Has any of them really been arrested? The justice.gov page only says they've been indicted.
Few countries extradite their nationals for any reason and I doubt Serbia is one of them.
That's nonsense, plenty of countries extradite. And we specifically have a treaty with Serbia. (The U.S. increasingly has a policy of preferring bilateral agreements with individual countries to multilateral treaties with multiple countries.)
From the summary said:
It would replace an outmoded list of
extraditable offenses with a modern ``dual criminality''
approach, which would enable extradition for such offenses as
money laundering, cyber-related crimes, and other newer
offenses not appearing on the 1901 Treaty list. The Treaty also
provides that extradition shall not be refused based on the
nationality of the person sought and contains a modernized
``political offense'' clause. Finally, the Treaty incorporates
a series of procedural improvements to streamline and expedite
the extradition process.
Note, "dual criminality" means that the offense charged must be criminal in both the requesting country and the recipient. So neither the U.S. nor Serbia will extradite for offenses that are not a crime in their respective countries.
This appears to be what's actually signed:
As to the original question, so far as I know, neither of them have been arrested but we wouldn't necessarily know yet.
That pimple ridden criminal went ape shit last Dec swatting left and right like his life depends on it. He looks like he doesn't know how to fry an egg.
You know you are well and truly fucked when there are so many charges against you they have to put them in a table for easy reference.
All this indictment needed to be truly epic is to end "and one moving violation."
Countless times I seen Eurotrash flaunting that they can break US federal laws because “I’m ñoț in zè US lê LMAÖ, zē pœr amerįfat is lǎ cœpinğ and źe sęething aț mẽ břeaķing žeir fascist’laŵs’.”
Even in the absence of a formal treaty, countries will extradite someone who is enough of an embarrassment especially if they're committing crimes that are also illegal in their own country. It's just not worth the diplomatic effort and expense to go after minor stuff, since it usually involves some kind of quid pro quo.
And even when they won't, we're often satisfied if they prosecute it locally, especially if their prisons make ours look like luxury resorts.
No ,only Wikipedia did a step back to a alledge member of kiwifarms.
Contrary to popular belief, just putting "alleged" in front of something you know for a fact to be an outright lie is not some magical incantation that insulates anything you say afterwards from liability.
