Damn, dude, slow down. You don't want to lose too much weight too fast.

Yup, 1 kilogram is the weight difference before and after I have a major meal of the day and the smallest error on an analog scale. I'm gonna bet that chibi also "lost weight" this way

BRB, posting on facebook about being proud of losing weight every time I take a shit

There's only two ways you lose three pounds in a week.

The first is you just started a new diet and it's water weight.
The second is you're a massive fatass who hasn't taken a dump in that time.

My money is riding on the second of the two. That's right. Chibi is proud of having made a poopie.

You can easily fluctuate 3lb in one week without any effort required just by accidentally drinking less water than you usually do. Or if he overate the previous week, took a massive shit and resumed his normal intake of food the following week. 3lb is nothing, an insignificant data point. I would love to see Chibi take one of those body fat percentage analyzers you can do on most modern smart watches or with one of those fancy scales

You can fluctuate three pounds in a day if you really put your mind to it. It's not the one day total that matters, it's the steady decrease over time.

It's like how Fatty Scalfatty was supposed to have lost 100 pounds two years ago on his "Profile by Sandford" diet and never did. And now on his Carnivore larp he's pretending like he's totally losing weight gaiz and yet... it doesn't show.

There was this show where fat people would come and exercise to lose weight and the first week they would all lose the most because it was just excess water...? Dont hold me on that one. But later weeks they would start losing significantly less. Like frist week some would lose 10 almost 20kg but next week they would barely lose 2kg and they would exercise nonstop and eat healthy.

I would guess that's a combination of water weight and the fact that you'll burn off excess weight much quicker going from zero exercise to regular exercise than you will once you settle into a routine.

It's the same with building muscle, as anyone who has walked the long road of 135lb bench to 225lb will tell you.

Exactly. That's why if Chibi really did lose 3lb like he says then he was barely going to the gym besides taking a selfie there and maybe did some exercise this week and managed to lose that.

What's the recommended daily intake of water? That's like 1/4 progress to your weight loss goals right there. Combine pissing and shitting and you're halfway there. Walking around all day at the anime con will burn up some calories for even more weight loss. Save time and money by shitting in the toilets at the anime con. Then post about your weight loss goals on facebook while the toilet seat is still warm.

It's why some people give up after a month or two. You find yourself doing the same work or even more with less and less results. Cheebs isn't nearly as fat as he could be considering his life style and eating habits, but he could easily be considered in the normal range of weight if he put a little work into it and kept with it, but he'd rather live like a slob and get catfished every other month.

And that's typically how weight loss works. It's rapid at the start and slows down. A good rule of thumb is 1-2 pounds a week once you get started. More than that is possible if you're under the care of a physician but it needs to be carefully monitored or you regain it back afterwards.

Two weeks is usually the point where people start dropping off because they're not seeing any results. We want to lose weight fast but don't understand we're biologically wired to hold onto our fat. It's your body's insurance policy and if you eating is restricted too much your body panics and you need to fight for every pound.

This is why slow and steady wins the race.

Oh God not weight loss sperging.
We're talking about Chibi and his goal of having made a big poopie and being proud that he lost 3 pounds because of it.

These were really obese people on TV and they had even more problems besides doing exercises. Like all that extra skin they had once they lose weight etc. Also somewhere I heard it's not just your body keeping the fat but when you do exercise even like cardio, fat will start truning into muscle at some point so that will make it harder to lose weight too. That is probably only problem for these obiese people I guess.
Whatever the case thread got off topic again the only reason I wanted to bring it up is because Chibi saying going to the gym, like we didn't know he was lying, too suddenly losing 3lb in 1 week is how he outed himslef that he rarely exercises and that is the only reason he managed to lose that much of his fat so quickly.
Only thing belivable about his gym is when his mother had to break up with his gym.

Those are all bullshit and not even remotely accurate. But you can generally just eyeball it. I'd estimate him to be somewhere between 20-25% depending on the size of his gunt.
