He did draw streams for a while, but he'd barely speak while doing his work, so unless you were interested in how he draws, which is a very detailed process for every panel, they were extremely boring. Him getting around to drawing the figures, which is what most people would be interested in, was pretty rare, most of the stream you'd be watching him draw perspective grids on every single panel or filling in tiny detail, which is monotonous and not very interesting. He ended up stopping them because they would get only half or less of the audience and keep diminishing over time. He was also afraid of spoiling too much from the end of Volume 2, IIRC. I think the only CG guys who could do decent draw streams are maybe Dan Fraga and Jon Malin.

IMO, the Taffeta shit was the most "who gives a fuck?" part of the whole Piskor saga. It's a nothingburger. Even Taffeta's tweets kinda suggest she didn't consider it that big of a deal.

If you treated the so-called "Birthday Party Clowns" as something more than Geek News Anchors that happen to not insult those one the right of Stalin and that happen to have side-gigs, then that is on you. You should not have been holding them in too high regard as some sort of rolemodels or some shit.

Also, on respecting the source material: In my opinion, you do that by making a good product that translates the meaning and intent of the author while being careful about what might need to be cut. Not to mention that those that make things for the ever illusive modern audience (I swear I have run into more unicorns than I have run into these supposed real crowd) change things around without caring about the original work, resulting in a product that neither appeals to anyone and was asked by no one.
