Which one of these will remove porn, a shitfuck cesspit through which human traffickers operate? You mean like human trafficking laws and CSAM Laws?
I disagree, it's a product. Legal adults filming themselves having sex and selling said video to others for monetary gain. It's freedom of speech.
Are those traffickers in the room with us now? You don't care about the victims you just want to force your beliefs down everyone else's throat. Considering the increase of immigration from 3rd worlders you want something like porn to keep them pacified to make sure they don't chimp-out. Now if someone who's broken the law using a public platform like pornhub to showcase their acts the platform must obey the law and report said act to LEO's. I understand in slav land you don't have laws regarding the possession of this stuff, that doesn't mean everywhere else share the same laws.Which one of these will remove porn, a shitfuck cesspit through which human traffickers operate?
Pornhub by being a LEGAL REGISTERED CORPORATION are by law forced to work with US government, when people uploaded the illegal stuff they cooperate with LEO and take it down and evidence is given.
Like I said, in a perfect world but this is not a perfect world. Also you're surprised Jews are trying to skirt the law?
HowBanning porn is unconstitutional. It's freedom of speech.
Suspiciously similar arguments to the ones made by the "the age of consent is just like...arbitrary man" people. And where do you draw the line? Do you ban movies with tits in them? Movies with sex scenes?
So, porn.Movies with real sex scenes?
You've gone fromLike I said, in a perfect world but this is not a perfect world. Also you're surprised Jews are trying to skirt the law?
I don't give a donkey's rat what you or someone else believes. Porn is shit, it's industry people are less than shit and everyone involved in it are shit too. It's a vile, degrading industry that has provided nothing to society, only harmed everyone involved and it should not exist. Are those traffickers in the room with us now? You don't care about the victims you just want to force your beliefs down everyone else's throat.
What the fuck are you event talking about?Considering the increase of immigration from 3rd worlders you want something like porn to keep them pacified to make sure they don't chimp-out.
When the law is enforced. There was a time when child pornography was available on pronhub and the owners did fuck all until the cops started looking into it. And that's just pornhub. Who's enforcing all the other 999 pornsites? You can't put a cop next to every criminal, but you can pass laws and enforce a ban on this type of shit. Now if someone who's broken the law using a public platform like pornhub to showcase their acts the platform must obey the law and report said act to LEO's.
Fuck off nigger. In slav land we don't have troons running around with dildos in their ass in public either, nor do we tolerate degenerate retards in our public spaces. Maybe you bigshot westerners could learn a thing from us poor molerat slavlanders in basic human dignity and decency. It might stop your grandma from crying for 2 seconds.I understand in slav land you don't have laws regarding the possession of this stuff, that doesn't mean everywhere else share the same laws.

Keep porn legal cause two consenting adults filming themselves having sex for money by posting it to the public Internet is not something that breaks the law. Someone posting videos of themselves abusing children or Trafficking victims breaks the law."keep porn legal because otherwise it'll go underground and there is harm"
That they should be punished for, by law they have to report said content to which it is then removed from the public place where it was uploaded to. To punish the legal porn sites you'd have to violate section 230 of the communications decency act unless they refuse to cooperate via subpoena and/or warrant/s. In a perfect world those kikes would have cooperated or face extreme punishment but instead they have friends in high places who help them skirt the law and leaves us arguing over one another with pointless "so what you're saying is" statements that help and solve nothing."well yeah illegal activity involving harm is happening on the legal porn sites anyway. Lmao Jews"
Which goes back to the argument about whether someone can consent to sex when money is exchanged.Keep porn legal cause two consenting adults filming themselves having sex for money by posting it to the public Internet is not something that breaks the law. Someone posting videos of themselves abusing children or Trafficking victims breaks the law.
Why are you referencing a US law? That they should be punished for, by law they have to report said content to which it is then removed from the public place where it was uploaded to. To punish the legal porn sites you'd have to violate section 230 of the communications decency act unless they refuse to cooperate via subpoena and/or warrant/s. Considering how liberally people outside the US use DMCA's to take down what they don't like does it? If it's a case of you live in a country that doesn't punish people for HT and CSAM that sounds like a you problem. Are you aware that other countries exist and that your laws are not applicable to us?
We already let them invert their genitalia so why not? You can't regulate stupidity away so you may as well enforce Authoritarian policies to make sure people don't get a paper cut. Shit we already do allow it to happen we just have a clause saying it needs to be a fictional depiction like how a horror movie would show people getting sliced and diced. If someone consents to having the legs chopped off and this is filmed and put on the internet, this is okay because consent?
