But yeah, I know I’m a guy, but I’m with you on being mistaken for a tranny. My voice is naturally high pitched, so whenever I answer a customer’s call, I tend to get called ma’am. I don’t normally correct them, but they usually get the memo once I tell them my name is [male nickname I use because my boss has the same first name as me]. 100% agree. I was watching a small Youtuber as of late, not even 1k subs, a zoomer talking about zoomer things and the like, not very important. And then "bang!", like a week ago he uploads a video saying that he's got into Omori and now he's trans and he's gonna do a rebranding and will delete the comments of all the heckin' chuds that dare say he's a real and valid woman and doesn't want them in "her" community. The amount of LGBT identifying people I've encountered online is crazy. Its to the point where if this was the only way to connect with people in the outside world you'd think 98% of people irl are gay or trans. Sometimes I legit wonder if this is all just a weird psy-ops to convince people that gay and trans is the norm whereas "cis" straight people are either a tiny minority or something that people are forced to be but are all secretly gay or trans.
