Genuinely - has this board been bad since the purge a bit ago? It seems pretty tame. We just talk about Phil, less than before I am guessing. I'm sure some go too far as always, but it feels a lot more neutered than before. I really don't get the special hate for this board.

As usual DSP finds something that stick and rides it to the ground. He has no concept of keeping stuff like this rare. If you would give DSP a ar full of Doordash coupons and tell him he has to use them sparingly he would waste them in one week

I personally disagree that this board is substantially worse than any other one on the site, and I feel like the issues you attribute to it are overblown relative to what they really are. Regardless, I do participate in other threads on the site, and I’ve never had a problem elsewhere on the farms nor have I noticed a real difference in the general atmosphere or attitude in those threads myself. But I don’t think taking this stance with the board is really helping things either. Obviously you don’t care, or want to encourage the culture to change in some way, but I just don’t see it as productive or all that necessary honestly.
I do know though that if you genuinely wanted members to branch out and interact with other areas of the site, having visitors come to argue with regulars about a guy they don’t know anything about after you mention it on stream, or being openly hostile towards the board generally isn’t helping matters tho imo.
Don’t want this to come off as totally dismissive of the sentiment you have, but I really just don’t see it your way in this instance, and it’s just frustrating having the board become the Whipping Boy of KiwiFarts
