I took the liberty of transcribing your notes, hope you don't mind (and no offence to your handwriting).

Before Session

10:13 - ER walking around before the session surprisingly calm. Very gaunt, striped white and red jersey. (Pacing back and forth down the hall.)

- Walked in as NR and wife were coming through security. Wife looks very gaunt and almost shell-shocked.

10:20 - Ralph talking to someone saying "Yeah I saw NR and his wife and gave them a hug." Sounds tired but sober and lucid.

- Ralph is taking notes, already has half a sheet full, can't make anything out. Massive bald spot on top of his head, skin very red.

We Enter The Courtroom

10:31 - Kayla looks very distressed, very dark eyes. Nick looks like he has not slept, slightly dishevelled, in a suit.

10:33 - NR very gingerly asks people to scoot over in benches for some reason (you could hear a pin drop it's so quiet). I'm sitting almost right behind Ralph in the second bench and there is a musky odour (could be the person in front).

10:35 - NR + KR still in conference room. We had to shuffle a bit to make space, now I'm seated right behind ER lol!!!

10:45 - KR, NR and Kayla's mom enter (mom and Kayla sit right next to Ralph). All look very sleep-deprived, very dark circles, red faces, dishevelled hair. Mom keeps arm around Kayla, very tightly. She is leaning into her. Almost sad to see. Nick keeps pushing up his chair slightly.

10:46 - Shout out to the Steel Toe Morning Show: "they flat out don't like each other" says NR lawyer. Aaron does not qualify as a concerned citizen.

- "The video he has watched could not have been the defendant's, it came from a different platform with different elements" cops and had added elements to, she would have not signed the warrant".*

- Nick has a massive cowlick on the side of his head. Very stringy-looking hair with an attempt to be slicked back but looks very greasy and shiny.

10:48 - Nick is keeping his head down alot, he only brought it up when the judge speaks.

- Nick's lawyer sounds like Boogie lol!

10:50 - Kayla and mom still holding each other. There are two bodycam footages, Nick keeps slightly shifting in chair as lawyer speaks.

10:55 - Nick leans in and speaks to his lawyer while other party speaks (Ms Pierce).

- Nick leans in again, looks slightly flustered.

- Can not use April's testimonies unless she testifies.

- Ralph hugs Kayla, whispers 'good luck', shakes Nick's hand.

- Ralph lazily filming the few cars parked right outside the courthouse. Walked down the other way perfectly fine. He looks lost. Nick looks lost. Why the fuck did I drive out here?!
