I don't think it's unreasonable to expect someone to not release private intimate images of you, if they are a sane and normal.

It's not unreasonable any more than it's unreasonable to expect someone not to disclose your darkest secrets. You'd have to be a fool not to realise it's a possibility, though, and that once someone has possession of those images what they do with them is beyond your control. It's a risk that can be entirely avoided by not allowing the images to be created in the first place.
