Anyway, my reading on why such people aren’t used is the culture clash. Academics are very often difficult people, with large egos and they want to see the full picture. You’d struggle these days to find someone in that academic field who would be content with ‘look at this narrow view of one component without full info and utter secrecy’ . It damages the ego.
The programs that exist will be run under military (or secret shenanigans type, you know what I mean, not academic rules anyway) strictness and I would imagine that they have three options for the brilliant minds:
1. Someone early career to bring into the fold and gradually trust
2. Existing military type who is already in the system
3. Outside consultants under serious NDAs
Option three is your penroses. Now if I was a brilliant late career mega mind, my answer to being approached would be that I’d love to, but not under such a narrow remit. That creates a dilemma for them. There’s also a degree of background info such a person would need to be useful and maybe that’s a risk too. I think they’re stuck mainly with system insiders and trusted contractors (same thing really.)

It’s the paradoxical trappings of academia. If you ask a mathematician to prove or disprove they will always disprove. Why is this? Well, it’s because of the time and effort it takes to actually prove something. We’re all crabs in a bucket undercutting thought experiment as blasphemy in accordance to human nature which we are imperfect and laziness is one such blemish.
In society the kind of research this entails across cross disciplinary projects make up a minuscule position of total working force. Inside that microcosmic clique of worker bees there’s a segmentation of the pie that could actually delve into the theoretical research with knowledgeable understanding in relation to the universe they exist. It’s a sad possibility that 99% of the time that segmented worker bee egg head scientist will not expose groundbreaking knowledge because they know it will be disproven by those who wish to cover it up.

AAWSAP/AATIP had also obtained photographs of these sorts of tiny objects from living foreign military pilots.
Some of the specimens that have been removed from individuals were allegedly sent to various medical institutions, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, and a US Army research facility at Fort Detrick in Maryland, where some of the most deadly viruses are under lock and key and the watchful eye of armed guards.
Lue knew from other research and interviews that doctors had seen cases where the alleged alien implant evaded extraction by moving subcutaneously(beneath the skin) when doctors tried to excise it.
Had heard similar stories when investigating implants removed from otherwise healthy soldiers.
Physicians really had to work to pin down and cut out the objects.
With Lues background in microbiology, he was perplexed at how highly motile (capable of motion) objects such as these could move without creating a devastating path of tissue destructioninside the human body.
Lue wondered where the white cell response was

Unlike Trypanosomes (infect a variety of hosts and cause various diseases, including the fatal human diseases sleeping sickness), as the Spirochetes moved about under the skin they would elicit an enormous immune response.

There was no obvious signs of pathway destruction.
Implant moved without any trace or signature, evading the human immune response
Implant may have encouraged the growth of human tissue around itself to keep the body from rejecting it.

In one particular instance, a senior CIA official and his wife had a terrifying UAP experience in the backyard of their own home. When they awoke lying on the ground in the yard, the CIA officer had a small hole punched in the back of his neck, and his wife had a small metallic object recovered from her nose when she sneezed.
Another researcher reported finding long filaments, again akin to Morgellons fibers, moving under their own power while under the microscope, scaring the researcher to the point that she didn’t want to study the samples anymore.
The objects seemed to have their own metabolism.

Lue of course studied Parasitology (the study of Parasites), so this may be an area of this field he has the most knowledge of in comparison to the other areas.
This section of the book was certainly the most informationally dense in terms of description.
I also just want to say.
I don't believe for a fucking second that Lue was first introduced to this topic with AATIP.
If there is one thing i've learned it's that the whole Remote Viewing shit and UFO's go hand in hand, and while I have zero evidence and I can't prove it, I am almost certain Lue has been invested in this topic since the same period he first started the Remote Viewing shit "in his 20s", to quote him.
I think AATIP is simply the first official record of his involvement with it.
And frankly, despite everything this guy is saying, I don't think he was invited into AATIP.
I think AATIP was a deliberate plan to A) get access to the AAWSAP portfolio, and B) to start conducting and proposing Military exercises to bait them, as he described he proposed in his book:

