Liz Fong-Jones / Elliot William Fong / @lizthegrey - 'Consent accident' enjoyer, ex-Google employee, nepotistic sex pest, Robert Z'Dar look-alike who wants authority over the Internet

Hmm where have we seen this strange posture before?
Troons Eunuchs and Kyphosis 1.png
Posture checks out.

I have to say the potential revelation that Elliot groomed a 17 year old into running away from home so he could lure the kid into his fag polycule and consent accident him doesn't surprise me in the slightest considering
LizFongJonesIsARapist.gif
I wouldn't put anything past him.

However, it appears that Vincent has finally gotten off his ass and is taking actions to fight back. In one of the filings for the bankruptcy case there is this little note:

notice of hearing to set aside judgment.png
It seems like there is finally something happening with this case. There is going to be an application hearing on Monday, Aug 19th:notice of application.png
An application hearing, from what I understand, is simply a hearing where the judge will consider the application and decide if they will allow the case to be reheard. Again, I wouldn't get my hopes up. There's a good chance the judge will deny the application and the default judgement will stand. Especially considering the fact that this is Justice Salamander-uh I mean Tsalamandris:

From the appointment announcement for Judge Tsalamandris we have this little snippet:

High potential she's a handmaiden for the trannys and is going to lean in Elliot's favor.

An "unconference" is apparently a hypnokink thing.
Not necessarily. An unconference is basically just Newspeak for conference. It's big with Silicon Valley types.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if the 90+ person "unconference" in question was a thinly-veiled fetish meetup. Having "New England" in the title implies this is a regional thing, so I could totally see 90ish gross eunuchs across a few different states RSVPing for a sissy hypno gooner orgy or whatever the fuck.

I don't see how just ignoring a case completely like a retard and then letting it sit for months after a default can qualify even if you had Judge Troonchinkhater.

Good to know, thanks! I went digging through Fetlife again to see if I could verify, and yeah, I'm pretty sure now that the 90+ person "unconference" Liz bragged about hosting at his house was for a NEEHU hypnokink afterparty.

As a side-note, I think Liz complained to Fetlife after his old account was exposed here [1] [2]. A Fetlife search for "Liz Fong-Jones" now returns zero results, when there used to be a couple. A Fetlife search for "lizthegrey" still returns some results, but fewer than there used to be.
Example: Old screenshot from May vs New screenshot from Today
lfj-may.png vs lfj-august.png

Anyway, some of Liz's comments in a 2012 NEEHU thread still survived somehow, and they proved helpful.
(As another side-note, this thread is kinda funny since it has Liz nagging a mod ("MrDream") about inclusivity & pronouns until the mod added a Code of Conduct new "guidelines" to a certain Fetlife group.)
2012-neehu-thread.png
The mod helpfully linked to the Fetlife group in question - called "Hypnosis New York", aka "Hypnoclub". By manually browsing through old events held by this group, I was able to find traces of Liz Fong-Jones.

I was looking specifically for an event matching the 90+ person unconference Liz hosted at his home (which happened in the summer of 2010), so I clicked through Hypnoclub's oldest events.
RiotSquirrrl-1.png RiotSquirrrl-2.png
These were all posted by someone named RiotSquirrrl, who seemed weirdly familiar to me. (It turns out that she's a former friend of Liz Fong-Jones.)
I looked into her a little bit [Tumblr] [Fetlife], but she's not very interesting. She's apparently a fat pooner/genderspecial who's into kink/ropeplay/hypno stuff, which explains how she crossed paths with Liz.

