At one of Fatrick Tomlinson's court appearances he sperged out when he saw some familiar faces in the courtroom (including Dan Mullen and maybe a Kiwi too), which resulted in them having to identify themselves.

Could this happen at tomorrow's hearing- can spectators be asked for their names in the courtroom? I can imagine Nick would be taking notes if so. I don't want any Kiwis to get ambushed.
You misremember. Dan literally was telling his name to a clerk because you have to and Patrick sperged out yelling arrest him.

According to Dan:

Clerk: Please present your name before the court

Dan: Daniel-

Fatrick: OFFICERS ARREST THAT MAN. HE’S A MEMBER OF A CYBER STALKER GROUP HARASSING ME

Dan: Mullen

Weren’t Pineapples a symbol of luxury in the 18th to 19th century before refrigeration and green houses became a thing? Like Nobles would brag about getting one because it was this weird foreign fruit that looked neat. It basically was a symbol of a party to the point where people would sell them second hand and third hand so others could look rich until the thing rotted. People didn’t even eat them?

Is the pineapple swinger thing an extension of French Aristocrats being degenerates?

(Beaten to the punch by @Friend of Dorothy Parker)

Not French aristocrats something much, much worse, Bri*ish ones.
During the 16th/17th century it became a symbol of great wealth as 1 pineapple could cost up to, the equivalent of £10k/$13k today.

The middle class and poors could rent a pineapple to display, sometimes renting by the hour. The National Gallery has a pineapple dome roof, that crowns London as the cuck capital of the world:

Speaking of Rick, I hope we get something similar to "Sir, don't do that" from at least one of Nicks upcoming appearances.

Even if the justice system leaves him with mere slap this guy is ruined.
In all honesty, a slap on the wrist would in 9/10 times be the likely result of a crime of this nature. Not only that, if Nick were at all an intelligent or savvy individual, he could recover his reputation by appearing contrite and regretful to the public. Obviously, it would be unlikely that he would ever enjoy the level of success that he once had, but he was not going to anyways since Amber Heard - Rittenhouse were flash-in-the-pan scenarios where everything aligned to have Nick blow up. If Nick could handle the heat of the internet or just knew how shut his mouth, he could enjoy a pretty decent fiefdom of support in the Da Sektur like all of the other Masterson-associated degenerates.

The only thing that causes Nick to suffer much more than he should is his own constant belligerence, lying, and unwillingness to admit to any fault for anything whatsoever, no matter how small. Let's not mince words here. Cocaine possession, hot-wifing, and even the child neglect are not the reasons Nick will lose his career. All of these mistakes could be fixed, Nick could better himself, say he's working towards being a better person, and that the drugs and the alcohol led him to fall into a bad lifestyle that got beyond his control and hurt the people around him. But Nick can't bring himself to do those things because he cannot admit any fault at all, he cannot take responsibility in any meaningful way, and he has to always shift blame to someone else so he is not responsible by any means necessary.

Nick will lose his career because he's Nick—an unlikeable, lying, smug, and talentless hack.

PROTIP: Before dabbing on someone make sure you're right. Otherwise you look like a fucking retard.
Snortfort is and always has been a condo.

thank you for the history lesson, but given the style and decent state of the pineapple featured, I think it’s far more likely to be a discrete advertisement of Nick’s depravity, rather than a 19th century humble brag.

Also: 10.000£ for a pineapple?! Man were people dumb then! Guess it’s a good thing they didn’t do something super retarded with their money like say… Tulip investments!

Methinks the Toe prison sentence is, unfortunately, a massive gift to Balldo.

Aaron is likely a key witness for the prosecution and now he's a convicted stalker of women and all that.
A restraining order doesn't have to be related to a criminal offence and breaching one doesn't make him a "convicted stalker".
Aaron was necessary for probable cause on the warrant, but in the actual trial its unlikely they need him at all. They don't really need firsthand witnesses. They have the pile of coke, the condition of the house at the time of the warrant and the positive drug test on the kid if they want to use it.
Aaron was totally unnecessary for establishing probable cause. The mandatory reports alone were sufficient grounds. Aaron said he told the cops where they would find the drugs, but it's unlikely they wouldn't have found them without his information. It's not like the evidence was well hidden.

All of the defendants have reason to lie if they take the stand and their lawyers will be trying to create confusion even if they don't. Aaron can rebut those lies because he was there and directly observed actions and conversations. He's the only non-defendant adult who has that direct knowledge.

Even beyond the roofing and powering washing the inside of splooge. That shower reveals the mineral balance in the water needs a filtration system for the iron. Thats 10k plus installation and maintenance.
From the photos it looks like there is one, but obviously it wasn't maintained.

The property itself is nice. It's not beyond the realm of possibility that someone will buy it for the land, knock down the existing house and build something better. Renovating the house would involve a substantial outlay anyway so that may be the better option.

If the pipes under that house are iron like the ones coming into the home, updating those on a property that size is going to be very expensive. Not sure what the acidity of the soil is in that area but be willing to bet those pipes need to be updated to PVC.

>trust fundie
>whole house filter more affordable than 22g of coke
>shower looks like an alefantian kill room

how does one fail this hard when everything's been given to you?
Kind of answers itself. Generally people take care of things like cars houses and money when they worked hard to acquire it themselves. Nick's mommy and daddy made it too easy for him so he never had to learn responsibility or proper decorum.

On the other hand, Nick was given April by Aaron and treats her better than Kayla, which he himself earned, so maybe my theory is complete bullshit.

40-50k as a spitball. It really comes down to where the well is. It might be cheaper to just sink a new well.

EDIT: I took it as new piping from the well. To PVC that house is at least 15k, probably more.

Again: It’s weird and counterintuitive, but TAKING drugs usually isn’t illegal. Possession or operating vehicles is.
Not at all. The laws are this way to prevent people from being charged for having drugs in their system if they were forcefully, secretly, or otherwise administered to their person in such a way that they cannot be held liable.
