Never got that despite spending teenagehood in an incredibly low class city. I think a lot of parents have basically abandoned their roles and teenagers receive far less supervision and guidance than they did in the past but we also live in an era where Feminists have been extremely successful in programming girls from birth to believe that All Men Are Rapists and that any attention at all from a man is Practically Rape.

Holy fuck…. I did some digging because following/ follower counts can sometimes increase if someone reactivated a previously deactivated account. Gruffin’s following count only increased by 1 since the brain bleed so this may have been the case.

I poked around trying to find it, but best guess from her narrative plus the record left on her FB going back to pre-adolescence, she had the legal name change before reaching legal adulthood, so that paper trail is probably buried in paywalled court records. I tried to find an obit of an elderly relative who died long enough before that it would have listed her dead name as a survivor but no luck there, either.

Both her parents are not just obese, but the kind of obese that makes you want to see an endocrine workup. That earlier photo set you referenced:

About a week prior to July 21, 2024, Gruffin had a brain bleed, following her extensive complications resulting from phalloplasty.

She had not posted since then, though she didn’t post often so it wasn’t all that surprising. However, I believe the proof to follow will show that she has almost certainly died.

Gruffin referenced a friend of hers on Instagram many times, mainly tagging her in memes and thanking her, for being her best friend. I decided to check out her profile; I am keeping her name anonymous for now, if you go and find her profile, please leave her alone.

It seems she has created an Instagram story archive with everything related to Gruffin, with the following icons.

I’ve attached the Gruffin tribute as a video, feel free to pause to read some of the longer ones. Given the posts at the end, which read like a memorial, and were posted around the time of the brain bleed, I believe Gruffin has died. I know it was expected, but I was hoping she’d pull through.

I was gonna say... it was painfully obvious that Gruffin was heterosexual. I don't think she ever even had sex let alone a partner, and she had her reproductive organs ripped out of her before she could meaningfully consent to any sexual activity, but there was absolutely nothing "masculine" or even gender non-conforming about her prior to pooning. Had she been left alone to figure herself out, she might have found some equally ugly and mildly retarded potato dude to wife her up... The problem this person experienced almost certainly ties back to a single source, lupus.

That's why the bilateral DVTs and bilateral pulmonary embolisms occurred with no good explanation. Basically everything that happened to them can easily be explained with a missed lupus diagnosis that deteriorated so far that there was no reasonable hope of recovery. If she had a family history of lupus, that would mean she shouldn't have tempted fate with all the insane surgery.

Lupus exacerbations are made worse by systemic stress, both physical and mental. The initial major surgery and subsequent complications were like throwing fuel on a raging fire which drastically accelerated her deterioration. If she had no family history of lupus then it means she got really unlucky.

These insane SRS procedures would be hell on the body of a healthy person, but if a person has any serious medical conditions, it is almost a guarantee their chances for success with the procedure, and the maintenance of their pre-existing medical condition, drop like a rock thrown off a cliff.

I think it's the phallo. The phallo stopped her being able to urinate, and cause repeated kidney infections - both factors that can cause serious kidney damage. This was probably the source of the kidney failure.

Kidney failure is a huge sepsis risk, because the fucked kidneys easily get infected and spread to the bloodstream. Also dialysis and kidney failure make brain bleeds more likely.
