I don't even understand what Jake is hiding from now.
He's been doxed. He makes allusions or claims that he came out to his mom. He has no job. No significant other. No friends. He has nothing to lose by going full trans.

Chris and Phil are useless but can both manage to get themselves around to where they want to go and have some measure of success in begging for additional funds to indulge their whims. Fire can at least manage to find people to keep him off the streets and has held jobs. Useless as Chloe is, enough people care about her that she somehow manages to avoid being either homeless or permanently institutionalised. Nora is useless and totally dependent on her parents but has at least managed to find a boyfriend. Even fucking Locria manages to find real life hook ups.
But Jake. Jake cannot even reach the lowest of these bars.
Maybe people just don't *want* to help you Jake.

It doesn't help Jake any that he participates in a social group made up of rogues and those that fetishize weakness and failure. The people Jake knows that could do something aren't in the altruism business. If anyone in Jake's circle needed a form of help more substantial than text messages, then he would as useless to them as they are to him.

Short answer: no. I checked @Translifeline, @GretaGustava and @NinaChaubal, but nothing.
Long answer: maybe he got/will get a "mediator" but it´s most certainly not Greta. Oddly enough Jake and Greta/TLL had so far no contact on Twitter. Jake was only tagged once in regards of Translifeline when Null set up the @NoTranslifeline account to publicize how many calls they do *not* take; and even then Jake did not bother to reply or acknowledge said tweet in any way, shape or form.
