Hamill has two generally notably roles: Luke Skywalker and The Joker. I am going to include Joker because most general audiences grew up with TAS, and most of them know Hamill was Joker - but I am also willing to say, maybe I'm just biased. But I will give him those two roles outside of smaller movies people might know as "fun facts" like the live action Guyver film.
Hamill is a "star" only in that he was Luke Skywalker. But Zack isn't really aware of what makes a Star. Namely because of how surprised he is when shitty movies fail starring people he likes.
If Mark Hamill came out with a movie RIGHT NOW, starring him, starring him as an original character on screen, it would most likely bomb or average out neutrally - it would have to be a HUGE word of mouth "it's actually good" film. Because people are generally not lining up to see Mark Hamill on screen. He achieved his goals for being part of a franchise that was HUGE, Zack, not because he's fucking Mark Hamill. Take a look at his IMDb list and pick out a handful of his films. Or voice acting roles, take away the already popular ones, take away ones that are tied to Star Wars. Boy and the Heron was very successful - not because of Mark Hamill. Fall of the House of Usher? even if it was good, are people raving about Mark's performance? Do people even talk about that. The Machine? The what? He hasn't helmed a movie in years, maybe even a decade at this point. He just does voice acting for nothing projects. But the fact of the matter is, outside of Star Wars and Batman TAS he was never a star the way our Simple Zack wanted him to be. So yeah, the Zeroes once again have a point.
And since I'm feeling petty - The Crow remake is set to bomb (shocker) and I am taking bets on how ass mad Zack is going to be that the people who aren't interested and thought it looked bad for months now are going to not support it and make videos on it, while he champions it.