While it does make my head spin to see how "into" this some folks get, I'm more of a pragmatist about it. Someone's got to be looking out for this shit. I did listen to Joe Rogan's interview of Lue Elizondo. I liked Lue's explanation for how these things can move without apparent lift or propulsion: "Assume a warp drive exists." Quod erat demonstrandum! Then he says something about energy with a frequency interacting with metal to produce a field. The Next Generation Technical Manual explained it better: Matter and antimatter go bang inside your dilithium chamber, high-energy plasma flows to verterium cortenide coils, asymmetric subspace field strength exceeds one cochrane and off you go.
But maybe these things operate more on Alcubierre's principles than Star Trek. It's my understanding an Alcubierre warp drive on an interstellar FTL trip would irradiate its crew with high-energy particles and kill everyone at the destination with a gamma ray burst. Because you might be reconfiguring space around your vehicle, but you're still flying into stuff and it has to go somewhere. I don't know what subluminal travel through an atmosphere or ocean would do, but I imagine all those massive particles have to go somewhere. They wouldn't just let objects pass through them without any physical signature, as UFOlogists seem to believe is happening in the air and under the sea.
That Quantum Frontier thing is funny. It's clearly nothing more than a new front company for the Skinwalker grifters. I assume they expected some friend in DoD to give them another make-work contract with an enormous budget they could skim. Like how AAWSAP received $22 million to do a literature review, and instead did a bunch of other stuff. I wonder why it didn't work out this time. The Department of Defense (DoD) has confirmed to Liberation Times that the former director of the U.S. government’s Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) office - the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) - Dr Sean Kirkpatrick, has stepped down from his role as an unpaid consultant to the office.
Sources inform Liberation Times that Dr. Kosloski is showing promising signs of adopting a new approach to the UAP topic, particularly in investigations related to allegations of retrieval and reverse engineering programs involving materials and biologics of non-human intelligence or unknown origin.

I want to go back to figure "fag ( 8 )" for a second because this was my first time actually seeing a sample of an "attempt" to recreate the Metamaterial.
Seeing this attempt solidified the claim a little bit more strongly in my head here. There actually is a very strong claim being made here that the Art Bell Metamaterial is technically impossible for human beings to recreate. Which is a very significant claim.
If you need a review, the Metamaterial in question was this Alloy of Magnesium and Bismuth:

I am not an expert in anything at all ever, but from all the searching I did I could not come up with a single instance of someone manufacturing Bismuth and Magnesium Zinc like this at all.
So this piece of Alloy that the Alien Guy is holding in figure "fag ∞" does actually technically appear to be something that we as Human Beings on the planet Earth literally can not make currently, unless shown otherwise.

So one thing I’ve always thought is odd, if UAPs are of extraterrestrial origin, why wouldn’t they try recovering their own property or rescuing their fellows? Especially if they’re piloted? Do they simply not care about the pilots that crashed? Do they not care about their bodies or even bringing them back alive? Are they really callous enough to just leave their fellows to die, held prisoner, or be dissected by primitives? Do they not care that humans would try to reverse engineer their technology?
So either they have a very strict policy about interacting or dealing with primitives or they don’t give a fuck.
If all this is caused by aliens it seems to me that it’s the latter. They seem to be callous not only to humans but to their own kind. They don’t seem to care about their own guys getting yeeted by hill billies or crashing into deserts. If it was a US military operation over a primitive planet, I could not see us just leaving people behind to be prisoners or hacked to pieces by primitives. I don’t see us wanting corpses to be left behind or even technology falling into primitives hands. So I find it all a bit jarring.
From a civilian perspective I know Anthropologists are highly discouraged from interfering with the subjects of their studies. So if there was say a US scientific team leading a study on a primitive world, I could see them being really weird about interacting with the locals in any way. In real life it’s looked down upon to introduce technology or even make contact with stone age primitives because it’s seen as highly irresponsible and can cause social disruption. There are instances where it can’t be helped like the idiot who got killed trying to preach at Sentinel Island or the fact that sometimes ship wrecks end up there, so they end up stripping it of useful metal and using it for tools. But anyways if all this is caused by aliens and even if a portion of these leaks and stories are true, I find their indifference to the loss of material and personnel to be concerning.

