The “very tasteful” I think is in reference to how the cop approached the questions.

I do find it odd as to how skittish Keanu is around describing this. How hard would it be to just say, “Yeah I had to describe the pic to a cop”. Here she just kept on dancing around a description of it.

Almost like she was really reluctant to be talking about it. Almost like a liar would after getting too deep into a lie.

Makes ya think. That being said I’m happy to get more Toe felting if she is telling the truth.

I'm guessing Kayla is barely conscious, much less aware of what's going on. Nick pressed her on this, just like he pressed her on trying to get Aaron to sign an NDA.

In fact, I wonder if the cops only called Geno again because Nick Kayla called in to follow-up. Nick's clearly ass-blasted by not running away with dismissed charges from the omnibus hearing, as well as his attack hog whimpering away with his tail between his legs. Aaron dunking on Balldoman with impunity is probably chapping those nuts even more than the balldo does.

Minnesota's revenge porn laws seem to cover any intimate photo which is shared without consent, regardless of the relationship between the person in the photo and the person who shared it or whether it was shared publicly so Aaron may very well be in hot water if it can be proven that he shared it."

Why you would discuss what you've told the police is a mystery. All of these people let their personal grudges get in the way of common sense.

On one hand, Nick would love a slice of revenge dished out to Aaron dealt by someone else, namely the police.

On the other hand, I suspect he might be exerting pressure in order to have ammo to discredit Aaron or to make him unusable as a witness by the prosecution. Nick would want Aaron at least charged by trial date, and at best convicted by his own trial. Hoping that Aaron would shut his mouth as a way to make this go away would be a bit too much for Nick to hope for. Than again, maybe Nick is upset that Aaron is being as obtuse as Null and Aaron is NOT getting the picture. Shut up and don't testify as a witness for the police, and Nick can see what he can do to make the "revenge porn" charge go away.

It would be smart of the county prosecutor to ask the police to at minimum to put this on the back burner until after Nick's trial. Unless of course the prosecutor's are going to use this as yet another example of Nick trying to tamper with a witness.

It might be interesting to see what happens if Kayla and Nick are asked to take the stand in the case against Aaron. They would of course have to plea the 5th.

Of course Aaron would probably just admit to the charges and accept a slap-on-the-wrist plea deal of a small fine.

How on earth would the 5th even be relevant? The only issue at hand would be whether Aaron shared "intimate" images of Kayla without her consent and Nick can't even speak to that conclusively.

Criminals give testimony against others all the time. Aaron could be the creepiest person on earth and still give credible testimony.

@repentance On cross examination there could questions from the defense attorney about the motivation for claiming revenge porn. The might get into the whole scenario of drugs and swinging. Hell, could you imagine Nick Rekieta on the stand? He would go absolutely ape shit.

Now I am not saying that the prosecution might not be able to get such questions squashed as being immaterial. But I am not a legal jockey. And as I already stated. The most likely scenario is that Aaron would plead guilty in exchange for an extremely light slap on the wrist plea deal.

It's Ralph, hard to imagine anybody saying yes. In fact I don't even like to think about those who did, trading sex for coke like Nick I could at least understand but there are women out there who gave it up for free. Horrifying.

Likely. The way the law is written in Minnesota sharing a single nude photo with the person identifiable is a crime. A misdemeanor. At the most he is going to pay a fine.

There are problems, though. First that it could look like witness intimidation. The second is everyone says the photo was deleted. The third being there are revealing photos Kayla has herself posted. The fourth being Keanu and Gino were both being paid by Aaron and seemed to object to the photo after Aaron stopped paying them. If Aaron has the sense to speak to a lawyer this could make a prosecution difficult. But Aaron being Aaron, he would likely confess it and then stream off the proof he had a relationship with Kayla.

It's a problematic case for a misdemeanor. I'm not sure if Nick has realised that by admitting Aaron has a naked photo of Kayla it actually boosts the credibility of everything else he says. Sleeping in the same bed, drugs, how Nick acts, etc.

If Keanu had a single braincell she would keep her mouth shut. As if Aaron broke the law by sending the photo to Geno, Geno broke it by sending it to Keanu. I'm not sure the cogs in her head spin that fast, though.
