That's a cool video. And he tries to avoid censorship by framing it with a future scenario and saying in the last part "We don't know if any of this is actually going on of course. 😉"
I know this is gonna sound like a real "I'm voting for Oakland Kam" moment, but I am in a small town restaurant having lunch right now, and there's a bunch of salt of the earth barflys sitting at the bar talking about politics. Pro Trump but one said "You know, it doesn't matter if it's Trump or Kamala on that stage, it's the people behind them we have to watch. They're the ones running things."

People aren't as dumb as TPTB think...

Somehow we ended up with trannies in charge. Clownworld doesn't rest.

The case National Association for Gun Rights v. Garland in the 5th circuit Northern District of Texas (Legality of Forced reset triggers) has been appealed by the ATF to the 5th Circuit court of appeals after summary judgement told the ATF go fuck itself. The ATF filed a motion to stay the return of 11,884 FRTs, amongst the usual arguments (irreperable harm, overly broad judgement) there are two new arguments:

1) The ATF can't light a fire under it's ass to find the FRTs and send them back within 30 days, it also "doesn't know what to do" because the owners may have moved or may have become felons.
The Order to “return to all parties . . . all FRTs and FRT components confiscated or seized . . . within thirty (30) days,” Order at 63 (emphasis omitted), presents multiple compliance problems. As the Court is aware, ATF does not know the identities of the Organizational Plaintiffs’ claimed members, see ECF No. 57 at ¶ 4 (Notice of Compliance), let alone which of those members is entitled to return of their FRT devices. Declaration of Matthew P. Varisco (“Varisco Decl.”) ¶ 5. Plaintiffs’ counsel has advised that they too do not know which of Organizational Plaintiffs’ members are eligible for return of FRTs. See id. ¶ 4. Thus, ATF has no ability to determine who must be returned devices under the Order. And even if an individual approaches ATF and selfidentifies as an Organizational-Plaintiff member, ATF does not have the means to verify the accuracy of that representation, or whether they were, in fact, a member at the time the complaint was filed, as is necessary to receive relief.1 Id. ¶ 5. ATF cannot comply with the Order where it does not know to whom the Order applies and Plaintiffs will not say. Moreover, even if ATF did know the identities of Plaintiffs’ members, returning all FRTs covered by the Order within 30 days would still not be feasible. ATF would have to locate the devices among the approximately 11,884 FRT-15s and WOTs in its possession, which may be held at different points around the country; would have to determine whether the owners are otherwise prohibited persons who cannot legally own a firearm2 ; contact the owners; and arrange for the return. Id. ¶¶ 6, 9-15. ATF is not able to do that within 30 days—in other words, by August 22. Id. ¶ 15. And, further complicating matters, it is inevitable that some portion of Plaintiffs’ members will not be able to be located (e.g. because they have moved without forwarding information or their mail is returned as undeliverable); will not respond to ATF’s outreach; will decline to accept the return of their device(s), either because they do not want them or because they would prefer to wait to see if this Court’s judgment is ultimately affirmed; or will be located in states where possession or sale of the devices are illegal under state law. Id. It is not clear what ATF is to do in such circumstances to avoid non-compliance.
2) ATF believes that Cargill ruling makes these machine guns
Defendants are likely to succeed on the merits because the Supreme Court’s ruling in Garland v. Cargill, 602 U.S. 406 (2024), confirms the correctness of ATF’s longstanding treatment of devices like the ones at issue here as machineguns.4