Journalists acquire a skill-set from years of working with 'sources' to make an educated assessment of a source's credibility - using much the same techniques of looking for 'tells' and signs of obvious dissembling. thanks as always You use the term craft and occupants. I am told there are retrieved craft and that occupants have been and are being recovered - much more than people perhaps realise. I know absolutely nothing about motives or the purported NHIs. I wonder if the beings said to have been recovered - 'the biologics' - are not some kind of meat robot acting for another entity. My views are totally speculative. I have no inside information. I hear stories but no solid proof on biologics or their motives. I do not subscribe to the broadly expressed view by some in the research community, that all such NHI is innately benevolently inclined towards humanity. We just don't know.

Thank you I am certainly talking to people who tell me they have been abducted or that ,at the very least, they have been aware that while they were in a paralysis state in their own home, something was purportedly operating on them. I honestly don't know what to think of these accounts and I am keeping an open mind. Like all of us, I am not dismissive of witness testimony.... I don't default to the notion that all of these people are crazy. There has to be an explanation when you consider the similarity of these independent accounts.
PSIONIC - yes, I am very interested in an alleged psionic program that the US Government and certain private corporations have been operating for some considerable time. That's why I recently put Uri Geller on my REALITY CHECK show. People missed the point of my interviewing him. I've been abused by folks for giving him credibility. But have a look at the CIA library declassified files and look at the work the CIA did with him to show his psionic abilities were allegedly verified as authentic 50 years ago. These were rigidly scientific controlled blind studies. Why was the CIA interested in psionic/psychic abilities so many years ago and has it REALLY stopped that interest? I don't think it has at all. I suspect the GATE program (Gifted and Talented Education) was and probably still is used illegally by the US military and certain private companies to find kids with psionic abilities. What I am hearing is shocking. It makes MK-Ultra and Sidney Gottlieb's crimes with LSD and other drugs look like child's play. Interested to hear from anyone who knows what I'm talking about.

Something that's been frustrating me for a while now is the fact that one of the four famous videos declassified by the DoD appeared on 4chan years before it was officially released. So, it had leaked. This suggests that there might be real videos hidden among the countless ones posted online every day!
My question is this: Have any of your sources or investigations led you to a video with significant credibility, and if so, which one? Yes, I am aware that purportedly real videos are sometimes placed online and I suspect this is often done as part of a very clever disinformation operation. I think you're talking about the tic-tac video, which was posted on an Italian site some years before the NYTs was given a copy by Chris Mellon. In that case, I suspect it was one of the crew who had kept a copy.
Have you had any communication with James fox? If so is there anything that you can share about your interactions. I have huge respect for James Fox. He's also a lovely human being and one of nature's true gentlemen. He is one of the true heroes of dogged investigative research into the UAP mystery. I can tell you I have just watched an embargoed copy of his new film THE PROGRAM and it's a humdinger! Everyone should see it. He's done excellent work.
Hey Ross, I've heard of eyewitness reports of UFOs firing on other UFOs, do you know anything about this or multiple competing NHIs who are mutually antagonistic to each other's operations? I don't know this for sure but I was told by one source that Roswell was two different NHIs fighting each other, who collided... which means of course that the explanation that the craft were brought down by an EMP weapon is BS. The only other genuinely fearsome encounter where I know UAPs have allegedly acted in an offensive and violent way is Colares, Brazil.
Will you be investigating previously overlooked cases like this 1996 Jonathan Reed case that is shown to be strikingly similar to one of the Nazcas. It’s an interesting case if you don’t know about it!

