What's important, those people also tend to stay short, because sex hormones fuse growth plates. I know some male examples of that too and those became short chads - having a full beard and man body as a 13yo etc. aren't exactly a threat to ones confidence.

It's really interesting actually, there's a lot of studying done on the physical effects of childhood trauma on a growing body. Things like the growth of the pituitary glands, adrenal glands (more pituitary tumors reported in people with history of childhood trauma too), hippocampus sizes, cellular aging and can have similar physical effects as someone with a TBI. Also higher risk of CV issues and other chronic stuff. That is to say, trauma isn't just in the mind, it fucks your body up too.

And as if it wasn't complex enough already, there's also the factor of epigenetics, that means the trauma (typically famine) can affect the phenotype of the next generations.

I actually looked into the mtf breast cancer claims and they basically retain the typical male low chance- they don’t grow more breast tissue, man boobs have a different tissue than actual boobs. Ftm chance goes down if they get them hacked off but still remains higher than males as breast tissue may still be present.

Most girls and young women really tend to need connection and emotional support, especially at transition points in life. If they don't get that they latch onto something weird/stupid. Even a lot of transmen get the top surgery but not the bottom. There was a FTM going by Noah on I am Jazz, she had the top but not bottom surgery. A lot of trannies, even long-term ones, don't get bottom surgery because there are so many complications.

Gruffin had eyelashes that women wear falsies for. A little eye makeup would have done wonders. Before taking T, she had clear skin. Honestly, she wouldn't have been Hollywood level gorgeous, but she could have looked way better with just light makeup. I've seen plenty of fat women who dress well, style their hair, and apply makeup properly. They look great.

Surgeon is Dr Kevin Debiparshad in Nevada. He usually does limb lengthen surgeries.