We already allow people the agency to exchange their time for money but we don't argue about whether or not they're coerced into it because of the money. If a consenting adult wants to sell sex as a service outside of health checks that flag STD's and the sort that would cause issues do they have that agency?Which goes back to the argument about whether someone can consent to sex when money is exchanged.
That would be a collaboration between Government, the platform that hosts the content and an organization dedicated to stopping the proliferation of CSAM and HT. Official paperwork with a Notary seal, including official documents of identification, clean bill of health from a doctor and confirmation from the NCCASP and the like ensuring they have the conscious agency to make the decision.Who's doing the checks to see if both parties consented and there was no coercion involved?
Is there CSAM on this website?Let's see how fast the monkey's paw turns into a fist when your internet traffic is being explicitly watched and regulated, because that's the only effective way you can enforce this ban.
You're comparing porn, images of legal adults without clothes on, to three things that are WAY more dangerous and magnitudes more morally reprehensible. Is there CSAM on this website?
Are we distributing controlled substances?
Are we selling biological weapons here?
Funny how this site and many others can enforce bans on the above (and many other things) without freeze peach being impacted.
Funny how we can regulate and control the usage of many things on the planet, but it is impossible to do with porn.
@Spud, this reply is for you too.
Still waiting for @Hollywood Hulk Hogan to explain the freedom of speech angle
this reply is for you too.
It's like its a US legal website that complies with the laws of the country it's hosted in. Fed post too hard and you info gets given to the feds cause it's the law the website has to follow. A very interesting concept I'm glad you brought that up and I think other sites like Pornhub would greatly benefit from having the same enforcement put upon it.Funny how this site and many others can enforce bans on the above (and many other things) without freeze peach being impacted.
It's bigger because we let it be bigger. You're comparing porn, images of legal adults without clothes on, to three things that are WAY more dangerous and magnitudes more morally reprehensible.
Porn on its own is also about 1000x bigger and more widespread than CSAM by itself, maybe about 10x bigger than drugs, and unfathomably more prevalent than biological weapons being distributed on the internet. "Funny how we can regulate nuclear weapons but we can't regulate porn! SOCIETY!"
Because you can't construct logical arguments, you resort to name calling.I see the problem now. I wouldn't say banning porn is retarded, but you certainly are a giant fucking retard
So naked pictures of people exist on here, so therefore porn can't be banned.View attachment 6338851
This is an adult website that despite not being pornographic in nature does host archived content from OF as it pertains to one or more of the people this website talks about and has fair use cases supporting the ability to talk about these people and the content they produce, Like Anisa, Trisha Paytas, Momokun and other E-thots. By expanding the definition of what constitutes pornography to include the mere discussion of people who either partake in viewing or producing sites like this that are for adults but not for pornographic content would fall under threat. Besides what the other guy is talking about already comes from the hands of private companies and banks colluding with one another behind the scenes. Force banks to process legal transactions and companies that make the backbone of the Internet host legal websites and this site would easily be able to finance itself.
But Pornhub does have that enforcement on it. They didn't comply. It's like its a US legal website that complies with the laws of the country it's hosted in. Fed post too hard and you info gets given to the feds cause it's the law the website has to follow. A very interesting concept I'm glad you brought that up and I think other sites like Pornhub would greatly benefit from having the same enforcement put upon it.
My arguement isn't "it's widespread" little autist, it's "this is the internet we're talking about" and when you are banning porn, you will not make any headway without dire irreversible consequences for your privacy. It's bigger because we let it be bigger.
It was not the case even a decade ago.
Again this argument holds no water.
People in the 50s would have laughed if you told them cigarettes would be regulated to the point they are now.
Asbestos used to be used as a building material up till the 1980s.
Slavery was legal and I could go on and on.
"It's widespread" is not an argument.
Because you can't construct logical arguments, you resort to name calling.
What not just call me a Nazi like Redditfags do?
I'm on the internet now and not dealing drugs. My arguement isn't "it's widespread" little autist, it's "this is the internet we're talking about" and when you are regulating porn, you will not make any headway without dire irreversible consequences for your privacy.
Remove the sites.Okay retard, if you can explain to me how porn would be banned without a governing body monitoring the internet, I will tell you why it won't make a difference.
Is prohibiting sex with minors retarded? For the same reason that every other form of prohibition is retarded.
