Sure. Here's a long ass post. I'm fascinated with this given it is one of the strangest things to come out of the Weeb Wars drama next to the short-lived career of a certain Minnesota non-practicing Youtube lawyer-turned criminal defendant.
KUSK appears to have a huge number of "Threadnought" alumni involved in the firm one way or another. The "Threadnought" was the product of Twitter addict T. Greg Doucette who can be most charitibly be described as Nick Rekieta's left wing counterpart (too bankrupt for drug addiction, but still hired Mark Randazza for a vanity lolsuit). It was Doucette tweeting dozens of times a day about the case of anime dub voice actor Vic Mignogna, who was falsely accused of sexual assaulting his fellow anime dub voice actors. This was not long after the first appearance of Nick Rekieta's estate lawyer Ty Beard shitting out an enormous filing of hundreds of tweets from the defendants that included everything from actual defamation to junk like saying a tweet calling Mignogna a shitty person was defamatory because "my client is not literally feces." Doucette and his Threadnought latched onto the latter of course. While I'm not sure if it's true, they may have been sent in by a PR firm hired by either Monica Rial or Jamie Marchie, the defendants in the Vic Mignogna lawsuit.
Cohen was one of the biggest names in it, and of course people made fun of him for being the most stereotypical Jew possible. He was a Jewish lawyer employed as a copyright/patent troll in NYC. Naturally he was doxed, and then he threatened to sue Null because one of pictures in the thread had his kids there along with the damning information his wife divorced him to marry another woman. He was told to fuck off. He also went after Ty Beard, who got smashed on Nick Rekieta's show one night and wanted the Kiwifarms to dig up info on Cohen, Doucette, and other Twitter lawyers. He was also told to fuck off. This didn't stop Cohen from filing a bar complaint against Beard which was absolutely full of whiny complaints. Beard answered this in his single greatest filing that repeated "Cohen lied" and it was dismissed immediately. Cohen STFU afterwards and was only a bit player. Yes, Akiva Cohen is that shitty of a lawyer he got BTFO by Ty "Malpractice" Beard.
Tewson on the other hand was a total obsessive, a Threadnought hanger-on. She wasn't a lawyer or paralegal, but some obese cat lady type from Portland or Seattle or something. You can dig in the thread for pictures, but imagine a stereotypical mean old fat lady teacher and then make her fatter and give her a voice that sounds like she smokes 2 packs a day. That's Kathryn Tewson. She couldn't stop obsessing over the Vic Mignogna case (that screenshot she's harassing a random woman who is the head of Vic Mignogna's fan club), and apparently actually became a paralegal because of it. Supposedly she has an account on this site, or perhaps a shared account she uses occasionally.
The other lawyers mentioned were also involved in the Threadnought junk. Mike Dunford was very frequently involved, as was Tyler Wolff. They all had beefs with Nick Rekieta who would read their tweets and mock them, which should tell you these are bottom-feeder lawyers (i.e. Dunford is also a non-practicing lawyer). Lane Haygood was more tangentially involved, but involved his was out of some libertarian loonie perspective regarding defamation. I suspect most of these people harbor a personal grudge against Kiwifarms because this site doxed them and mocked them and also because they associate this site with Nick Rekieta who mocked them to an audience of thousands back in 2019.
Needless to say, these are all very sleazy people even by the standards of lawyers. Despite opining that Vic Mignogna was out to violate the First Amendment rights of his supposed victims to speak out against him, they clearly don't have a problem when this gamer girl whore is out to sue people for making fun of her. That they're involved with Bill Fong-Jones, who himself has sexual assault allegations, in his quest to censor the internet is very telling. Especially Lane Haygood who appears to be some sort of lolbertarian type given he went viral for some boomercon post and defended pedophile Thomas Arthur of MrDouble who published and hosted stories glorifying child rape (Haygood failed miserably, as his client received 40 years in prison).
Bill Fong comes into the picture because he has retained KUSK for the past two years or so and plans to use them to file a countersuit against Null should Null ever file anything against him in an effort to stop the tranny rapist's continual harassment and tortious interference. KUSK is clearly full of ideological nutjobs who will do it for free, so it would be a very, very long legal battle. I believe he hasn't yet because his current strategy is more than effective and in typical troon fashion he wants to make himself look like the latest victim of big bad Internet Nazi murderer Josh Moon. Basically Elliot has put an army of fail lawyers between him and Null as the two stare each other down, and said fail lawyers are trying to find some chinks in the armor before the final lolsuit.
