This is Gracilis Flap phalloplasty (the one that takes a muscle from the inner thigh) and I believe the patient can tense the muscle which is shown in the below video.

How is that clip only 22 seconds? Felt a lot longer than that whenever the rotdog flattened and curved onto itself. Really illustrates how the human body does not function like a character customization screen no matter how you dice and stitch it back up. That muscle still thinks it's in her leg, not rolled up and sewn to her crotch.

My response is late and gay, but I want to say thanks to you and everyone who responded. Of all the man-made horrors on this thread, I don't know why Gruffin's case hits so hard. I'm glad this thread exists to document her decline. Other places on the internet are increasingly full of fake garbage, but kiwis always keep it real and I appreciate it.

Holy fuck…. I did some digging because following/ follower counts can sometimes increase if someone reactivated a previously deactivated account. Gruffin’s following count only increased by 1 since the brain bleed so this may have been the case.

I’m pretty sure I found conclusive proof that she is dead… I don’t mean to blue ball the thread and I will put together proof later. But I’m 99% sure Gruffin is dead. Genuinely, RIP.

Lobotomies had variable results: since you're just wiggling away in a time crunch, without imaging or anesthesia, some people are going to die, some are going to be vegetables, and a few might be lucky enough to escape with some or all of their mind still working. It's a roll of the dice.

There's a famous case from 1950: Theodore Trent-Lyon killed his (ex-) psychatrist Dr. Lewis Thorne, after previously being institutionalized and receiving a lobotomy. However it's unclear (and unlikely) that Thorne was the one who performed it, or referred him. This story gets misremembered as Walter Freeman being killed by an unhappy patient, but he died of cancer at an old age.

I feel like you're right about troons, though. There have been a few physicians killed by disgruntled patients recently after surgery with inadequate pain relief, or not enough post-op opiates. A troon can walk, plan ahead, knows the layout of the surgeon's office, and can hold a grudge. A murder is just an extroverted suicide.

What's saving the surgeons is the trans code of silence and speaking no ill of the doctors or anyone else's surgery, but it could backfire. If all that social programming fails and a post-op leaves the cheer squad, any warning signs they try to give about their dissatisfaction are going to be blocked, reported and deleted from social media and especially transgender Reddit. Unless the mod team over there are keeping track of which disgruntled user had which surgeon, and have a list of office phone numbers, when Alice shows up with a manifesto and a weapon it's going to seem like it comes out of nowhere.



In bittersweet news, I just found out about the Zuru 5-Surprise Mega Gross Minis. It's the same company that makes the blind box balls with consumer item minis in them, but this line takes a page from Wacky Packages and makes yucky versions with poor-quality puns. McMaggot Burger, Dead Bull Energy Drink, etc. The sculpting and detail is really good; in an ideal world they'd have been able to get the Wacky Packages license and mine better jokes. The licensing on things like this is probably pretty byzantine though.

Good news: they have a footlong rot dog! Bad news: it goes too hard on the "foot" angle to be a thread mascot.

About a week prior to July 21, 2024, Gruffin had a brain bleed, following her extensive complications resulting from phalloplasty.

She had not posted since then, though she didn’t post often so it wasn’t all that surprising. However, I believe the proof to follow will show that she has almost certainly died.

Gruffin referenced a friend of hers on Instagram many times, mainly tagging her in memes and thanking her, for being her best friend. I decided to check out her profile; I am keeping her name anonymous for now, if you go and find her profile, please leave her alone.

It seems she has created an Instagram story archive with everything related to Gruffin, with the following icons.

If you’re not familiar, you can post a “story” to instagram that is visible only for 24h. However they are archived, and you can choose to display them on your profile at any time, even years after they were originally posted.

I’ve attached the Gruffin tribute as a video, feel free to pause to read some of the longer ones. Given the posts at the end, which read like a memorial, and were posted around the time of the brain bleed, I believe Gruffin has died. I know it was expected, but I was hoping she’d pull through.

Dialysis patients rarely ever have good outcomes, and considering that she likely wasn't seen as a good candidate for a transplant, it was expected. But damn, her death still hit me harder than it should. I am glad she had someone so close to her that will hold her memories dear.

In the end, gruffin was a major victim of a cult, targeted when she was a kid. It's difficult to leave this ideology if its all you've ever known since you were a child, and I can't help but feel sympathy and sorrow for these cases. Rest in peace Gruffin, you suffered way too much.

Damn. I think you’re correct. That dove emoji seals it for me. I’m surprised Gruffin even had the one friend.

If she left her body alone, she would have been happier in the long run. Far healthier, for sure. Even if she ended up committing suicide for whatever reason, there was a good chance she would’ve made it to at least her early thirties. Instead she is now a cautionary tale of what happens when this barbarism is inflicted onto children.

Transition is life saving, my ass. RIP.

July 23, 2024​

Griffin Shaun Sivret, 24, of Woonsocket, RI died Tuesday, July 23rd in UMASS Memorial Medical Center – University Campus surrounded by his loving family. He leaves his parents, Darlene (Jones) Sivret of Holden and Derek S. Sivret and his wife, Jennifer of Chicopee; paternal grandmother, Roberta Flanagan with whom he lived; many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. He also leaves his close friend, Wyatt Nestor-Pasicznyk. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Eugene T. Jones, Sr. and Barbara Jones Tashjian.
He was born and raised in Worcester and was a beloved member of the community known for his quiet strength and compassion. He graduated from Worcester Vocational High School and was proud to be part of the last graduating class of Becker College, where he earned a degree in Graphic Design. Griffin’s career journey included roles as a shift lead at Old Navy, an assistant teacher, and as a clerk at Stop & Shop.

Griffin had a deep love for music and video games, and his passion extended to collecting Funko Pop figures. His love extended deeply to his family, especially his cherished son and his beloved pet dragon, Randall. Their bond was a source of great joy and comfort in his life.

He was known for his unique style, often seen wearing Crocs and sporting a love for flamingos. Despite his quiet demeanor, Griffin found his voice when advocating for others, especially within the LGBTQ community. He was a dedicated advocate, ensuring that many in the community had a voice and felt supported.
Griffin’s legacy is one of kindness, creativity, and advocacy. He will be remembered for his warm heart, his unique interest, and his unwavering support for others.
For those who wish to attend Griffin’s services, the family requests that attendees dress casually or wear attire featuring flamingos, a symbol of Griffin’s unique style and spirit.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31st from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester followed by his funeral service. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Flowers may be sent or memorial contributions may be made in Griffin’s name to a charity of the donors choice.

With no hyperbole, I believe this thread is the most important thread on the entire internet for information related to "life saving care".

Those fucks in the hugbox aren't going to tell the truth, they will happily lead more people down the same path as Griffin. Those doctors aren't going to tell the truth as long as the cash is rolling in. TRAs at large aren't going to tell the truth as long as they can keep the grift going. Allies don't even care enough to know the truth as long as they get social validation for saying all the right things.

Griffin is just one of the ones we know about. There must be so many more who have died the same way who we will never know about. Kiwis in this thread called that she was doing to die over a year ago. It's Saturday morning and I'm already MATI at this 100% preventable death.

I'm just going to repeat what I said the last time I talked about Gruffin;

Gruffin's story should be shown to every pooner out there who wants this butchery. They need to be shown this and told you are not different or special, this could easily happen to you as well. This woman is going to die before she is 30 all because she had a useless lump grafted onto her, it looks nothing like a penis, it doesn't work like a penis, it will never be a penis and it could kill you.
