In my experience AIs tend to generate really suboptimal solutions which make it not worth calling on most of the time.

I've asked chatGPT to write some C code before just to see how it would do and it was chock full of unsafe strcpy's, zero error checking, fixed-length strings that easily would overflow, etc. Maybe it's gotten better because that was a couple years ago but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Still better code than Jason though.

I've found it becomes very hard to use productively for anything but exploration, e.g. asking for ways to do X with Y. Its wrong in whole or in part most of the time, which is why I usually go right to the documentation after it spits something out.