In Cargill, the Supreme Court explained that “a ‘trigger’ is an apparatus, such as a ‘movable catch or lever,’ that ‘sets some force or mechanism in action,’” and that the term “function” means “the mode of action by which [an object] fulfils its purpose.” 602 U.S. at 415- 16 (citations omitted). Thus, “[t]he phrase ‘function of the trigger’ . . . refers to the mode of action by which the trigger activates the firing mechanism.” Id. at 416. This analysis examines the entire “trigger assembly” and its relationship to the “mechanics of the firing cycle[.]” Id. The dispositive consideration is thus “how many shots discharge when the shooter engages the trigger.” Id. at 422. “With a machinegun, a shooter can fire multiple times, or even continuously, by engaging the trigger only once. This capability distinguishes a machinegun from a semiautomatic firearm. With a semiautomatic firearm, the shooter can fire only one time by engaging the trigger. The shooter must release and reengage the trigger to fire another shot.” Id. at 410-11. Applying that understanding to the non-mechanical bump stocks at issue in Cargill, the Supreme Court explained that such devices do not alter the ordinary firing sequence of a semiautomatic rifle with a standard trigger. Instead, “[w]ith or without a bump stock, a shooter must release and reset the trigger between every shot.” Id. at 415; accord id. at 412 (“[T]he trigger still must be released and reengaged to fire each additional shot.”); id. at 421 (“For each shot, the shooter must engage the trigger and then release the trigger to allow it to reset.”); id. (“Between every shot, the shooter must release pressure from the trigger and allow it to reset before reengaging the trigger for another shot.”). Those devices only “accelerate the rate of fire by causing these distinct ‘function’ of the trigger to occur in rapid succession.” Id. at 415.
ith a firearm equipped with an FRT-15 or WOT, by contrast, the trigger need only activate the firing mechanism one time to initiate a firing cycle in which the weapon will continue to fire automatically until the trigger is disengaged, Hr’g. Tr. 42:20-43:6, with no need to “release and reengage,” Cargill, 602 U.S. at 411. There is no dispute of fact that an FRT-15-equipped firearm will continue to fire “even if the shooter does not lessen his rearward pressure on the trigger.” Hr’g. Tr. 42:20-43:6. Moreover, as the Supreme Court emphasized, additional manual input was required to maintain fire from a weapon equipped with a bump stock. Cargill, 602 U.S. at 424, 426-27. Again, there is no dispute of fact that this is not true here, as weapons equipped with these devices will continue to fire so long as an appropriate level of force is maintained on the trigger without any additional input. Hr’g. Tr. 42:20-43:6. This Court held that, because “[t]he basic function of any trigger is to release the hammer,” Order at 2, and an FRT-15 or WOT must “release the hammer from [the trigger’s] sear surface for every round fired,” id. at 36, the trigger in a firearm equipped with an FRT-15 or WOT must function for every round fired. This conclusion rests on a definition of “function of the trigger” that is narrower than the definition adopted by the Supreme Court. Cargill held that “[t]he phrase ‘function of the trigger’ thus refers to the mode of action by which the trigger activates the firing mechanism.” 602 U.S. at 416. The distinction between the two definitions is that, while this Court defined function of the trigger as only the first step in the firing cycle (i.e., “[w]hen the shooter engages the trigger . . . the square point of the trigger pivots downward and out of the notch securing the hammer,” and “releases the spring-loaded hammer, allowing it to swing forward,” id. at 418), the Supreme Court instead considered the initiation of the entire firing cycle as the
“function of the trigger,” see id. at 421 (“[T]his complete [firing cycle] process is what constitutes a ‘single function of the trigger.’”). 5

