I know very little about law, but my lawyer uses "on information and belief" to mean something along the lines of "I'm spitballing and this is likely partly wrong but it's all I have." It seems to be a bit of a magic incantation for "about 10% certain" the way "preponderance of the evidence" means "50/50." I have no idea how the Barneswalker got to 10% certainty when he should know that his statements are false for myriad reasons.Both the information and belief were wrong.
Is the Barneswalker just that stupid and incompetent that he didn't check the dates on the emails or is he deliberately misleading the court?
Also that's our second accusation that everyone here is a pedophile. And for some reason we're also all poor...
