The 'HR Industry' is comprised of bullshit positions specifically made to have an excuse to give women money to do nothing. Women having "better emotional intelligence" is only true if you conveniently define emotional intelligence as feminine behaviors. Also, this claim of yours contradicts your previous claim of women being autistic, which they aren't considering actually autistic women are by far the most tolerable ones. Really, any woman who has a mental condition that forces her to overanalyze (for a woman) social interactions from an perspective beyond her own is pretty alright.

It is an ego defense mechanism. Picture a 5'0 100lbs manlet spreading his arms in challenge to someone like Eddie Hall and then claiming he is a pussy for not wanting to engage when in reality both sides know it is just that the chihuahua is beneath notice and simply not worth it.

On the topic of women's superior emotion intelligence, let's say a woman, using her own free will, dates an obviously abusive machismo boyfriend and predictably (to everyone except her), she ends up getting physically abused for it.

Does that say anything about her innate EI or am I looking for a connection that isn't there?

Thanks to women having crippling phone and social media addictions, they are as emotionally retarded as men. As a result, emotionally-based soft skills are now considered a form of emotional labor and thus exploitative. The average HR thot in her twenties and thirties now considers herself an advocate for justice and would rather witch hunt and virtue signal instead. I suspect men on average these days would score better on any EQ test, let alone IQ test, than women.

As far as scenarios like that go I'll say this much. I think women in general are better initial judges of character than men. You know the incel memes you see where someone says that a girl the guy was trying to ask out was immediately giving them 'fuck off' signals? That's definitely real, I 100% believe women are good at sniffing out desperation and stuff like that, much better than men at the very least. The issue comes with some guys that somehow, for some reason, get in a blind spot. If a woman's initial judgement of an abusive or psycho guy is off, and he slips through her net so to speak, then it will take a lot, and I mean a lot to challenge that wrong first impression she has of him.

There are so many stories of younger boys or girls who grow up just seeing their mom's abusive boyfriend beating the shit out of her, and her just being in denial about the reality of what's happening, and it always has to end with the cops coming or some shit and the woman will still defend the guy for beating her unless someone else goes over her head and talks to the cops for her. That's why a majority of the time I'm willing to accept 'women's intuition lol' at least in some respect because I think they do have higher emotional intelligence than men (with all that entails, not all of it is good), but when they're wrong about someone, they are REALLY wrong about someone and someone else will probably have to step in just to stop her from getting trash bagged.

I don't hate men or women, just groups like incels, coomers and far left women. I'd hate far left men too but they're so spineless/cucked/high on SSRIs they are easier to forget than to hate.
The gender war people have to be up there in my hated groups list though. I think it's pathetic that we had to make this thread because "wah the girls are making fun of us". So what, let them make fun of us and hate us. Who cares?