WTF I thought his campaign was being done perfectly these past couple of months. They have been killing it, strategy-wise.
Why would he do that? Internal sabotage? Dangerous incompetence?
If true that would be wild news.
Former aid said it. It's just them trying to toss some sticks into the gears of the campaign. They don't really have anything left at this point, barring some sort of fuckery -- either the debate having moderators pull some "gotcha" moments fucking Trump over a-la the moderator fucking Romney over that one time, or them rigging the shit out of things in November. So why not just see if they can counter-meme Trump into firing the people helping him win?

To be fair to Biden, they did fuck him really hard. I would be pissed.
I don't feel sorry for Biden, because he's a garbage human, dementia or not ...

... But I understand his arrogance after the debate with Trump, and I completely understand why he was so stubborn to bow out of the race until Pelosi, Obama, and Harris threatened to "25" him.

For the past 5-6 years, he was propped up by literally everyone around him (including his own wretched wife), telling him that he's the shit and that he's the most effective and the greatest POTUS ever. The media was lying to the world about how he's in top form on top of all of this too.

Then, after the debate, all of the people who propped him up were suddenly demanding for him to drop out, even the precious news media who had his back up until that point.

If I were as senile and as confused as Biden, I would absolutely be pissed too when you think about it. His arrogance and anger about not dropping out was not unfounded, given that everyone around him spent years telling him that everything was OK and that he was great.

It's actually depressing to think about how nobody around him loved him enough to actually want to take care of him in this declining state. I guess you reap what you sow ... This is what happens when you're a bad person who only cares about power: You surround yourself with people who only care about the same thing. What goes around comes around, old man.

Young working lefties in Seattle hate Kamala, but they also hated Biden. The ones that pay attention are about 80/20 Kennedy/Stein. Somehow, Chase Oliver is too gay for them.

Every AWFL I've talked to, and it's been a lot, are as excited to vote for Kamala as they were for Biden and Obama. I'm not seeing Kamala yard signs yet, but they will break hard for her. A significant percentage of these women are high income, childless dykes that are extra excited to vote for a woman again. Most of them make the maximum donation every 4 years. Honestly, it doesn't really matter who is running as this is the core "vote blue no matter who" demographic. They also dictate how the leftist incel vote will swing as they idolize this demo.

I don't know what the non-working leftists are going to do. These are the activists, non-functioning drug addicts, malingerers, scene kids, Antifa, and emancipated rich kids. Most of them see Kamala as a cop, but also think the right wing death squads will be activated if Trump wins.

I predict Washington stays blue but with lower than average voter turnout.

I get all your points and they are correct, but I still have some pity for the man. A man's life came to this.

Maybe I'm just a fag, I dunno.

A man's choices, every choice he's made, for years, lead specifically to this outcome.

He's a bully and a pedophile who ran an office so fucked up they sent an assistant into a room so he could rape her, and they were all shocked, shocked, that she would refuse him and fight him off. He openly fondles, pinches, sniffs and blatantly molests the children of elites on stage in front of cameras because no one dares stop him, to the open terror of the children involved. Oh, and he "showered with" his daughter, which is a "I'm safe if daddy finds this and reads it" codeword for he molested her for years. He blatantly, BLATANTLY, ON CAMERA, bragged about using US Foreign Aid to the Ukraine to blackmail a sovereign nation into stopping investigating his crackhead son's influence peddling and money laundering -- of foreign aid funds -- operation that he was personally benefiting from to the tune of millions of dollars.

Yes there's some pity for the man. But he deserves the hell he's in and the hell he's going to. The real tragedy is he's not lucid enough anymore to realize just how bad his life is -- he shit himself in front of the Pope! -- and there's nonexistent odds of his wife suffering in any way going forward.

Remember that we're talking about an entire generation that thinks "getting informed" is being told what to think by the guy on TV. I've noticed this too, especially when talking about Israel and related topics- "Hitler," "WW2," and "holocaust" are thought-terminating cliches without equal. I feel bad for them as tools (I feel the same way about the Greatests, too, FWIW) but it's hard to get past the fact they were used to ruin absolutely everything.
I don't feel bad for the Boomers at all. The Boomers now have had decades of people telling them the truth, more often than not including their own damn children. These people are retarded and special. Anyone with two stones to rub together could've figured out the game being played. The conspiracy theorists have been shouting these things for years and everyone called them crazy. Queue up 30 years later, and every single crazy conspiracy theory has not only been proven true, but is common knowledge to the average younger person and these faggots STILL have the gall to cry conspiracy theory.

In 2016, I might've called it ignorance. In 2018 maybe I would call it generational apathy to new knowledge. But we're in 2024 and shit has just gotten worse, and worse, and worse. To some Boomers credit, many smell the coffee. To the ones that are left, I only call it evil. If you have the gall to be a boomer in 2024 and not understand what happened throughout the past 80 years of the US, brainwashing and fucking you at every turn to establish a Uniparty, then my only assumption is you're not human. You're an evil piece of human garbage who would rather live in the matrix than see the world for what it is. Don't have any mercy on leftist Boomers. If COVID didn't wake them up, nothing will.