Lol, Riotsquirrrl was in the infamous tweet thread about Liz being "hypno raped" by Dr. Headcrash:
https://archive.ph/OliCY
r-1.png r-2.png
And here's Riotsquirrrl again, asking to crash on Liz's couch for a hypno weekend:

Out of the events listed above, this one caught my eye:

Riotsquirrrl said:
Oh yeah, and there's the hypno unconference in June in Boston, which I am going to and am encouraging y'all to go to as well. http://fetlife.com/events/14973
This links to a New England Erotic Hypnosis Unconference (NEEHU) event in Boston scheduled for June 2010.
Main Event and Afterparty:
neehu-unconference.png neehu-afterparty.png
You can see that 85 people RSVP'd for the main event, which roughly lines up with Liz's mention of a 90+ person unconference. It also says the main event would take place at a bar and hotel, but the afterparty would be at a "Private residence in Boston". 🤔 The address is kept secret, unfortunately.
Btw, Liz RSVP'd for both the main event and the afterparty:

party-at-liz-house.png
-9PM-2AM Play Party (Location in Somerville MA, disclosed upon registration)
Somerville, MA just happens to be where Liz lived (62 Albion St, Somerville, MA 02143). I think there's a strong possibility that Liz was the one hosting the afterparty, which was described on Fetlife like this:
Afterparty description said:
Come join the New England Hypnosis Group for a unique play party after the Hypnosis Unconference. It will be a night of whispers and moans, where scenes from imagination coalesce into reality. Hard points and play furniture will be available.
So basically a gross orgy of Fetlife degenerates. Fitting that Liz called his house the "Hive of Scum and Villainy". And worrying if Liz really did groom a 17 or 18 year old troubled kid to come live there and troon out while stuff like this was going on.

While digging through Fetlife, I came across another (much smaller) event Liz hosted at his house just a month prior to the NEEHU thing.

tickle-munch.png
These comments from Liz don't show up in Fetlife's search results when you search for "lizthegrey". Very strange/frustrating.

You can see the similarities to the NEEHU afterparty. A "play party" at an undisclosed house in Somerville, MA which ends at 2:00 AM.
I found this bit funny:

"Please don't cum all over my furniture!" - Liz, almost literally.

LinkedIn roundup. Nothing particularly interesting here.

I'm sure Liz is very proud of the role he's played in forcing cancerous Codes of Conduct on everyone. He's unironically been a major player in this - and for longer than the past 10 years (more like 15+).

It's funny that even Charity Majors (CEO of Honeycomb) is admitting that Observability™ is basically just a buzzword for telemetry. Of course, now Honeycomb is trying to push "Observability 2.0", which is totally different, you guise! ;)

The Post Millennial, of all places, has a good writeup on Loder, painting him as a serial harasser, sex pest, as well as a retard who continually tries his luck with the Feds. I personally suspect the Feds let him roam free to serve as an excuse in the event they need to "clean up" Antifa.

I'm not surprised they know each other. These retards not only believe in the power of networking, but they support each other. One doxes the hecking Nazi chuds, the other assaults them.

Very interesting! This bit caught my eye in particular:

Attack on the Free Press

Loder is working in conjunction with self-described Antifa activist Nandini Jammi to target advertisers on TPM. Jammi founded and runs the group, Check My Ads Institute, which says it fights disinformation but in practice seeks to financially harm conservative news sites that challenge left-wing or liberal orthodoxy. Jammi targets their advertisers with spurious claims their brand is appearing on neo-Nazi websites.
Loder and Jammi retweet one another and celebrate publicly whenever they have success at harming TPM or other conservative sites.

So, Chad Loder works closely with Nandini Jammi and her "Check My Ads" Institute. Those both strike me as familiar... apparently Nandini Jammi has been brought up here on the Farms a handful of times, and the Check My Ads Institute is where Rachel Gilmore (mentioned in my previous post as the Taylor Lorenz of Canada) is currently employed.
palestine-2.png
I have Rachel Gilmore on the brain since I recently saw something funny from her.
In response to Taylor Lorenz being investigated by the Washington Post for calling Biden a war criminal (and then trying to lie about it being fake), Rachel Gilmore complained on Twitter and compared it to Gamergate.
gilmore-1.png gilmore-2.png
gilmore-3.png
Anyway, my point is that Liz Fong-Jones has interacted with all these people, which I guess makes sense considering the Check My Ads Institute is all about trying to censor/deplatform/demonetize right-wing people & organizations on the Internet. Meshes well with Liz's goals.

