Rasmussen does a great breakdown. The pollsters are not privately funded and are effectively propaganda topush a narrative. Check Rasmussen's YouTube channel as they've loudly been calling bullshit on the Kamala numbers. IMO Rasmussen has generally been right on the money if slightly red leaning. They gave Biden a +1 national in 2020, and well, that's sorta what we ended up with legitimate or otherwise.

Alan Turing was prosecuted in the 50s and the only reason it even happened is because cops literally had no choice due to the circumstances and overwhelming evidence. Even 50s Brit cops usually turned a blind eye to that sorta thing and the only reason Turing got prosecuted was because he was a well known figure.

Prosecuting adult gay men for being gay is a waste of police resources when there are far more dangerous criminals out there.

There used to be "public morality" squads in major metropolitan areas, but they were nothing more than jackbooted thugs who would grab random dudes off the street and extort them. Basically, you pay them or they arrest you for being a fag and put your name, face, address, and employer in the papers. As you might imagine, this was often done against political opponents. Pittsburgh had one of these squads in the 1950's and a grand jury investigation handed down a ton of indictments because the corruption was so bad. David L. Lawrence, a former mayor of Pittsburgh (and a Democrat), was recommended for indictment during one of these major investigations.

The problem here is that certain people do not see any distinction between gay men who mind their own business and otherwise obey the law, and a gay man who is a pedophile. I think that there is a difference, but others will insist the opposite.

We are still in the "But She's got a new hat" phase of the election.

Whether or not the media can continue to push this Kamala fervor remains to be seen.

As an example, just examine her economic plan. Price controls or powerless federal regulations. A child tax credit that is less beneficial than the Republican option over time. Housing credits that will just raise the price of housing while only benefiting a select few that get in on the ground floor.
