I feel kinda bad for Kumala, she's going to get the Hildwag treatment when she loses. Months of slavish coverage about how wonderful and great she is will turn on a dime into she was a horrible candidate, extremely unlikeable personally, generally incompetent, only a complete fuckup could lose to Dremeld Plompf, etc.
I don't, she brought all this onto herself. Personally if she loses I think they are going to just bury her along with Biden (when was the last time he was in the headlines?) and forget this whole fiasco ever happened.

But that's a big IF, the dems went full mask off the last 4 years and changed the rules of the game. If Trump (and his hopefully more dependable allies) gets in I think shit will get wild when secrets get out and he flips the table on them. Too much is at stake, they need her to win at any cost.

Now that SCOTUS has reaffirmed federal ballots as honor system only (recent Arizona case), not really. Though the issues won’t be from in-person voting imo.
Mail-in and absentee ballots are still a ridiculous black box in most states that haven’t purged their rolls - the only relevant oversight happens during the signature check stage. Once the ballots are separated from their envelopes and Shanique “verifies” signature match (which was happening at a literal inhuman speed in 2020 Fulton County for example), it’s too late. The giant overnight meme dumps we saw in 2020 can easily happen again this year and any statistical anomalies will again be reddited away with “proof? PROOF? hah didn’t think so.”
The best actually-viable option that remains for 2024 is to convince all the red county poll count admins in the swing states to slow roll or even hold off on reporting any totals until the urban areas are at 80%+ and thus deny the overnight crew info on how many votes they need to stuff. Still doesn’t stop them from doing it a day or two later, but the optics on that would probably be too poor even for the modern DNC. They did it in 2016 but that was only because Hilldawg was assblasted over catching minor journo-flak for her sub-Obama popular vote total. IIRC they found her another 2 million votes in CA alone, several days after the election.
I hope they do exactly that. I don't wanna see what a harris administration would be like

How many Libertarians are of the Mises variety? 5%? 1%? They are vastly outnumbered by Liberal-lite Libertarians who DO NOT BELIEVE in national borders or national sovereignty.
Mises is roughly 60% at this point, Dave Smith (former pornstar and college basketball record holder) was going to be the nominee before his kid got health problems, and he did to the libertarian's party what trump did to the GOP, only basically 4 years earlier. most of the lefty libertarians like Doug Stanhope have stopped identifying as such because of how socially conservative the Mises has turned the party.
Trump's podcast interviews are actually great.
agreed, pretty much everyone under 50 watches podcasts/youtube over traditional media, the talk shows of old always were shit, and podcasts have replaced radio where you could sometimes get more than 5 minutes to "shoot your shit" plus not having content standards or practices means you can really take the medium to different places. Trump and musk is a great example, no way in hell would radio or tv allow either of those two to talk for hours about whatever, especially without commercials every 15 minutes, but the internet allowed them to go all night long.

in general while the highlights get you to like trump, its the long form where you understand he's not just some shithead throwing out jokes, but he has quite an intelligence to him and thinks things out. Musk has a similar problem, the headlines and tweets paint him as no better than any lolcow on this site, but then he drops a 4 hour engineering discussion and you realize why he was able to go to graduate school for it.
this new type of anime
one piece is so old that people that were born when the anime premiered can rent a car.
In other news, I had my mother of all people say that she was upset about the things people were saying about Walz’s son, assumedly on account of her projecting on him. It’s hardly a powerlevel considering I’m on the Farms in the first place, but I’ve got the ‘tism so… I guess she saw me in his position or something?
don't worry, its bullshit. we'll find out next year his son doesn't have any disability and was just spazzing out. Everyone i know goes "well he's disabled" for why its appropriate for a teenager to act like that, even those "the patriarchy affects men too" cunts openly admit they would have mocked the kid if it weren't for the disabled card. meaning even the left deep down knows its not right for men to display emotions.

Musk controls space travel at this point. That includes military uses. They won't do shit. He keeps the rockets running on time.
"Say what you want about Musk. At least the rockets ran on time" I like it.

>Grandson

holy fucking based, didn't know we had legit boomers on here
Dude, shitposters existed long before this website. I was shitposting on BBSes in the mid 80s at 300 baud on my Commodore 64. I had to actually wait for the busy signal to stop before I could get on and take my turn to shitpost.

You don't stop shitposting just because you get old. You just adapt to the new technology and the new ways to shitpost.

