It's probably going to be pretty boring in and of itself, other than Nick's antics and possibly the Barneswalker's, too, and I'd guess he'd lose. I don't see anything wrong with the warrant on its face, but possibly they fucked up executing it, went outside of its scope, mixed up a sample, or even in theory actually planted the dope.

Frankly, I think the majority of people in this thread have done a pretty commendable job tempering their expectations. The general consensus established early on was that this is probably ending in a suspended sentence with probation.
