This looks like an extra, extra manic episode. Like she can see the links between all these slides that normies can't.

So many typos, but "a cucumber slimed and chopped" is my favorite. Robyn, please get some real mental help.
Interesting that you mention manic episodes. I can't find the exact video I'm looking for on her Instagram, but she's in a white and black stripey shirt and is talking about 'Gate 58' in human design, and what that is, as far as accessing joy for no particular reason at all, during the time in which Luna had just been diagnosed and was supposed to die soon, according to the doctor.
Her description of joy, that comes from nowhere in particular, sounds to me kind of like a manic episode. I wonder if her experience of euphoria for no reason might be something that makes her feel she's worthy of being a 'guide' to others, when really that could just be a more fun part of having bipolar disorder. Most people I don't think would feel moments of great joy in the midst of their daughter almost dying. Big shifts mentally, like receiving that news, though, can and often do trigger episodes of bipolar mania.
I feel like I've heard murmurings of ppl here wondering if she could be bipolar, but I'm really only seeing that now after fully exploring her absolutely prolific Instagram and sensing some of her 'spirituality' might be connected to experiences w/ her mood being so high for no reason that she thinks she has spiritual abilities that others lack.

Omg that floaty baby thing freaks me out. I can see it being useful for an engaged parent, but not someone like Robyn who is obviously on her phone every moment she can get.

Question for parents from a non-parent: what's the deal with drawing actual baths for babies, anyway? Why don't people just put the baby in the bathtub (in one of those plastic bath seat things so they don't slip or hit their head on the tub) and just shower the baby?

I'm picturing a handheld shower head with a gentle spray. Or even just use a jug of water to cleanse and rinse the baby.

Babies are just so small, I don't know why you'd need to draw an actual bath. It seems like an unnecessary risk. People used to wash their babies in the kitchen sink.

There are special shower chairs for babies that are expensive af. Disadvantage is that baby gets chilly.

There are also little baby bathtubs that may or may not fit into a regular tub, and little baby chairs to keep them sitting up sort of. A hand needs to be on them at all times, though, as babies are wiggly, small, and very slippery. The floatation device is one way to keep the baby sitting up in the bath I guess, but really strikes me as a negligence device.

The big thing is that baths are relaxing af. They're a good way to calm down and tire out a cranky baby, or even just get them relaxed enough to go to bed.

I was never more certain Luna’s speech therapist is a fake than after listening to Robyn ramble on about the Healy - with two identical baby voices screaming in the background. One coming from a 4 month old and the other from a 3 1/2 year old.

A real speech therapist might take the free money from working with Luna, but would sit Robyn down and tell her that Atlas needs a speech evaluation yesterday.

Has none of her Stan’s even noticed Atlas lack of speech and mentioned it? All these earth mamas and not a word? She invites questions, has nobody asked, or does she delete them?

I think Robyn knows he hasn’t met speech milestones as Atlas videos are starting to have the sound turned off.

I also don’t like the way she labels him as a “wild” boy as he is anything but. He plays quietly, plays doctor with stuffed animals, checks out books, watches things, tries to participate in Luna’s therapy. Yes, he runs and scoots around in cars like all boys do but I sure wouldn’t call him wild. Considering how boring his life is, and what else could be happening, he seems to be on the quieter side of children (and I don’t mean verbally.). He must be very frustrated at not speaking and this may change.

She’s decided Atlas is the wild and crazy one and Woody is the strong quiet one, and Luna is the wise, strong, brilliant mini-me. 🙄.

I too wonder if Atlas’s frenectomy did some permanent damage, like severing the lingual nerve? He could still learn to speak but if so, will need help. Could be completely numb in there. AFAIK there was one tiny retrospective study on frenectomy in neonates, and out of 35 babies it seems there were 45 complications-4 of them speech impediments. To be fair, I didn’t have full access so I may have missed something. It’s not something that has been studied or looked at.

How long will Atlas go without speech before she realizes it’s a problem? She’s clueless. Her followers had to tell her that the very bizarre-looking and acting baby Luna needed an evaluation, so hopefully somebody will do the same for Atlas and she’ll listen.

Also, lots of milk storage bags, like the Motif bags, now have a spout off to the side that can be cut open to allow you to pour from. Honestly the regular bags aren't that hard to pour from anyways... m
Side note but my husband hates those motif bags. They rarely tear correctly and the ones that don't have a spout work just fine (insurance sent me 400 a month for my last baby so I used them much to his dismay).

