I'm sure there are better pictures of all of them for this shoop, and I do still have the PSD if better faces exist, but the ralpha-group-extravaganza happened to be at hand so I used that.

Also thank god they used a bog-standard-ass-photoshop font for the title. :story:
That's great! You can even see Ethan Ralph standing by the trees way off in the background if you squint hard enough!

5. He seems obsessed that people are after his money. The Lawtubers, the government, everybody. Seems weird.

Money is all Nick has, and most of it isn't even his own- it's in the Trust. He buys friends, cokewhores, his wife, the balldomobile, his defamation suits, all of that is only possible with money. Without the sweet cash, Nick is an incel playing OSRS in a basement apartment and remembering the good old days of underwear parties in his dorm room, pissing into bottles and downing pills on kick to 15 viewers.

His family's trust probably has a set periodic payout, but his expenses (esp. his drug expenses) are tied to a tier of streaming success income he doesn't have access to anymore. Money is tight when it's going up everyone's nose faster than you can bring it in. And let's be honest, April is only there for the money/nose candy.
All his life his needs were taken care of, but only when he achieved success on his own he could spend big sums on whatever he wanted.

It's like a teenager living with his parents getting a good job. But on steroids. Or rather coke. I think the loss of his own income hurts him more: he's an addict with no concept of having to work for living without a trust fund.

Here's my questions to someone who has some better judgment about trust funds:
1. Would trust fund pay for all the court cases? Or some of them, like the CPS and criminal ones, not the Monty case? Or none?
2. Would the trust fund need to sell the second house instead of pulling money from stocks or some other investments? I've seen everyone here assumes it is to pay for the expenses but maybe it's just the family trying to smoke the side piece out and force Nick to pull up?

Nick is dead, and that seething, malding mess has replaced him.

Can’t imagine many of his existing fans will remain if every stream is a cope cast like this.
He's a constantly belligerent drunk (even if he's '''sober'''). What kind of content he can produce when his troubles 'end'? (of course 'the life stress' will come back then)

- At 12:26: "I wish I was an alcoholic. It seems like an easier problem to fucking solve."
- At 14:24: "I am not very healthy mentally. I am under catrostophic levels of stress... real life happens offstream."
Lol you did it to yourself, asshole, and you know it.

Monty could lose in court at this point and he’ll still have won. Nick fucked up his own life with his own NPD and big mouth, but Monty made it a living nightmare by taking it seriously.

Montezuma’s revenge has nothing on Montagraph’s revenge.

This is one of those times I wish I had photoshop skills. MSPaint copy/pasting wouldn't do it justice.

I made a shitty attempt.

The side characters are far more entertaining to watch at this point than Nick.
If that fight between Aaron and Ralph would have happened the other night, it would have completely cratered Nick's audience. Even the hate-watchers (which is what most of his audience is now anyways).

So @Null
I just went back and listened to your stream where you watched Nick’s bond hearing. One of the conditions of his release, which he agreed to, was not leaving the state without informing the court.

Is this tweet Ralph admitting that Nick (and to a lesser extent Kayla and April) left the state, without permission from the court, to have lunch with Ralph in Wisconsin, which would absolutely violate the terms of his bond? :story:

He might be talking about his paypig futon-provider.

It’s like four hours to get to the border of Wisconsin from Willmar, MN. I’m gonna X to Doubt Ralph on this without further supporting information.

EDIT: I think I may have actually found the restaurant where that photo was taken - I’m phonefagging right now so I can’t share a link, but it might be Grizzly’s Wood-Fired Grill at 2207 1st St S in Willmar. Exterior colors, landscaping, and blinds seem to match up.

EDIT 2: 90% sure. Here’s an aerial for locational context and an exterior shot. The window casings match what’s behind Ralph in the photo.

The funds can have pretty much any terms Grandpappy Rackets wanted when he made the money and the assets that it contains, so it is very hard to say. I am pretty sure it has been mentioned that the trust was formed in Texas and that Ty is the executor of it in the past, but I don't remember much more than that. It may allow for access to extra funds for medical emergencies, legal representation, etc. but that's all private info that just the family and their representation would have access to.
I don't think either property is held in connection to the trust. My understanding was that Rackets' parents either bought or co-signed the Prancing Pony when Nick was still a bank teller and that Nick and Kayla bought the big house in their own name with his griftbux. With Nick insolvent the parents may want to get out from under the house that they are tied to.

Its the gayest black metal, from an era of very VERY faggy black metal.

Cradle of Filths Nymphetamine would be a substantial upgrade.
I really like Alcest. Got to see them live once and they definitely are one of those bands where the live performance is much more impactful than just listening to the album, but I also think Kodama is just good in its own right.
Calling it black metal (even post black metal) is sort of a misnomer IMO. It's way closer to something like Explosions in the Sky, as opposed to something like Bathory or even Agalloch. I don't listen to Alcest every day, but that shit is good on long walks and drives. You could fake your death to worse music.

He was only under those conditions between when he was released without bond and when he posted it a few days later.

hell I can say I spent time last night watching kino casino go "AWWWW BITCHMADE RALPH DIDN'T SHOW UP" and aaron just pacing around the gym instead of watching rekeita.

I can't hatewatch his livestreams I rather just see elissa's clips or clips in the thread.

I can prove this did not happen because he posted no pictures telling us to imagine eating that good.

One of the homes was under a “Robert Lord Trust,” if I’m not mistaken. There appear to be conditions attached to the trust, but we don’t have any specifics. There’s a lot of speculation that having children might increase the payout, but it’s unclear.
