This is pretty standard with him. The way he looks can change drastically between one video to the next. There are days where he legit looks like a bloated corpse pulled out of a river. I'd imagine he doesn't move around all that much, especially in the new place considering he doesn't have to go outside to smoke anymore. Combined with all his water intake coming from alcohol and sports drinks, it's not that surprising he is seeing swelling.
