Alex mentioned going to a Boystown bar then corrected herself to say Wilton Manors which makes complete sense when you consider Boystown is the popular gay area in Chicago and Wilton Manors is the popular gay area in Ft. Lauderdale. I don't doubt that she's been to all of the bars near whatever location she's in at any given time, and they probably all start to blur together.
I'm also really confused about the ice in the toilet.
Google says: "Ice cubes prevent the cleaners from immediately slipping and give the products time to clean and sanitize the surface, rather than just hitting the water line."
It also says using ice can help get rid of bad smells. I'm guessing this is something Noah's mom taught him.

When she's not pissing in a cup, she does use the toilet, but if she engaged with an Occupational Therapist (and I will not stop ranting about this) she would have both rails and an over-toilet chair she could transfer onto from her chair. Even if she required full assistance, it would make it more ergonomic/safe for the carer to transfer her.
Currently I can only assume she relies on someone to pick her up and put her on the toilet and transfer her back.
As for her bowels, althought SMA is a disorder of skeletal muscle (the ones that help you move and breathe, that you move voluntarily) it can also have some effect on smooth muscle (the ones in your gut that move without voluntary control), so she may also have issues with constipation.

She admitted to it. Ari is with her grandparents at night and seemingly just a lot of the time in general. These were things she admitted over the course of some TikTok lives. She's acknowledged that it's the Smiths doing the bulk of the caretaking for Ari.
Noah is also living with her at the moment, and Salina the pilot is still around as caretaker. Cairo the dog also now lives with the Smiths, because she admitted that her apartment isn't suited for him.
It honestly sounds like a lot of what Hannah reported was true, and she did make a report to CPS, as we know. Even mentioning Alex drinking the High Noons at all hours of the day-- cans of that were visible in the background of a recent live.

Someone (probably an information-scraping bot) creates a prompt, and people add onto them by clicking the "add yours" prompt.

I had to head over to reddit to get the screenshot that goes with this "caption this" prompt-- I know I captured it initially, but I have no idea where it went. I must be sleep-deleting or something. She's dying her hair-- it's very hard to tell what's actually going on.
