Ah yes, waking up each day to photos of the dead, the estranged, and the removed-for-their-safety. Wrapped up on piles of filthy bedding and surrounded by dusty and moldering hoard, fantasizing over photos (which can't talk back or disagree with her narratives.) Such enviable circumstances, waiting for death to end her crippling loneliness.

This is straight up horror realism movie material. Her long, uncomfortable silences and pauses always creep me out.
All this needs is a spliced ending, someone flipping through a scrapbook of with old yellow newspapers clipping featuring the “unexplained” deaths and obits of all the beloved family members in the photos.
Someone needs to do a movie about Musty murdering her entire family to get sole possession of the coveted AVON hoard.

It was a busy day today! She printed 250 screenshots of mean comments Heather and Lamonte's "new wife" Merissa made about her, including many from the Kiwi Farms. Even though this is about how mean they were to her, she's also included a fight between them, for the entertainment value.
She needed to clear space off her phone for an upcoming lawsuit (presumably a desperate attempt to get her car back from John Shrout, even though she's very happy he took it away!)
The images supposedly include Heather saying Misty burnt bread, and Merissa claiming she owns many brand new cars. Damning stuff!
The screenshots are being memorialized in a photo album so that when the time comes, her family members will find it and realize just how horribly she was treated by Heather and Merissa.
This photo album of screenshots is designed to last for centuries. Just like the Farmers' Almanac, people will be reading about Misty's exceptional slapfights several hundred years from now.

Shrouts Towing must have to constantly deal with these small claims cases like flies on a cows ass.
From a quick online skim they are a very long standing family business, doing the glamorous work of towing and repairing cars in a poor town. They do a lot of car sales/ auctions because people requiring a tow due to an old vehicle shitting the bed, asking for it to be repaired, then not paying for said repairs is incredibly common in towns where welfare and disability checks are more common than employment.
I’d be careful fucking with a local tow and salvage family. Tow truck operators are tough (many times shady) operators. In the nice, monied college town I went to university at the local tow truck operators were some of the scariest townies, with convicted murderers on the payroll. (One had actually stabbed and killed some college kid trying to take his car off the lot at 3 am, one that had only been towed for parking tickets. He only did a few years due to the B&E on the part of the student.)
I say all this only because I can only imagine how hardcore a tow truck FAMILY of several generations in a gritty place like Marion, IN would be. Musty might truly fuck around and find out this time.

This is true. A mechanic friend has cars abandoned on his lot all the time for this.
These long-standing family businesses are generally well-known and well-respected in their communities except amongst the poor and indignant like Our Lady of Perpetual Must. She's just further cementing herself as one of the town psychos by showing she can't get along with someone whose whole business centers in getting along with many types of people long enough to remain relevant where businesses fail daily.

I think this got lost in the shuffle during the stolen coffee maker saga. Misty is once again chatting up underage boys to get info on Richard. She's supposedly learned that his adoption by two gay men fell through as the fathers "wanted him to turn gay and he refused." She does not seem particularly bothered by the grooming/molestation implicit in such a statement, she's more concerned about proving her son is VERY heterosexual, by pointing out how he smiled at women when he was a baby. He's always "had his father's charm."
Who knows what Richard's orientation is, but I feel like being a victim of incest by Misty Ray Henry would lead anyone to play for whatever team she's not on.

Misty is making videos claiming Richard heroically attempted to "free" himself by suing DCFS in 2022 in order to return to her. She very kindly documented the case number for us: Indiana Court of Appeals 21A-JT-2070.
I do believe we have archived this case previously, but just in case: Misty is the appellant in this case, not her minor son. She asked the court of appeals to alter the lower court's decision to terminate her parental rights. This request was met with a swift, "lol, no" from the court, with every dirty detail of her shit parenting, shit general decision making, and very poor mental health included.
This case also documents Misty sexually abusing her son in the presence of DCFS during a supervised visit.
Misty rebuttal to this entire case is that Coivd prevented her from continuing to receive mental health counseling at the VA... but the case documents that she stopped her VA counseling services in May 2019 - as well as numerous other reasons why Misty shouldn't be left in charge of a special needs child OR any animals.

A flaming bag of poo was left on Misty's porch by her neighbors. (Unclear if it was ever actually 'flaming') I thought everyone in the neighborhood loved her? She tries to relate this to a "twenty year bet" made by her enemies that they would get Misty out of her house. These people would have been children at the start of the hallucinated 'bet.'

In the next video she gets in a shouting match with the neighbors. And they're white neighbors this time! She screeches about felony shit harassment. Somehow this is "ELDER ABUSE." Misty looks ancient but is not technically a senior citizen.
The legal scholar neighbors insist she's committing a felony by filming them. The woman mocks Misty for flipping her off while claiming to be Christian. Misty says that the shit prank is not Christian, to which the woman declares that she's an atheist.
In the description Misty says the houses are cursed and the residents become possessed by Satan if they aren't good Christians like her. The drama appears to have started over an accusation that chomping Chestnut chomped on their child.

And the poop was Misty's dog's, the male neighbor said they'd just picked up after Misty's animals, because she constantly allows them to shit on her neighbor's yards and doesn't clean up like a responsible pet owner. They were tired of their children stepping on and getting into animal feces in their yard, when it doesn't even come from their pet.
Misty almost shorted out when the husband said they had kids who could be harmed by leaving feces to rot, and that she needed to train her animals. That's when she came up with the "elder abuse" line (Misty is 49 years old, she is not an elder, nor a senior.)
She started shorting out again when the neighbors said they didn't believe in God, and couldn't be disturbed by Misty's Jesus Warrior rant.