Thank you, and keep up the great work! Yes. If it can be proved they're authentic NHI then that'd be huge. But I think it needs to be rigorously objectively scientifically verified. It's too easy to discredit a scientific study that has not been rigidly assessed for its adherence to the scientific method and not properly fully peer-reviewed. A proper investigation into verifying the NAZCA mummies' origin would require a battery of tests that cost potentially in excess of $1M and take at least two years.

On 3/11/24 this video from Oklahoma City was shown on NewsNation. I live about 50 miles NW of Oklahoma City and have a clear video of the same type of anomaly from a different date, which you can see here.
This was filmed on 10/30/2023 and had a lot in common with the other sighting from 3/4/2024. The object came out of the west-southwestern sky glowing very brightly at first. It then produced a ring that looked like a puff of smoke and proceeded to travel toward that ring. The ring traveled forward with the object at about the same speed (perhaps slightly faster), unlike what you would expect from a rocket or other conventional means of propulsion. The ring then dissipated as the object continued to travel. While it traveled it fluctuated in brightness and clarity until it eventually faded from sight. Interestingly, a SpaceX launch did occur that night too, but was hours prior to our sighting and would have been seen in a different part of the sky.

As I've said above, we truly do need to get more scientific in how we collect this data. This is because it's way too easy now to produce deep fakes using AI that look authentic.
In your opinion are we currently being slowly fed disclosure by the government purposely? Hi there, No - I am actually of the view that Government is playing us for fools. I think AARO was conceived as another Project Blue Book - as a way of appeasing the Congress' demands for some kind of UAP investigation office. I know people in AARO and they are as frustrated as we all are by the woefully amateurish historical review presentation that was released as the first part of a statutorily required historical review by AARO. So much is totally wrong and false in that historical review. It overlooks so much vitally important evidence. I think the only disclosure that will happen will come from private investigation and good science.
Would you say we need to draw our attention to our oceans more nowadays? There seems to be a lot of strange occurrences recently. Absolutely - Chris Mellon and retd Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet are right on to this.

Do you think they are choosing words to imply that humans are seeing as food to these beings or that this planet is some kind of farm? What do you think they meant by that? Tom Delonge said there is a connection between the phenomenon and Atlantis. He also mentioned that among the debris from a spacecraft, there were Greek letters. My answer: This is a very interesting question and I suspect you are perhaps from such a family. What I can tell you is that many people who have operated in covert roles as spies or soldiers, especially folk who have experienced near death encounters in combat, appear to have a susceptibility to the phenomenon. I suspect the phenomenon reflects back at us what we show to it. So many combat veterans perceive the phenomenon as a danger and a threat and it proceeds to terrify them. Whereas other people who simply accept the phenomenon and embrace its significance have positive experiences. I suggest that family use meditation and relaxation techniques to try to consciously engage with the phenomenon in a non-threatening way. You might find it responds similarly positively.