She's been manic since that beach photo op (probably when she found out what Luna's prognosis was in detail). She's been spiraling for so long eventually she's going to snap -- I just hope she doesn't hurt any of the kids for everyone's sake.

I'm really upset about Atlas’s lack of speech progression. I was hoping that it was stunted and could develop with being around other children his age as well as some one on one with a professional once or twice a week. Speech is something that has a window of opportunity and that window closes some time after 5.

Can you send me the journal info may be able to get it.

Considering how social he is I really think its a mechanical issue due to that surgery and the chiro after it that were done before he was a week old. One reason is they didnt do the chiro with Oaken after his even though she stated it was part of the required recovery.

I'm also incredibly concerned about Atlas's lack of speech. Lizard Woman 100% knows there's an issue because she posts all those soundless, boomerang type videos.
A narc Mom like her would definitely be posting video after video of Atlas saying adorable things, because ALL kids that age, if they have appropriate speech development, say adorable things while working out how the world works. Atlas especially seems to be a curious kid, interested in pretty much everything in his world. Unfortunately for him, his Lizard Woman caretaker is only interested in her babies if they're breastfeeding or potato.
Even a small amount of attention to get him a speech evaluation and maybe some early intervention preschool would be invaluable right now.

PL but Atlas is no further behind than I was and I'm no weirder than the rest of you fuckers. I would not be surprised if the exact same thing happened with him as with me - little bro starts babbling and next thing you know big bro is talking back.
Maybe Atlas will start making full sentences once Luna dies.

@GenociderSyo Sent you what I read. Let us know if it’s interesting.

I hope we are clutching our pearls when it comes to Atlas-I was initially one that figured he just had nothing to say and would be a late talker. But yelling that doesn’t even sound like babbling in an almost 4 year old isn’t something that I’d ignore. We haven’t heard him say mom or dad yet or any baby versions of those, or even make truck or car sounds. I think late talkers at least have speech intonations even if they don’t use it.

I’d be very happy to be wrong.

Guess what Robyn? Invisible radiation kills liver tumors too. If she’s so afraid of ultrasounds why is she suddenly excited about sound waves as cancer treatment? Stupidity perhaps? She’s really getting very deep into woo. Once a quack starts saying their product cures cancer, it’s over.

Here is the article. Definitely risk of complication. And these appear to be cases where it was warranted not like her choices with Atlas and Oaken.

What prompted this 10 fold uptick in tongue-tie surgeries in the 15 years to 2012 in the US? Who is doing this to their babies and why? I'd never heard of it before reading this thread.
My guess is it's directly related to the spread of internet woo nonsense and the "dO yOur OwN rESeARcH" crowd. So, people exactly like Robyn who have juuuuust enough education to think they know something but not nearly enough to realize they are dumb as rocks. Dr. Google has taught them they are smarter than any doctor (who is probably just a shill for Big Pharma anyways), and some quack chiropractor scam artist is more than happy to reinforce that notion as long as it lines their pockets. I had never heard of it prior to reading this thread myself.

Same, dude. Little guy is smart, clearly. I'm guessing Robyn doesn't even try to prompt sentences or words so he just doesnt get it. Hopefully he'll catch up quick like we did when around other kids more. His examples of how kids interact with adults is Luna and Sapling - I'm also really hoping he's not injured from the tongue snip.

I want her to discover the (terrible) film " What the Bleep Do We Know?" She's already flirting with the concepts it talks about, and having had a MIL that made me watch it, I would be highly amused to watch her start spouting the talking points of the Church of RAMTHA without knowing it.

Woo idiots. When I had some very minor difficulties breastfeeding, my woo Mom acquaintance (who btw is currently pregnant with #4) would not leave me alone about snipping my kid's tongue or frenulum. She had a chiropractor do it to her second kid and I guess the experience was good? Or at least she felt the need to get me to do it too so she'd feel validated. It's retarded.

Lactation consultants bear a lot of blame for this as well. Every “baby-friendly” hospital and large pediatrics practice has at least one, and they all look around in baby’s mouth for ties if you express any concern about breastfeeding. LC’s and other pseudo professionals tell desperate, exhausted, over-extended mothers to have their baby’s tongues and cheeks cut up by quacks instead of telling them it’s OK (but fucking expensive) to formula feed.

FWIW that was not my experience with lactation consultants. A lot of them were RNs and I distinctly remember one saying that even if there is a tongue tie, it very rarely requires surgery. I think YMMV as with all things.

If I were a poop toucher I would ask Robyn how she knew Luna wanted pink.