Couple examples of Liz interacting with Nandini Jammi:

Liz Fong-Jones responding to Nandini Jammi:
You're begging/shaming one ad agency at a time, I'm begging/shaming one ISP or shithost at a time ;) same fight against disinfo and radicalisation, sister.

Something else interesting... I went to check out the people involved with the Check My Ads Institute, and I recognized one of them.

Joan Donovan was a "disinformation expert/researcher" at Harvard University. A few months ago, Elliot posted on LinkedIn to bitch about TERFs being permitted to speak at a TED event. He chose to focus his 90 second rebuttal on Utah Governor Spencer Cox's "policies against trans youth."

Liz cries about TERFs being invited to a conference he spoke at.
How dare they let "BOTH SIDES" speak! 😡 https://ghostarchive.org/archive/9KOhR
ted.png 1713728214905.jpeg
I'm still mulling over my experiences from being invited to the TED Ignite diversity scholarship program. There were about 5 of us trans folks at the conference, out of 2,000. A majority of us were in the Ignite programme (the exception was Ina Fried, who was there in her journalistic capacity). We were brought in to shake up and change TED from the audience, by supporting each other in shaping conversations around the venue.

It was a challenging and emotionally draining week. There were three clearly transphobic TERF/banning care for trans kids/"biological reality of sex" speakers (Bari Weiss, Spencer Cox, and Carole Hooven, respectively), who were invited because their reactionary shit is somehow perceived as thought-provoking or controversial in this day and age. Billionaire Bill Ackman was invited on stage where he took potshots at the "three letter racket" of diversity, equity, and inclusion. "Both sides" were not represented given zero trans speakers were invited. And, to be clear, this shouldn't even be a debate with two "sides".

I was fortunate enough to be invited onstage for a 90 second rebuttal, and chose to specifically discuss the impact of Governor Cox's policies upon trans youth. But there are so many other ideas about the future (for instance, improving labour relations) that I'd have loved to present on instead if I hadn't needed to defend my community's basic humanity.

Making an event more inclusive isn't just about who you invite, it's about making sure that they feel welcomed both by other attendees and avoiding having speakers blatantly attack their human dignity.

Governor Cox's talk has since been released on YouTube.

How to Disagree with Respect — Not Hate | Spencer J. Cox | TED

Spencer J. Cox, Republican governor of the state of Utah in the United States, says that even in these deeply polarized times, it's still possible to disagree without hate or contempt. He shows how this idea sparked a viral campaign ad he co-created with his Democratic political opponent back in 2020 — and shares four practical things every one of us can do to heal the divides in our nations and neighborhoods.

In 1967, Ronald Reagan became the governor of the State of California. In his inaugural address, he talked about the peaceful transfer of power, something he described as “the simple magic of the commonplace routine, which makes it a near miracle to many of the world’s inhabitants.” He then went on to utter an iconic phrase that would be repeated by politicians for decades to come. "Freedom is a fragile thing," he said, "And it's never more than one generation away from extinction."

00:40
Now like countless others, I have used that quote many times, but I have a confession to make. I never really believed it. Surely, after 250 years of this stuff, we no longer have to worry about losing it. I'm not pleased to report that I actually believe it now.

01:00
The first cracks in my confidence came during one of those commonplace routines of transferring power as Lieutenant Governor of the State of Utah. It was my duty to certify the votes of the electors for the presidential election. While the meeting to do so was open to the public, it was so commonplace and routine that no one ever showed up. As I walked into the room, I was stunned to see dozens of angry protesters screaming that the election had been stolen and demanding that we violate state law and change the votes of the electors.