Hi Ross. One of the most convincing officials confirming the existence of UAPs is Haim Eshed but not much has been covered about his story since it broke several years ago. Is there any reason for this or any reason to doubt his credibility? There is no reason to doubt Haim Eshed's authenticity and credibility. I have tried to get him to talk to me. He's being securely protected from public approach by some kind of security service _ Mossad? Hi Ross, What are your thoughts on the idea that there may be aliens walking among us? wish they'd introduce themselves to me. I've heard stories but need evidence. I had one woman from Canada contact me. She and her little girl went to a health fair at a convention center. During a lecture, she said the little girl leaned to her and said, "Mummy, that lady is a lizard". As she looked at the woman speaking, she says something happened. Perhaps some kind of phase shift. She claims she saw the woman transition into something reptilian looking. And the reptilian/woman realised instantaneously that she'd seen it. I tried to find this lecturer and, while my source assures me they did hear a lecture that day, they do not exist. Whoever it was, was not part of the conference agenda. It's a wacky story and I have no way of verifying it. But I do get a lot of people who claim they've seen NHI transition. I'd like to see the hard evidence.
In his book Imminent, Lue Elizondo recounts some of his experience with remote viewing, and at one point claims that he and four other remote viewers worked together on a terrorist in custody, somehow appearing to the man in his cell as "white angels" and terrifying him.
If this is true, it would suggest that it is possible to do more than simply remote view something - it is possible to somehow project and manifest oneself in some way in a different place. So one thing I’ve always thought is odd, if UAPs are of extraterrestrial origin, why wouldn’t they try recovering their own property or rescuing their fellows? Especially if they’re piloted? Do they simply not care about the pilots that crashed? Do they not care about their bodies or even bringing them back alive? Are they really callous enough to just leave their fellows to die, held prisoner, or be dissected by primitives? Do they not care that humans would try to reverse engineer their technology?
So either they have a very strict policy about interacting or dealing with primitives or they don’t give a fuck.
It's easier to come up with an explanation for ships, like if it crashed and we take it, it's fair game and considered a gift, just as we aren't seizing metals the Sentinelese managed to obtain. Pilots? Maybe the end stage of some civilizations is one in which bodies are grown on demand or there is little/no individuality. They could look humanoid because they have been designed based on humans, but are disposable for whatever reason. Some say we can't keep the living aliens alive for long. Craft could be piloted by AI, biological beings, or biology fused into a craft.
If you read up on the Sentinelese, there have been abandoned attempts to retrieve bodies of the outsiders they murdered. Too risky for both sides. this one is really hard to answer, because youre forced to assume many interjecting issues that really matter to get the answer, and if any of those assumptions are wrong the answer wildly veers off
a lot of more woo'ey people subscribe to the idea that they are technological "donations", kind of like a less effective 2001 Monolith, that once they are done with their probes they crash them to Earth for humans to find and learn from, people like Diana Pasulka talk about this a lot

He has consistently taken the Debbie Downer position for many months, especially on the Need to Know podcast with Bryce Zabel typically taking the more optimistic position. He says in this AmA and elsewhere:

So he's really saying that independent scientific investigation (e.g. the Galileo Project) will crack the case, rather than talking heads. And he thinks the government and Pentagon would be content to keep everything buried forever. It should be noted that the government is not a monolith. Disappointment should already be expected from the UAPDA getting crushed in December 2023, AARO's denials, etc.
Now, the "mystery" continuing indefinitely is probably a good thing for Ross. He has admitted before something along the lines of that he's lucky the mainstream journalists aren't covering the topic, because more people come directly to him. If Disclosure happened, suddenly the entire press would be talking about it 24/7 which would diminish his role, and you would have Scott Pelley, Miles O'Brien, Anderson Cooper, and anybody else you can think of talking about it nightly and getting the big scoops. On the other hand, I could also see it benefiting Ross since he already has this large corpus of popular interviews done with NewsNation, 7News Spotlight Australia, etc. that would gain even wider attention. He also has established connections to at least the Skinwalker/AATIP/ufologist crowd, so they may keep coming to him and all become big celebrities together in this possible future.
A sample of bismuth/magnesium that was produced by an aerospace company to see if the two materials could be bonded. The best they were able to achieve was this small "brick" that had only one layer, each brick costing over a million dollars to produce. They were meant to mimic materials that had been recovered, of non-Earth origin, which contained many more delicate layers. At the time this photo was taken, we could not recreate them, according to the aerospace company."
Okay but why is an "aerospace company" (unnamed of course) spending "over a million dollars" to make a "small 'brick'" of a magnesium-bismuth alloy because idk, some UFO people said it's some crazy material we recovered at Roswell that's literally out of this world. 1 micron (micrometer) is 1000 times wider than 1 nanometer. Nanoscale manufacturing was used in making transistors all the way back in the 1960s. So I'm pretty confident that pieces of magnesium-zinc at 100-200 microns and bismuth at 1-4 microns, we can make that. So the question here is, can those layers of magnesium-zinc at 100-200 microns be bonded to layers bismuth at 1-4 microns by human technology? I dunno, probably
