or if I should vote at all. I have pretty strong views on specific issues and both candidates have sworn to do things I absolutely fucking hate and affect me personally, basically. It feels like voting if I want to get shot in the left foot or the right foot.

The best choice seems to be to not leave my fucking house on Election Day and to have a good alibi to prove I never voted at all. I'm still going to hear "you refused to fight for my righteous cause, you didn't say no to Hitler" for the next few years regardless..... God I hate politics.
You have two choices here. You either say “yeah, I voted for trump.” Or you say “OH MY GOD YESSSSS I TOTALLY VOTED FOR COCONUT BRAT KAMEL TOE!” I mean, really, the latter is as easy as simply lying. Doesn’t really have to go past that.

(Or you just tell them to fuck off and it’s not any of their business)

Wait was Obama's birth certificate never shown? Really?
There are no photos of his husband pregnant, either.

You know how the old meme was "why is there always a Trump tweet about things?" Yeah this is the opposite. Every single flip flop that cunt tries, there's some sort of documented evidence that not only did she originally take the opposite position, she royally fucked up doing it, too.

I’m going to get a few negrates for this and/or be called a “fencesitting centrist” but I don’t really care to vote in the presidential elections due to my county’s delegates being of the “vote blue no matter who” stripe. That being said, I do think it’s important to vote in the local/county/state elections.

As an example, Brendan Herrera (the “guntube” pro-2A guy) ran for congress in Texas against an AIPAC-funded candidate, a candidate who had spent like 10x what Herrera did on campaigning. Herrera came close to winning, within something like ~450 votes. If more retards like me got out and voted for something like that, he probably could have won. But at least it ideally sends a message to “The Cathedral” that some charismatic YouTuber who really likes guns can put up a decent fight against Israeli PAC money and go down swinging as the j’s hemorrhage (likely US taxpayer) money.

I might change my mind and vote for POTUS anyway, but it would be Trump if I did. No second option, no doubt in my mind.

The vaccine one during 2020 until Biden won was my personal favorite.

Don't take the TRUMP vaccine! Get vaccinated.

His parents come from three of the tallest genetic pools in Europe:

1. Highland Scots (Viking stock)
2. Northern Germans (ditto)
3. Dinaric Alps (Yugoslavia)

He doesn't have abnormal looking facies or anything that would indicate a growth disorder to my eye. He just got a full hand of tall genes.
It wouldn't surprise me if Trump and Melania did some sort of gene selection IVF thing, where they selected preferred traits from an embryo.

Just lie, dude lol

My wife's car has been in the shop so I've been driving a 63 year old car that doesn't have a radio or A/C (I live in Houston and I foresee a call to Vintage Air in the near to immediate future) for the last couple of weeks. However, today I had my Jeep back and decided to tune into Progressive talk radio for the first time in awhile.

Stephanie Miller has the morning drivetime show and while she's normally insufferable, this was something different. Every word out of her mouth was referencing how Trump/Vance were "weird" and the word "Joy" with Kamala. At one point she was saying "I just to take Harris and Vance and lift them up. They've been going on so tirelessly and campaigning like this is hard, but they're just such Joyful Warriors".

Dean Obeidallah has the drive home show and he's just basically rehashing the criticisms that we lodged against Biden. "Does nobody love Trump, this elder abuse." etc etc.

Back in the Air America days, I used to tune into left wing talk radio because it gave me an insight to what they were thinking. I don't believe anyone should lock themselves into an echo chamber, we need to understand the other side's points (even if we don't agree with them). This isn't that. This is naked propaganda. They're not making a case against Donald Trump or proposing policies that disagree with his, they're either trying to shoehorn in the words "Weird" and "Joy" or levelling attacks that we made against their former candidate because it might be effective.

Granted, progressive talk radio is not a bastion for higher thought, but when you couple that with the fact that they don't have a platform that they're running on. KamalaHarris.com doesn't discuss issues, there's no platform on that website. They're running her as a generic candidate with a "D" after her name. Hell, we have Walz out there talking about 8-track players (I went through Beryl with a goddamned 8-track player I restored myself, nobody should put me in charge of a country based on that) and she hasn't answered a question in damned near a month.

This isn't a campaign that's running on issues or that has a vision for the future and I think whatever the hell this is falls apart sooner than later. You don't run a campaign like this if you're confident.

I cannot imagine having friends or family that are incapable of tolerating your political opinions. You should be honest with them, as anyone that disowns you is not friend or family. And if anyone is insistent on arguing about it further and you're not in the mood, just tell them you're not interested.
You'll find out who has their head on straight very quickly.
