You can't make a verb. You CAN make a noun. It doesn't matter that "due" isn't used as a noun anymore outside of idioms.

Hi Grimacefetishist. English professor here. To post on this site I think you really ought to have an IQ in double digits. "Make do" is correct - for example the famous British WW2 campaign 'Make Do and Mend'. "Make due" is not, and has never been, and you are an idiot.

As for whatever this "you can't make a verb"/"you can make a noun" nonsense is - what are you talking about? Every word is 'made'. And "due" absolutely is used as a noun outside of idioms. For example, one might use it in a sentence like this:

"Grimacefetishist was such a moron on this website that I felt I had to give him his due: a lesson in basic English."

If you're going to go full autist here, at least be correct.

I have to respectfully disagree. I'm not an expert and haven't researched that subject (the bell curve stuff), so you may be right about that, but that doesn't have anything to do with why female-specific chess tournaments and rankings exist. There being more male geniuses doesn't mean there aren't any female ones, but it is known that female geniuses are much less likely to be identified, nurtured, etc. the way male geniuses are. I totally agree. We should judge trans people by their words and actions, not the filtered opinion of a journalist. Now, where did I put that list of sex crimes committed by trans women?

there are three of us at the homeless shelter i live at who are gender nonconforming #LGBTQ people: me, a 53 year old amab transgender woman, a 69 year old afab nonbinary woman and a 44 year old bi-gender woman. the enby is only attracted to men but the other woman and i are are both wildly pansexual sluts!

this is in Mariposa, CA, a VERY conservative rural town of 1,526 in the Sierra Nevada foothills about an hour from Yosemite National Park, so things can be challenging here for those of us who are LGBT+. At least the others can walk around in stealth mode and get taken for cis women, while i’m the ONLY visibility trans woman you ever see walking around town

School learning systems have always been similar - even back when girls were entirely barred from education.

Schooling isn't more compatible with females, young males are more likely to be incompatible with school. For most academic subjects, there are no suitable ways of learning that don't involve lots of reading, and the self-discipline of sitting down and listening to the teacher.