01:39
Now I know what you’re all thinking, and you're probably wrong. This was not 2020. This was 2016, and the protesters were Hillary Clinton supporters.

01:51
Now it got far worse somehow, four years later. With the election less than two months away, a friend and I were talking and lamenting about the state of our our country following a summer of destructive protests by the extreme left and an extreme right that was already undermining the validity of an election that hadn't even happened yet. "Isn't there something you can do," she asked.

02:22
Well, that question haunted me all weekend, so I picked up the phone and called my opponent. By the way, I was running for governor at the same time that Trump and Biden were battling for the presidency. I called my opponent, a Democrat named Chris Peterson, whom I respected, and I said, "Hey, Chris, this is Spencer Cox. I have a crazy idea. What if we filmed a campaign ad together?"

02:48
I could almost hear the confused look forming on his face. To his credit, he agreed, and one week later, we were in a studio together. Let's watch.

03:00
(Video) I'm Chris Peterson. And I'm Spencer Cox.

03:03
CP: We are currently in the final days of campaigning against each other to be your next governor.

03:07
SC: And while I think you should vote for me --

03:10
CP: Yeah, but really, you should vote for me.

03:12
SC: There are some things we both agree on.

03:14
CP: We can debate issues without degrading each other's character.

03:17
SC: We can disagree without hating each other.

03:19
CP: And win or lose, in Utah, we work together.

03:21
SC: So let's show the country that there's a better way.

03:24
CP: My name is Chris Peterson.

03:26
SC: And I'm Spencer Cox.

03:27
(Together) And we approve this message.

03:30
(Applause)

03:38
Well, the response was instantaneous and overwhelming. The ad went viral. Neither of us saw it coming. There were media requests from all over the world, millions of views and shares. Perhaps there really is an exhausted majority, I remember thinking to myself, and maybe this is the message they want to hear.

04:04
I could actually feel my faith in the American idea start to rekindle. The popularity of the ad validated my hope that most people really do want their political leaders to uphold the values that we teach our kids. That we can disagree without hate and contempt, even that we can find ways to treat each other with respect even when we disagree. It seemed like there was a hunger for architects instead of arsonists.

04:42
My hunch was confirmed one year later, when a professor submitted a version of our ad to the Stanford Polarization and Social Change Lab as part of a huge depolarization experiment. It was chosen as one of 25 interventions to be tested on over 30,000 people. The result? Our ad actually had a measurable depolarization effect, including a reduction in urges towards violence. It turns out there really are things that we can do to alter the trajectory of the United States.

05:25
Now look, I get it. It's easy to feel a little hopeless as Americans once again barrel towards an election with unsatisfying candidates and campaigns. But there is good news. Over the past six months, 20 governors from all across the country have filmed similar ads, most of them with a public servant from the opposing party. And the data continues to show that people really are hungry for something different. According to polling from More in Common, 70 percent of Americans hate the divisiveness in politics. And it also turns out that ... Americans aren't as far apart as we think we are. The problem isn't how far apart the average Republican and the average Democrat is on the actual issues. In fact, we're not much different than other Western democracies. The problem is how far apart we think we are. Due in large part to conflict entrepreneurs in both the media and politics, both sides overestimate the extremism on the other side by about 30 percent. Now interestingly, this perception gap is actually strongest amongst progressive activists on the left and amongst extreme conservatives on the right. So the people most engaged in the political process also have the most inaccurate views of the other side.

07:03
But perhaps the best news of all is that there are very practical things that every one of us can do every day to help heal the divides in our nations and our neighborhoods. First, we can start by turning off and tuning out some of those conflict entrepreneurs. My wife and I, we stopped watching cable news 11 years ago and immediately saw an improvement in our marriage, our family, and our mental health.

