There's a very common sense argument here... what's more likely, 1 fin cuck loser who gets off paying Phil and being the center of attention or as Phil would say, a revolving door of random long time fans who never leave their names and always seem to tip in large numbers, while simultaneously never popping into chat or doing any of the normal things tippers on streams do?

Even big streamers don't have that many random $50+ tips, and even when Phil had some other supporters of that sort, we are all pretty sure they're gone.

OIC is talking to himself on two different accounts about DSP in a random fighting game discord I (was) a part of. He got me kicked out because I called him out. The discord is dead and no one knows who DSP is lol. Dude is literally sitting there talking to himself. He also whales out on the streamer whos discord it belongs too, while sneak dissing him. Dude is beyond sad

Insane? No this is normal OIC. He has dozens of accounts on every platform of relevance doing this or similar shit under the guise of deep ops to own DSP along with giving him tens of thousands of $$$.
