My problem with Zack is the shadowbanning. He can say all the dumb shit he wants but it's disgusting that he won't let anyone get their point of view in. You'd think a combat vet would have a tougher constitution but he hides from disagreeing comments like a little bitch. It's very Razorfist and disgusts me more than his hoe girlfriend eating some dude's jizz on camera while he watched adoringly.

He was ass blasted at lefties going after Ed Piskor, but seems oblivious to the fact so was CG. EVS tried to memory hole that fact, by deleting streams after Piskor's death, but it's still a fact.

Received the comic on August 19, 2024. (two months early)

Kelley Jones and Doug TenNapel are in my crowd funded hall of fame for delivering early and exceeding expectations.

To be fair, I do not think CG tried to actually destroy Ed Piskor 's life to the point of suicide (that I recall).

This always amuses me.

"Parents should monitor their children" - And how do we feel about helicopter parenting then?

Because you can't have both without high social trust. Back in the 80s and 90s, parents would let their kids roam free because they knew every resident in every house up and down the street. If something happened, they knew who to call to track down the kid - and if the kid did get hurt, the parents knew there would be a responsible adult nearby to assist them.

Once upon a time, parents could drop their kids off at the library, fairly confident they wouldn't be exposed to anything they shouldn't be. Now? Yeah, throwing the kids to the wolves. So what do the parents have to do? Be with their kid 24/7 and constantly monitoring them.

Is that really leading to anything healthier?

That's amazing. Kelley Jones (and Matt I guess) are beasts. That's what actually having drawn three years of monthly Batman for Denny O'Neil gets you, professionalism.

There are tools the parents can use. There's also a lot of space between helicopter parenting and giving your child free internet access. Most parents are just being lazy, thinking the internet is the new tv.

And maybe helicopter parenting is not so bad when kids are a few clicks away from incest/choking/rape porn (without even getting into the real horror stories).
