Weeb! Whore! Jew! Black! With the power of echo chamber technology and the fuel of self loathing, together we form Lib-Tron 2000! We're here to own the chuds and grind gaming into Dust...Born.

While this is really dumb, this is just a reminder for everyone to be on alert on recent legislation.

Yes, some American states (both red and blue; the Democrats and the GOP want to criminalize doxing) have recently made doxing a crime. States like California, Arizona, Connecticut, Kentucky, Illinois, Virginia, Oregon, and most recently doxing has been recognized as a crime in Alabama.

It may come to as a surprise that even Florida has an anti-doxing law but the states (and some developed countries) are making doxing a crime now (the main reason as to why is because stupid zoomers on the Internet use doxing to commit other crimes like swatting and identity theft which is why some jurisdictions are now criminalizing doxing; they're now treating doxing the same way they treat money laundering now because these days doxing is often used to commit other crimes).

Had Keffals did their whole #StopKiwiFarms campaign a bit later rather than earlier then maybe Keffals could've gotten away with taking down Kiwi Farms permanently (because right now a lot of American lawmakers from both sides are no longer tolerating some forms of extreme trolling anymore and especially as some American government officials have either got swatted or had their identity stolen in recent years).

But now that lawmakers are catching up with the times as far as technology is concerned and they're going to bring in new rules and regulations on what you can or can't do online. Doxing is one of those things that are next on the chopping block for lawmakers in the developed world. I feel like websites like Kiwi Farms are now on borrowed time. Doxing I believe is a crime in Virginia and Chris-Chan lives in Virginia so he now has the power to end a place like Kiwi Farms under Virginia law where the Chandlers could bring Null to civil court there if CWC and Snorlax wanted to. Doesn't take much to Alex Jones defamation trial this place now that governments are giving lolcows the power to shut places like this down by making people like Alex Jones (or even Null) be taken to civil court for any potential damages with the plaintiffs most likely winning and the defendants to be penniless.

Mr Haygood has terminated his Xeet account...

...but before he terminated it, it looked like this.

This man oozes professionalism and intelligence.

Mercante and her imbecilic lawyer have become thread-worthy by threatening legal action against KF. I had no idea who these clowns were before reading that bizarre C&D letter. The legal threats have pushed an otherwise moribund thread over the interest threshold. The thread now provides the necessary context of the effete letter. Also, people will now want to know what Mercante's thread contains such that she wants it removed.

"Fuck the state.
...that admitted me into the bar.
...and registered my business.
...and also the ones I'm going to be suing Null Moon in."

How did they come across the thread...if it's only accessible to people logged in? Someone on the team gotta fess up on who has the KF account.

What exactly permits doxing though, is it just the address or does it have a wider umbrella, like someone's name, pictures, public accounts? If those laws are made is the government going to take action against the telephone book and white pages? Could you list the statutes or link to them?

The weird thing about the delusional narcissism and incompetence of LawTwits is that I can't tell if Lane thought his mall ninja posturing would actually scare Kiwi Farms (a bizarre thing to think, given that Two-ton Tewson should have known by her time here that was not a possible result) or if they intentionally provoked Null because they think they'll make a name for themselves suiing KF.

From what I've read, a lot of the jurisdictions that have criminalized doxing have criminalized it with the intention to cause anguish (harassment, defamation, blackmail, that sort of thing), commit physical harm (such as arson, trespassing, or breaking into someone's car), and/or publish personal identifying information without consent.

I've looked at Florida law and it seems they made doxing illegal back in 2021 where publishing of personal identifying information (this includes mailing addresses, phone numbers, and social security numbers) with the intention to harass (that they define as bringing emotional distress that serves no purpose) is a criminal offense in Florida that is punishable up to a year in prison and a fine of 1000 dollars for every offense (the law states that data brokers like phone books are exempt from this law as they provide a service that is not related to harassment). While I don't think this lawsuit will go anywhere (I'd be surprised if it does), that doesn't mean Null won't be out of the woods because Florida law can still royally screw him over considering that a large chunk of what is posted here on Kiwi Farms are doxes and someone featured here on the farms can bring him to civil court over damages to really bring him down permanently (it doesn't have to be Florida, someone can bring Null to court in a state where doxing is illegal and give him a much harsher punishment from a judge that may object to what Null is doing; the case of the owner of the Daily Stormer comes to mind).

If you remember the Alex Jones defamation case, the Sandy Hook families brought in a lawsuit to sue Alex Jones for every last penny out of him (they brought the trial in Texas despite them being from Connecticut) and now he has to sell off InfoWars and his other assets to pay what he owes (in the billions). Alyssa Mercante may probably not be the one to take down Kiwi Farms but with the laws changing in regards to conduct on the Internet, Null may not be so lucky for much longer. It might be Chris-Chan, it might be Keffals back to their old tricks again, or it might be some punk that gets lucky. The way I see it, sooner or later Kiwi Farms and other websites like it will go down as the laws change that don't favor communities like ours.

Also, here you go:

I'm willing to say with at least 80% certainty (mainly, because others seem to think) that the Paralegal, Kathryn Tewson has an account; she definitely lurks if anything, have hard evidence of her posting screen shots on her Twitter, and cropped the lowest most part to hide if there's a like/quote/reply function.

Also, because she's an attention whore, willing to say with greater than 50% probability, Alyssa herself has one.

But the cherry on top, is how others started linking the people, to include Liz Fong-Jones, together; and then Null himself says he knows of KUSK and that gay ops may be afoot.

@Frenzy of Sharks Public info is public info. They put it out there, we archive it. It's not our fault that they overshare. But I want specific statutes not a tl:dr of them. I'm sure there would be court orders to take things down if doxing were illegal, but there hasn't been any government take down notices. You're account is a month old, Null keeps things above board and is legally in the clear. The site has won 8 lawsuits. A dox is a dox, like how a gun is gun. They don't do anything on their own, but only when people use them for nefarious reasons, that becomes the problem. The whole reason why people on the site dox is becsuse it's a challenging puzzle for them. They don't harrass or hold it over the person's head. Even if no doxes were allowed on the site, people would go to doxbin which has no rules and will swatt.

Edit: in the Anglin case, he made a personal call to action Null hasn't.

ETA:
While “doxing” itself is not a crime – what it can lead to or what it represents can be criminally charged.

Cyberstalking is illegal in Florida and codified in Florida Statute § 784.048(1)(d), which states that cyberstalking means “to engage in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial emotional distress to that person and serving no legitimate purpose.”

The Federal government condemns this behavior and has codified this offense under 18 U.S. Code § 2261A, criminalizing any person who with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or place under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate another person, uses any interactive computer service or electronic communication service or electronic communication system of interstate commerce that places an alleged victim in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury, or causes, attempts to cause, or would be reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress.

And I couldn't find a damn thing about Alabama making doxing illegal. But we don't that, we just laugh at retards.