07:34
(Laughter and applause)

07:37
Now that always elicits a laugh, but we’re not alone. Studies have found that more time spent on the latest headlines, whether through social media or traditional media outlets, is really bad for our mental health. Psychologists refer to this phenomenon in different ways, like media saturation overload or doomscrolling or headline anxiety. You see, more news, on all the time, isn’t making us smarter, it's just stressing us out.

08:11
Second, we can spend more time, preferably offline, with real people who are different than us. In the words of Bryan Stevenson, proximity will empower you. You see, it's just harder to hate up close. "Tell me more about why you feel that way" is a magical request.

08:35
Twenty years ago, we rarely identified each other by our political identities first. As for me, I'm a father. I'm an NBA fan. I'm a terrible aspiring bassist in a band. I'm a Utahn. I'm an American. How about you? You see, if we look beyond our political tribes, we can actually find shared identities and friendships that unite instead of divide.

09:06
Now third, we can serve others. Service and volunteering help build up communities and improve our outlook on life and the people around us. Some forms of regular volunteering have even been associated with lower blood pressure. There is nothing better for the soul or society than giving back. Aristotle really was on to something when he described and summed up the essence of life as: “Serve others and do good.”

09:45
Fourth, and finally, we can work to develop the classical political virtues of humility, patience and moderation, without which, as John Adams explained, we all become ravenous beasts of prey. Now look, I know it’s almost laughable to talk about words like humility in political discourse, but I truly believe that it is the only way for us to remember how to disagree without hate and contempt. In the words of Judge Learned Hand, who so eloquently stated, “The true spirit of liberty is the spirit which is not too sure it is right. The spirit of liberty is the spirit which seeks to understand the minds of other men and women.”

10:41
And I started with a quote from Ronald Reagan. He went on to say that freedom is not ours by way of inheritance. It must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people and those in history who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again. Ladies and gentlemen, it is our solemn duty in our generation to once again secure the freedoms endowed to all of us from on high. We cannot wait for politicians or the media to do it. It will take real work, hard work by each of us. But we must remember how to disagree without hate.

11:34
We must rise up and meet that radical call to love our enemies -- even, especially, our political opponents. It's ... It's not an ... It's not an easy answer, but it is a simple one. If we really want to change the world, we have to start by changing our own hearts.

12:12
Thank you.

12:13
(Applause)

Imagine being in the audience, hearing Gov. Cox's talk about disagreeing with respect and finding common ground with your enemies—then this hunchback clomps on stage to seethe about trans issues that weren't even discussed. Great job, Elliot!

Alyssa Mercante is threatening to sue Kiwi Farms, and it seems the law firm representing her has some kind of connection to Liz Fong-Jones. I'm not sure how significant this connection actually is, but I want to document it just in case.

Mercante is being represented by KUSK Law (Kamerman, Uncyk, Soniker & Klein). Note that the lawyer (Lane Haygood) who signed the letter sent to Null doesn't show up on the KUSK website, but he does work for them.

@Kheapathic was quick to point out that there's a known lolcow (with his own KF thread!) at this law firm: Akiva Cohen. [1] [2]
Another lolcow, Kathryn Tewson, works as a paralegal at KUSK Law. [1] [2]
Cohen.
akiva-cohen.png
Haygood & Tewson. From the letter sent to Null:
kusk-haygood-tewson.png
Akiva Cohen and Kathryn Tewson were apparently heavily involved in the Weeb Wars, but I never followed that drama. (Hopefully someone else here can give a brief summary of their roles in it.)

Kathryn Tewson in particular seems well-acquainted with the Farms:
1a.PNG 1b.png 1c.PNG

Reminder that Alyssa Mercante's KF thread was only ~8 pages long and was still in the Prospering Grounds when KUSK Law sent the takedown request letter to Null. Prospering Grounds isn't indexed by search engines, and you need a KF account to view that board. It therefore seems likely that Mercante and/or her lawyers have a weird obsession with Kiwi Farms to even be aware of that thread. (I'm betting on both.)

