We don't really have a good closeup shot of her face though.
For all we know, she's riddled with wrinkles and whatnot. Also, some people age a little slower. There's 40 year old ladies who look late 20s. Though it's rare.

There are other explanations for Chris being more distant as of late, like his own habits and the fallout from the motherfucking saga. He's spent almost two years in jail because he overshared (and then a bunch of deranged letters he wrote while in jail got leaked). He also knows that his reputation is at an all-time low and that most of the talk about him now is negative, of how he fucked his mom. The fallout also affects content in other ways. Before, he could go to conventions and those were a big highlight; after, he tried to go but found himself banned. His associates circle is also different now. Before, the Watchmen and Null were around, and they had interest in posting about Chris or releasing info. Now, the circle looks to be Praetor and Flutter, and neither have shown that level of interest. The livestreams might be another instance of Chris being hyped up about something, then later losing interest in it, like the comics and the tsssf cards. He also could be on different meds, or even just hanging out with Flutter leaves him less time or inclination to engage with internet people.

Her face looks pretty drawn, the droopy jowls are evidence enough that she's ~30. I think it's mainly her childlike proportions and clothing that make her look younger.

Moreover, my current theory, especially while looking at more normie sites focused on Chris such as Reddit, is that Caden and Flutter actually do not want to have Chris do even more moronic things and are banking on the past events to carry him.
The bodycam footage was the only major thing that happened to him after Animate Raleigh that put that much attention to him even in his dedicated groups, the bodycam footage being just more info from 2021 and the Animate Raleigh specifically being planned out not to cause another sighting and only failed due to that one guy taking a pic of both of them at the event booth a day prior. They are instead banking on the past popularity of Chris from times like the Classic Era, which is why the only existing merch of him is inspired either by his pre discovery era or the 2021 arrest and subsequent jail stay. This is why nothing from between the later classic sagas and the modern sagas have been released.
Chris is allowed to live his own life, but Praetor doesn't really want him doing any more than that. They oversee all of his businesses, they control where he lives, plus Flutter was spotted multiple times acting dominant, such as guiding conversations, dragging Chris out of the restaurant or preventing a meltdown at the Raleigh convention. This is why I also doubt the sightings would be fake. The regular Chris simps do not see them and the Redditors/Kiwis just believe them to be fake/try to figure Caden out and never buy any of the items. There's simply no group that would be both interested in the recent developments AND buy them without a sense of shame.
Chris is also incapable of handling drama on his own. The best examples nowadays are the continuation of the G5 protests which devolved into pure lunacy and conspiracy theories akin to those believed in by MAGAs, as well as his spergout over the block from CosmicKeyframe, going so far so as to write to them to convince them to unban his account posing as another person who's a fan of them both. He also revealed a lot of info that he's been trying not to leak, including his house location (TwistedFreak's threathening), or that he pays rent to Caden (the Keffals Interview). Many of his videos are also scripted due to this, most of his Youtube content revolving either easy to make content that could be drip fed over multiple months like the AI ones, videos promoting Praetor or videos of him rambling incoherently about nothing in particular. Hell, recently he started feeling lonely again and is seeking new people, even bringing up his relationship with Megan (often misattribued to Flutter).
Chris is also now very invested in Minecraft, a habit that he once had but only developed recently. We saw how he dropped out of internet due to this before with LBP and ModNation Racers and it's a very effective way to keep Chris occupied. As to how Chris became interested in it...I have no idea, but it might also be something of Praetor's manipulation and a few signs point to it, such as the Flutter skin/account that we see in the livestream or him first mentioning Minecraft as a project of Praetor. But hell, Chris plays Minecraft on 4 separate platforms now and dropped Legos completely, with Transformers also falling down in his list of important non importants.

TLR - I am pretty sure Caden is more interested in milking Classic Chris than to potentially cause Chris to land in another jail or land in jail himself. I don't believe he would just give evidence of his actions away like that (Sightings). All of Chris's actions serve to better Praetor while also having some limited self expression on the Internet, insufficient to cause any real harm. This is the real reason why he's not a lolcow anymore.

The only way to cause Chris to return to his status is to cut out Caden, his biggest exploiter to date.

Natch it was taken with a potato instead of a camera so still impossible to make out much detail about Flutter, except that she definately dosen't look like a cabbage patch doll facially. Chris being a lolcow doesn't really mean acting out to the point of causing harm. He's had incidents over the years where he did cross that line, but they're pretty spaced out. Otherwise it's mostly him making a fool of himself online.

I should think Chris responds differently to in real life people, especially one who he can’t be sure won’t evict him, than he does to more abstract internet people.

Prior to this, he semi listened to his parents, but he did know that they were never going to put him on the streets.

Plus, jail will have had an effect on him. Literally no one spends more than a year in jail and it not have some lasting effect on them.

Sure, but I think that's because Flutter doesn't have control over Chris when she's away, unlike Caden for example. He is way more active on the internet when she's away.

Well, the comics for one. Rocks sell surprisingly well. Plus, commissions and stuff sell out very quickly and are instant few thousand bucks.
The Chris approval thing is BS, especially since all of the items are stolen/ripoffs/shoddy in some way.

Unlike these, Praetor are enablers. They supply Chris with housing and constant flow of money, meaning that they can have full control over Chris. In monetary terms (because Chris sees them in that way), Watchmen only gave him several hundred bucks, Null gave him $500 and was responsible for his arrest, Fiona did nothing to him except flash her boobs at him. Besides, Caden and co do an amazing job in weeding out his horrible bevahiours for money.
Hell, the Praetor saga showed us that the only way Chris could be taken down was something out of Praetor's control, something that would require constant surveilance of Chris, which they do have now.

I think I posted about this very early in the thread, but her aging seems very reminiscent of Andy Milonakis to me. He developed a growth hormone deficiency when he was like 14, and because of that, his proportions, facial features, and voice never developed beyond that age. So up into his early-mid 30s, he still looked like a young teenager, which he took advantage of for his comedy career (age 29, 31, and 36 respectively):

But his skin and hair obviously still age normally, so since then he's started to show wrinkles, sagging skin, dying hair, etc - while still keeping the same proportions:

If I had to guess on why Flutter simultaneously looks 14 and 40, this seems like a perfect match. The fact that her signs of age are showing up earlier than they did for him can be chalked up to shit self-care and not having the financial backing of a celebrity for image preservation.
