Guys, don’t worry! Bob and Celeste got this!

They even have a very potent example of their willingness to do WHATEVER it takes for the kids.

Thousands of dollars guys! But no sacrifice is too great, that’s just how Bob and Celeste are!
The Rekieta‘s have retard genes confirmed.
This one got to me. Nick's Father, who is probably scared to death that his son will go to jail or prison, will say anything to stop that. I can't blame him, Nick's his son and I imagine that his Dad loves him unconditionally.

Then I think of Nick, who rather than admit to having a problem with drugs would instead have his own elderly father answer questions in front of court after getting an earful about this ridiculous conspiracy theory of his. The pain and suffering of the guy who has entitled this fag with a trust fund is worth cool guy fake lawyer points and the ability to prance around in his weird cuckold fantasies. I imagine Nick knows that he'll choose to believe just about anything than the nightmare of the reality that guy is living in. I think about if I somehow ended up in a situation remotely close to what Nick is in and if my Father had to go and speak in court on my behalf and it gets me right in the pit of my stomach. Absolutely vile.
He's just another enabler and believes Nick is the victim in all of this.

I hate to say this but throughout my life that’s what I’ve seen multiple older vets do, come back from service and having no job, and it’s usually marrying a woman who is the breadwinner instead of just being homeless on the side of the road because you learned the hard way that the whole “We’re going to take care of you for the rest of your life!” line from recruiters was just a lie to get them to join up.
How many vets do you actually know? I've never heard of this stereotype. They make up such a tiny fraction of the population.
I'm surprised he hasn't killed anyone and used the Affluenza defense.
Yeah but that defense never worked and Nick...yeah what am I thinking?!?! This has never stopped him in the past. You're absolutely right. Good question.
That's why if Balldo gets probation, he's not really not gonna be able to claim a W over the evil Karen Farms.
I think the biggest reason he couldn't call it a win is he would be implying g he could conform to the restrictions of probation.

so I now understand Nick's theory of the case

Nick's theory of the case is that Aaron Imholte planted the cocaine and called the cops

This is retarded, but it’s extra retarded because Aaron didn't call the cops and 2, that shit was obviously constructively possessed just from the probable cause alone.
I think it’s even dumber. He might argue that Aaron got April hooked on coke then as a weird revenge ploy gave her a travel safe full of cocaine when Aaron left her stuff outside of his house for her to pick up. The scales and everything else were just something Kayla and April unpacked as the cops arrived. They didn’t even know it was cocaine until the cops told them.

Also, it’s a 4th Amendment violation because Nick didn’t grant them permission to search his house and the warrant is illegitimate! Nick is just too smart for them Scandinavian Incel prudes.

It occurred to me that Nick may actually be genuinely convinced that Daddy is going to make it all better.
It's coming to my attention Nick's parents absolutely suck and he never stood a chance. Raising 5 kids and LARPing as trad dad on YouTube was the closest chance he ever had to being a good guy. However, his spoiled nature and inability to take responsibility couldn't let that happen. Nick probably had that strange impulse people who are fucked in the head get where they think to themselves "I kind of want to just blow up my life" and he acted on it. I'm also convinced his parents aren't much better in terms of drugs and swinging. They probably did something similar or have swinging partners themselves and that's what Nick meant when he said "his parents talked about sex" with him.

Fuck you Bob and Celeste. You're awful parents.

let's pretend rekieta's theory is 100% true :story:. and he is drug free :really:.

why would rekieta not outright says this on social media, the moment he got released? why would rekieta not release his own drug test to the public?

rekieta is the biggest 💩🐦. the most logical and prudent thing a youtube e-celeb can do, is take the plea, that 1 year off for rehab from the drugs and his public image, and then do a come back tour.

tbh, the rekieta irl show is boring now. i am going to wait until the trial to check back in.

Interesting new matter of public record attached.
I finally got some free time to finish the new interesting matter of public record summary.

Rob really is a useless fucking father, no wonder he raised such a loopy son.

Hey Robbie Rackets, start from this channel: Rekieta Law

I thought it said in one of the other leaks that kids were split between both sets of grandparents
My recollection is it being said that the children were with relatives, some of them being with grandparents. I'm pretty sure that facilitating contact between the children was mentioned at one point. Given that CPS, the GAL and the childrens' lawyers would want continued access to them, the children would have been placed locally which means with Kayla's parents and other family members.

There is zero chance that Celeste didn't know about any of this. Ty is trustee and the Rekietas move in the type of circles where people get warned about anything which may require them to do damage control. It's pretty lulzy that Bob believes any court would find his statements credible (and he should have been prepped by his own lawyers anyway), but he's probably used to people deferring to his status rather than his character.

He can't. If he is drug free today, isn't that a tacit admission he was not drug free in the past? Most reasonable people would assume that to be true, I think. The only way he could "Own the Farms" would be to release a hair follicle test that showed him to be drug free during the period in question. We all know he can't do that.

Ms. Weber asks for an example of bad parenting, Rob brings up drunk driving with children in the car, and then stated Nick has never done that, and he has never seen Balldo intoxicated... (wow)

This is funny because it’s a direct contradiction to the multiple mandatory reporters having seen Rekieta driving intoxicated

Wait, so when Gran and Grandpa are in town, the kids just stay at their house for a whole week, and the parents just do whatever? Sounds like great parenting.

There is one semi-documented instance from the spring where Gran and Grandpa took the kids to stay with them for a week so that Nick & Kayla could have an entire week of sex & drugs with April & Aaron with no distractions. All four of them supposedly took Bob out for a meal after to thank him.

"No problem son! I can take care of your children while you travel with their nanny!"
- Bob Rekieta, probably

Nick’s father said that clothes could even be found behind couches.

One of my childhood friends had three other siblings along with both parents. That’s one person less than the Rekeita household and in a home that would have been smaller than the Rekieta’s. I never walked around that home and found piles of clothing strewn across the floor or behind furniture.

Did Nick not have any laundry baskets? Did no one in that household know how to separate and fold laundry? When the fuck did they do the laundry? Once a month? Quarterly?

For some reason, the mismanagement of laundry is more disturbing than the drug use because of how impossible it ought to be to fuck up the handling of laundry.

Yeah, as far as I recall the way more common situation is they marry a woman who gets really fat and cheats on them while they're away, then mooches off their benefits for the rest of time.

It occurred to me that Nick may actually be genuinely convinced that Daddy is going to make it all better.
I think the thing has blown up enough now that the family name is in risk of reputational damage, if the family hasn't hung Nick out to dry already it means they're probably going to throw money at this till it goes away.

My assumption is that when the nanny quit, there was no one functional left in the house to do anything. Nick is drinking 24x7. Kayla is on benzos. Given that the parents didn't work and that the kids were homeschooled, all hygiene could easily go out the window. I mean look at Nick on-stream in 2024. He looks physically dirty and greasy most of the time.

I think by the start of 2024, both parents were essentially non-functional as humans. Nick certainly couldn't handle even small things like traffic tickets or paying his taxes. And its somewhat possible that after the Nanny left nobody did any laundry any more at all until the arrest at the end of May.
