Can you imagine if this gets to SCOTUS and the liberals + female conservatives on the court can't get one of the male conservatives to flip?

By the metrics of the US government not having direct control over the various peoples/nations considered as being part of the "US EMPIRE." For example, an empire taxes its holdings. Does the US tax any part of Europe, Africa, or Asia that we supposedly control? Or for another, does the US have direct military control over those areas? Not bases that provide support, but actual control over local militaries? If so, what explains the near decade long push to get NATO members to meet the minimum requirements of 2% GDP defense spending. As they continue to drag their feet on meeting their obligations, even given the "warmongering" of the evil dictator Putin?

When Britain declared war on Germany, what did India do? Its started raising military units to send to Europe, for the Empire. And not only did India do this once, they did it twice, because India was part of the British Empire. Can the Non-US part of NATO even field 3 or 4 divisions right now? Nah, I think it's because they're on the ropes legally and with the administration in a rut- I believe they doubt they get much support or even an ear unless there is another totally real giga shooting. Chevron Deference was smacked down just earlier this year - it allowed alphabet agencies to make their own interpretations of laws that they could then enforce at will. Not the case anymore - legally that is.
