Yup, 1 kilogram is the weight difference before and after I have a major meal of the day and the smallest error on an analog scale. I'm gonna bet that chibi also "lost weight" this way
There's only two ways you lose three pounds in a week.
You can fluctuate three pounds in a day if you really put your mind to it. It's not the one day total that matters, it's the steady decrease over time. You can easily fluctuate 3lb in one week without any effort required just by accidentally drinking less water than you usually do. Or if he overate the previous week, took a massive shit and resumed his normal intake of food the following week. 3lb is nothing, an insignificant data point. I would love to see Chibi take one of those body fat percentage analyzers you can do on most modern smart watches or with one of those fancy scales
There was this show where fat people would come and exercise to lose weight and the first week they would all lose the most because it was just excess water...? Dont hold me on that one. But later weeks they would start losing significantly less. Like frist week some would lose 10 almost 20kg but next week they would barely lose 2kg and they would exercise nonstop and eat healthy. You can fluctuate three pounds in a day if you really put your mind to it. It's like how Fatty Scalfatty was supposed to have lost 100 pounds two years ago on his "Profile by Sandford" diet and never did. And now on his Carnivore larp he's pretending like he's totally losing weight gaiz and yet... it doesn't show.
I would guess that's a combination of water weight and the fact that you'll burn off excess weight much quicker going from zero exercise to regular exercise than you will once you settle into a routine. There was this show where fat people would come and exercise to lose weight and the first week they would all lose the most because it was just excess water...? Exactly. That's why if Chibi really did lose 3lb like he says then he was barely going to the gym besides taking a selfie there and maybe did some exercise this week and managed to lose that.I would guess that's a combination of water weight and the fact that you'll burn off excess weight much quicker going from zero exercise to regular exercise than you will once you settle into a routine.
It's the same with building muscle, as anyone who has walked the long road of 135lb bench to 225lb will tell you.
It's why some people give up after a month or two. You find yourself doing the same work or even more with less and less results. Cheebs isn't nearly as fat as he could be considering his life style and eating habits, but he could easily be considered in the normal range of weight if he put a little work into it and kept with it, but he'd rather live like a slob and get catfished every other month. There was this show where fat people would come and exercise to lose weight and the first week they would all lose the most because it was just excess water...? And that's typically how weight loss works. It's rapid at the start and slows down. A good rule of thumb is 1-2 pounds a week once you get started. More than that is possible if you're under the care of a physician but it needs to be carefully monitored or you regain it back afterwards. There was this show where fat people would come and exercise to lose weight and the first week they would all lose the most because it was just excess water...? Two weeks is usually the point where people start dropping off because they're not seeing any results. We want to lose weight fast but don't understand we're biologically wired to hold onto our fat. It's your body's insurance policy and if you eating is restricted too much your body panics and you need to fight for every pound. It's why some people give up after a month or two. We're talking about Chibi and his goal of having made a big poopie and being proud that he lost 3 pounds because of it.Oh God not weight loss sperging.
These were really obese people on TV and they had even more problems besides doing exercises. Like all that extra skin they had once they lose weight etc. Also somewhere I heard it's not just your body keeping the fat but when you do exercise even like cardio, fat will start truning into muscle at some point so that will make it harder to lose weight too. That is probably only problem for these obiese people I guess. And that's typically how weight loss works. It's rapid at the start and slows down. This is why slow and steady wins the race.

No sheets on the bed. I knew Chibi was a fucking degenerate but that is just gross.View attachment 6309786View attachment 6309787
Clean up your disgusting room chibi.
Comments are crawling with cosplay girls and he is clearly fishing for interaction with them.

Those are all bullshit and not even remotely accurate. But you can generally just eyeball it. I'd estimate him to be somewhere between 20-25% depending on the size of his gunt.I would love to see Chibi take one of those body fat percentage analyzers you can do on most modern smart watches or with one of those fancy scales
Yeah Chibi sleeps on a raw mattress, even after all this time. I remember seeing it probably over half a decade ago at this point and I figured he'd probably learned by now. Nope! Just a 32 year old man who never understood what sheets are for. That bed genuinely must fucking reek
Am I huffing copium by thinking that maybe the fitted sheet is just in the wash rn?