This does not happen at all.
The 'swear an oath on your knees while a guy behind you lays a sword on your shoulder' is pretty common in this area. Some of the true and honest white supremacist groups do it. They all do some kinda oath ceremony, whether they're cartels or Turner Diaries guys or whoever. The man with the sword moves the blade from one shoulder to the other as a test to see who flinches, thinking the sword has been pulled back to cut their fn head off

There isn’t a sword used in any of the degrees.

Or so the Masons would have us believe...
Or people who would want to keep you from forming strong social bonds in your communities will try to convince you of evil where it doesn’t exist. What is more likely?

The Master's third degree ritual does involve a sword to the chest

I did some studying on Freemasonry a year or two ago because I was uncomfortable with the idea of the Founding Fathers being a bunch of luciferians and it the worst I can say is it was heavily influenced by Rosicrcuainism, which was basically Cabbalistic Lutheran humanism. Most terms and symbols they used were appropriated from already existing Christian art or symbols, prior to the formation of the Grand Lodges a Mason had to be a Christian from an established church, and even afterwards while they are stupid for allowing Jews, Hindus, and Deists in due to believing in a creator deity they are still predominantly some flavor of Protestant Christian in makeup. "Higher degrees" also don't make sense because the power structure is horizontal not vertical so whatever high degree scottish rite members won't really even matter even if it's probably very heretical and weird.

Good always triumphs over evil.
People need to understand. Evil could "win" and still lose to Time. Someone who gets away with murder still has to talk to the big man upstairs when he leaves the mortal coil.
I took the jab and not had any problems with it thank god. That whole shit should have never went down. The hospital I work at should have never forced it.
I forget which ones were the best or least dangerous but as long as you didn't take pfizer or too many boosters you should be ok. I'm glad I didn't take any of that shit.

Otherwise an interesting home remedy I've heard is to sweat that shit out in a sauna but I can't really confirm that.

@Falcos_Commisar

Look there are decent people at the bottom rung. But the fact remains that they have been repeatedly disavowed by the Catholic Church because their deceptive and slick ideology is completely incompatible with Jesus Christ. To the point of entire prayers being made to break the generational curse of Freemasonry. I may try and give a book report in another thread when I have the time but this is written by an ex member that breaks down point by point why it's incompatible and suspect.

You could have a local town of friendly masons but that doesn't mean the head cheese in the city isn't up to wicked shit.

I'm pretty sure they don't make it common knowledge. It's there.

So... Feel like sharing with the class your Masonic power level that your sworn not to share?

Although, I'm not sure how the trilogy of Full Metal Alchemist, Full Metal Panic, and Full Metal Jacket all go together...
It was mostly explained in Full Metal Yakuza, but if you want to get the whole story you have to watch the spin-offs Metal Gear and Metalocalypse.

The sword pointing to a naked heart is an emblem and not a component of the ritual. And before you can take it out of context, read the ones before and after it. https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Page:Manual_of_the_Lodge.pdf/156

It is specifically there to remind you that even though your actions my not be seen by others, you are still being judged by God. It is called out as such and right in the last 10 minutes framed between, help your fellow creatures and have faith in divinity. It is also a picture of the sword stylized as the emblem you see in the book. Not a physical sword

While I find the Freemasons sus, I don't particularly agree with the Catholic Church's bias against them because they have repeatedly opposed most, if not all fraternal organizations and are straight up acrimonious to English liberal ideas, and were already previously perfectly willing to throw the Templars under the bus with similar claims. I am able to buy their criticisms of the Cathars because we have their literature and it was nothing good, but we have Masonic literature, including stuff from controversial figures like Pike, and the worst I can say is it's ecclectic perennialism mixed with Rosicrucianism (Which called the Catholic Church the anti-christ, no wonder there's hostility). Nobody seems to properly explain what their ideology is, always shifts between "It's old mystery cults" or "It's luciferianism," but just reading their stuff and actually looking at what historically influenced them, it is an almost nonsequitur to say somewhere down the line the English ones decided to go full Luciferian. Perhaps they became a bunch of cringey deists, perhaps the French ones worshipped Lucifer (They absolutely did), but beyond nonsense from grifters like Morgan or Taxil, their literature really just again sounds like esoteric Protestant Christianity loaded with English liberalism and perennialism.

The Orthodox Church's condemnation is a bit more respectable, that it evoked too much of ancient mystery religions, though they still have some mistakes like thinking Pike was the pope of Masonry and his opinions were doctrinal.
