I am in Phil's quarter home country right now. It would be so easy and cheap for him to go to Italy, visit 3 cities (e.g. Milano, Firenze and Roma and back to Renton), eat as much real authentic Italian food in Italy made by Italian passport owning Italians with Italian ingredienti (!) as he wants and then being an even bigger Italian food snob than before. He is a streamer, he could go in the off-season. He could even do streams and earn at least most of the money back while being there, his dents would pay, no doubt. And he would become a bit less retarded, because he would have seen something from the world and might learn a thing or two about european history. All it would have taken him was not spending all on Hogans, a little bit of planning and for once not being an eternal victim.

But alas, this all is just too high of a demand for Phil, and fat Khet is happy enough to just live, eat and sleep in the khando which has a worth of 0.5 mio, but falling apart faster than a 1600 year old roman church.

Foams like this are not for noise isolation. He will be just as loud outside the room (most of his pig noises probably leave through the door). It's for dampening/scattering reflections and echos, so that you don't sound like you're streaming from a bathroom.

Neither the old squares he had up or these new ones actually "sound proof" anything. They are acoustic foam panels meant to reduce echos. They are to be placed behind where the audio source is picked up from (in this case behind the camera). On top of that, you would need the entire wall filled up with these things. Now if you want sound proofing that's a whole different thing with a different layer, which definitely has to surround the entire room.

TLDR: Level -1000 sound proofing lol.

Muta was clearly glazing him, I was talking to my partner about this and I realized Mutahar is the antithesis of Phil. He has a highly successful channel but has an actual real job in Management; is happily married, planning for kids and is pretty much liked by most people. I don't really watch his stuff but he is pretty up on stuff and he is not a hypocrite and admits to using the farms.

I wonder how bad the resell value of the house is since he fucked it up so much. The bath has an unfixed leak and has untreated water damage. Now holes in the walls. He doesn’t know how to protect his shit

See I was saying this the other day, sure other homes in the area have sold for 500k but they were probably upgraded significantly and had aircon. Phil has the following outstanding issues.

• Carpets have not been replaced in 10+ years along with his wood flooring too
• Roof damage in the garage, which we knew about 10 years ago, there is also mould in one of the closets too. So the house has not even been damp proofed in 10+ years.
• A 30 year old kitchen set up, you should refit you kitchen every 10 years ideally to maximise value.
• 3 bathrooms and or toilets that have not been upgraded in 30 years and are or broken.
• Need to be redecorated
• Needs roof repair/retiling, I checked and the area says to do it every 20+ years

The house must be a wreck or is going to be.