The post below really got me thinking. 🤔 This whole Mercante thing is possibly a clumsy attempt at Keffals/DropKiwifarms v2.0.
Find Kathryn Twoton's account and ban her. Guarantee her (or one of the other lawltwitter idiots) has been trying to shop litigation against the Farms for ages. Finally found a cow dumb enough to bite.
Especially when you consider how Mercante is already talking about grifting on GoFundMe:

Anyway, to get to the Liz Fong-Jones connection...
Just a few months ago, the New York Times published an article praising Akiva Cohen and his "Threadnought" lawyer buddies for suing Elon Musk.

Here's Akiva Cohen talking about the NYT article:

Liz Fong-Jones made some very interesting comments about this NYT article back in May:
https://archive.is/TOUDL

Liz Fong-Jones said:
This is the story of how my legal team met each other. They are jointly and severally badasses at cybercrime law, and completely unafraid of the sorts of jerks I've been dealing with. Where else could they have found each other except getting in arguments on the internet?
Liz Fong-Jones said:
Tyler Wolff is also a threadnought veteran, thus his number was the first I called after I asked Kathryn Tewson for a recommendation regarding my Australian affairs.
So... Liz Fong-Jones is directly associated with Akiva Cohen / Kathryn Tewson / KUSK Law, and at least one of Liz's lawyers (Tyler Wolff) is a "Threadnought" lawyer recommended to him by Tewson. As a reminder, Tyler Wolff helped Liz with the Flow Chemical lawsuit:

@Null pinging you in case you weren't aware of this.

Smells like another rat king conspiracy to attack KF.
I don't know if Liz Fong-Jones is actually involved in this Alyssa Mercante lawsuit, but I wouldn't be surprised. Could easily be similar to how Keffals was the "face" of #DropKiwifarms, while Liz lurked in the background as basically the real mastermind.

It lines up well with Liz's MO. He and his anti-KF rat king cabal obsessively monitor social media websites for any mentions of themselves or Kiwifarms. Whenever they see a new lolcow complaining about being a "victim" of KF, they quickly jump in the lolcow's DMs to offer friendship & support (including recommendations for lawyers and friendly journalists). If the lolcow is a complete idiot like Keffals or Mercante, they get goaded into being the cabal's expendable, public-facing attack dogs.

This attempt with Mercante seems particularly dumb, but lolsuits don't have to well-founded to be effective as an attack against KF - just look at the headaches caused by Melinda Scott, Russell Greer, and Acerthorn.

I would not be surprised to learn Elliot is trying to maintain several degrees of separation while bankrolling lolsuits against Josh. He'll want to keep Josh tied up legally for as long as possible while maintaining plausible deniability to avoid giving Josh an excuse to take the offensive. Discovery would not work out in Elliot's favor.

But in the words of MatPat, that's just a theory.

@Temperance XIV you are a wonderful example of weaponized autism and living proof nothing is beyond the reach of Kiwi Farms. Well done.

This whole Mercante thing is possibly a clumsy attempt at Keffals/DropKiwifarms v2.0.
What really pushed DKF over the edge was Byuu's suicide. If they're going to succeed, they need a new suicide to blame on us. I nominate Liz.

The best defense is a good offense. It wouldn't be a bad tactic for Liz to use proxies to chip away at the litigation fund. That's a few less dollars that can be spent pursuing the people actually fucking with the Internet, him included.

While I agree with your theory, I think picking a bane of gamers was a poor move. If Null opened a new fundraiser to help with this lolsuit, angry gamers would donate en masse.
If this is a part of another one of Elliot's schemes, then I'd assume he must've tried to get in contact with a bunch of cows before resorting to someone who has a thread in prospering grounds. From the sound of the lolsuit it sounds like they know it's completely pointless too, so I'd assume that even most lolcows wouldn't want to Streisand effect themselves.

That chick seems pretty desperate for attention though.
